ReguSim: Evaluating LLM Agent Rule Grounding in Financial Compliance

LLM agents in financial markets may cite rules yet still submit orders that violate executable constraints or misread surveillance evidence. We introduce ReguSim, a controlled financial-compliance environment, and ReguBench, a target-marked monitoring benchmark, to separate four artifacts: stated reasoning, attempted action, execution enforcement, and monitor evidence. In trader runs with DeepSeek V4 Pro and Gemini 3.5 Flash, visible rules reduce but do not eliminate rejected actions, and incentive or persona framing shifts behavior. A bridge study shows that trader rationales can mislead an independent monitor unless enforcement evidence is shown. In monitoring, simple structured baselines either match or exceed prompt-only LLMs. The results frame financial compliance evaluation as an audit of rule-grounded actions and evidence use, rather than a single compliance score.

Performance Analysis for Heterogeneous Air-Ground ISAC in Coordinated Multipoint Networks

The emergence of the \textit{low-altitude economy} (LAE) calls for highly integrated and reliable wireless systems that can simultaneously support \textit{communication and sensing} (C\&S) functions. Although \textit{integrated sensing and communication} (ISAC) has been widely studied, most existing works focused on link-level or single-cell architectures in terrestrial environments, leaving the potential of network-level cooperative air-ground ISAC largely unexplored. To bridge this gap, a heterogeneous air-ground ISAC network architecture based on \textit{coordinated multipoint} (CoMP) is proposed, which incorporates a cooperative hybrid mono/bi-static sensing scheme to enhance spatial diversity and sensing capability. In the proposed architecture, a two-tier \textit{base station} (BS) deployment is adopted: master BSs are arranged in a hexagonal lattice, while slave BSs follow a Poisson point process distribution. This structure concurrently supports communication for terrestrial users and sensing for aerial targets. A holistic performance analysis framework for both C\&S is further developed, accounting for key channel and network parameters. Simulation results reveal inherent trade-offs between C\&S performance, especially under multi-BS cooperation and varying network density. These findings provide practical guidance for the deployment of scalable and efficient ISAC networks in LAE scenarios.

Advancing Opinion Dynamics Modeling with Neural Diffusion-Convection-Reaction Equation

Advanced opinion dynamics modeling is vital for deciphering social behavior, emphasizing its role in mitigating polarization and securing cyberspace. To synergize mechanistic interpretability with data-driven flexibility, recent studies have explored the integration of Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) for opinion modeling. Despite this promise, existing methods are tailored to incomplete priors, lacking a comprehensive physical system to integrate dynamics from local, global, and endogenous levels. Moreover, penalty-based constraints adopted in existing methods struggle to deeply encode physical priors, leading to optimization pathologies and discrepancy between latent representations and physical transparency. To this end, we offer a physical view to interpret opinion dynamics via Diffusion-Convection-Reaction (DCR) system inspired by interacting particle theory. Building upon the Neural ODEs, we define the neural opinion dynamics to coordinate neural networks with physical priors, and further present the OPINN, a physics-informed neural framework for opinion dynamics modeling. Evaluated on real-world and synthetic datasets, OPINN achieves state-of-the-art performance in opinion evolution forecasting, offering a promising paradigm for the nexus of cyber, physical, and social systems.

TopoDIM: One-shot Topology Generation of Diverse Interaction Modes for Multi-Agent Systems

Optimizing communication topology in LLM-based multi-agent system is critical for enabling collective intelligence. Existing methods mainly rely on spatio-temporal interaction paradigms, where the sequential execution of multi-round dialogues incurs high latency and computation. Motivated by the recent insights that evaluation and debate mechanisms can improve problem-solving in multi-agent systems, we propose TopoDIM, a framework for one-shot Topology generation with Diverse Interaction Modes. Designed for decentralized execution to enhance adaptability and privacy, TopoDIM enables agents to autonomously construct heterogeneous communication without iterative coordination, achieving token efficiency and improved task performance. Experiments demonstrate that TopoDIM reduces total token consumption by 46.41% while improving average performance by 1.50% over state-of-the-art methods. Moreover, the framework exhibits strong adaptability in organizing communication among heterogeneous agents. Code is available at: https://github.com/Sundiasy/TopoDIM.

Sensing Performance Analysis in Cooperative Air-Ground ISAC Networks for LAE

To support the development of low altitude economy, the air-ground integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) networks need to be constructed to provide reliable and robust communication and sensing services. In this paper, the sensing capabilities in the cooperative air-ground ISAC networks are evaluated in terms of area radar detection coverage probability under a constant false alarm rate, where the distribution of aggregated sensing interferences is analyzed as a key intermediate result. Compared with the analysis based on the strongest interferer approximation, taking the aggregated sensing interference into consideration is better suited for pico-cell scenarios with high base station density. Simulations are conducted to validate the analysis.

6G Non-Terrestrial Networks Enabled Low-Altitude Economy: Opportunities and Challenges

The unprecedented development of non-terrestrial networks (NTN) utilizes the low-altitude airspace for commercial and social flying activities. The integration of NTN and terrestrial networks leads to the emergence of low-altitude economy (LAE). A series of LAE application scenarios are enabled by the sensing, communication, and transportation functionalities of the aircrafts. The prerequisite technologies supporting LAE are introduced in this paper, including the network coverage and aircrafts detection. The LAE functionalities assisted by aircrafts with respect to sensing and communication are then summarized, including the terrestrial and non-terrestrial targets sensing, ubiquitous coverage, relaying, and traffic offloading. Finally, several future directions are identified, including aircrafts collaboration, energy efficiency, and artificial intelligence enabled LAE.

Beamforming Design for RIS-Aided THz Wideband Communication Systems

Benefiting from tens of GHz of bandwidth, terahertz (THz) communications has become a promising technology for future 6G networks. However, the conventional hybrid beamforming architecture based on frequency-independent phase-shifters is not able to cope with the beam split effect (BSE) in THz massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. Despite some work introducing the frequency-dependent phase shifts via the time delay network to mitigate the beam splitting in THz wideband communications, the corresponding issue in reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS)-aided communications has not been well investigated. In this paper, the BSE in THz massive MIMO is quantified by analyzing the array gain loss. A new beamforming architecture has been proposed to mitigate this effect under RIS-aided communications scenarios. Simulations are performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed system architecture in combating the array gain loss.
