Results of experimental investigations of cobalt beta decay rate variation

Results of long-term investigations of variation of cobalt beta decay rate from 28.12.2010 till 08.02.2012 are presented. The scintillation spectrometer with two LaBr3 detectors is used to register of gamma-quanta with energy 1.173 and 1.332 MeV accompanying cobalt beta decay. Counting rate of each detector and their gamma-quanta coincidence are collected in successive time intervals 10 s. The statistical Kolmogorov-Smirnov method for data analysis is used. Temperature influence on experimental results is also analyzed. Deviations of beta decay counting rate from constant distribution during the days were detected in those decades: from 11.03 to 21.03 with significance level a = 0.1; from 22.04 to 02.05 with a=0.0125; from 24.06 to 04.07 with a=0.05; from 04.08 to 14.08 with a=0.05.

Variations of decay rates of radio-active elements and their connections with global anisotropy of physical space

The analysis of correlations between fluctuations of alpha- and beta-decay rates for different radio-active elements is carried out. These fluctuations exceed significantly errors of measurements in many cases. They have the periodical character and reveal definite spatial directions. We suggest that the observed fluctuations are caused by the unique physical reason connected with the global anisotropy of physical space and by the new force.

Seismic Activity of the Earth, the Cosmological Vectorial Potential And Method of a Short-term Earthquakes Forecasting

To the foundation of a principally new short-term forecasting method there has been laid down a theory of surrounding us world's creation and of physical vacuum as a result of interaction of byuons - discrete objects. The definition of the byuon contains the cosmological vector-potential A_g - a novel fundamental vector constant. This theory predicts a new anisotropic interaction of nature objects with the physical vacuum. A peculiar "tap" to gain new energy (giving rise to an earthquake) are elementary particles because their masses are proportional to the modulus of some summary potential A_sum that contains potentials of all known fields. The value of A_sum cannot be larger than the modulus of A_g. In accordance with the experimental results a new force associated with A_sum ejects substance from the area of the weakened A_sum along a conical formation with the opening of 100 +- 10 and the axis directed along the vector A_sum. This vector has the following coordinates in the second equatorial coordinate system: right ascension alpha = 293 +- 10, declination delta = 36 +- 10. Nearly 100% probability of an earthquake (earthquakes of 6 points strong and more by the Richter scale) arises when in the process of the earth rotation the zenith vector of a seismically dangerous region and/or the vectorial potential of Earth's magnetic fields are in a certain way oriented relative to the vector A_g. In the work, basic models and standard mechanisms of earthquakes are briefly considered, results of processing of information on the earthquakes in the context of global spatial anisotropy caused by the existence of the vector A_g, are presented, and an analysis of them is given.

Experimental observations of a new information channal in nature with aim of quartz resonators system

The results of long-term (two-year) experimental observations of frequencies of two quartz resonators, one of which is placed in special magnetic system that creates vector potential field, another (calibration one) is placed outside this system, have been presented. Changes with different periodicity: 24 h, high-definite 7 days complex-form period, 27 days and year periods were detected during the observation of differences of these quartz resonators frequencies. The tangents which have been drawn to a terrestrial parallel at the moment of near-daily observation of measured quantity minima form the basic, most powerful subset of directions of tangents having a sharp corner with dipole component of vector potential of the Sun' magnetic field in a range from $50^\circ$ up to $80^\circ$ at annual rotation of laboratory around the Sun together with the Earth. Also there are three subsets of directions similarly drawn tangents fixed in physical space that coincide with similar subsets of tangents directions drawn in the same way to points of radioactive elements $β$-decay count rate minimum under the long $β$-decay research during daily and annual rotation of laboratory together with the Earth. It is necessary to point out that the form of the curves of quartzes frequencies difference changes in scales of the 7-day's period with reliability coincides next year, and observable minima of frequencies in co-phase points of space coincide to within several tens minutes. It is shown that the amplitude of the signal was $5\div10$ times lesser in the period from 20-th, July, till 20-th, January, than from 20-th, January, till 20-th, July.

Experimental Investigations of Signals of a New Nature with the aid of two High Precision Stationary Quartz Gravimeters

In consequence of long-term (2000) observation of a system of two high-precision quartz gravimeters (one of them with an attached magnet) placed in a special (at a depth of $\sim $10m) gravimetric laboratory on a common base separated from the foundation of the building, signals of a new nature were detected. They were of a smooth peak-type shape, several minutes duration, and with amplitudes often more than that of the moon tide. The nature of the signals cannot be explained in the framework of traditional physical views but can be qualitatively described with the aid of a supposed new interaction connected with the hypothesis about the existence of the cosmological vectorial potential A_g, a new presumed fundamental vectorial constant.

Experimental Investigations of Changes in beta-decay rate of Co-60 and Cs-137

Results of simultaneous measurements of beta-decay rate with the aid of Ge(Li)-detectors performed at two laboratories 140km apart (INR RAS, Troitsk, Co-60, and JINR, Dubna, Cs-137) during a period from 15.03.2000 till 10.04.2000, are presented. Regular deviations of the count rate of gamma-quanta following the beta-decay of $\sim$ 0.7% (INR RAS, Co-60) and $\sim$ 0.2% (JINR, Cs-137) from the statistical average, are observed. The analysis of extremum deviations of gamma-quanta count rate shows that the set of directions of tangents to the Earth's parallels of latitude at the extremum points of trajectories of motion in the space of each laboratory clearly forms three separate compact subsets of directions which agree, for two laboratories, to an accuracy of $\pm10^\circ$. This phenomenon is shown not to be explained on the basis of traditional notion. A possible explanation is suggested basing on the hypothesis that there exists a new anisotropic interaction caused by the cosmological vectorial potential \textbf{A}$_{\rm g}$, a new fundamental constant having, according to the experiments carried out, the coordinate of right ascension $α\approx 285^\circ$ in the second equatorial system. This is in agreement with earlier experiments.

Experimental investigations of spatial distribution anisotropy of pulsed plasma generator radiation

Results of experimental investigation of plasma luminous emittance (integrated with respect to time and quartz transmission band spectrum) of a pulsed plasma generator depending on its axis spatial position, are presented. It is shown that the spatial distribution of plasma radiant intensity is of clearly anisotropic character, that is, there exists a cone of the plasma generator axial directions in which the radiation of plasma reaches its peak. A possible explanation of the results obtained is given based on a hypothesis of global anisotropy of space caused by the existence of a cosmological vectorial potential $\bf{A}_g$. It is shown that the vector $\bf{A}_g$ has the following coordinates in the second equatorial coordinate system: right ascension $α= 293^\circ \pm 10^\circ$, declination $δ= 36^\circ \pm 10^\circ$. The experimental results are in accordance with those of the earlier experiments on determining the direction of $\bf{A}_g$.

Global Anisotropy of Space and experimental investigation of changes in beta-decay count rate of radioactive elements

The results of experimental investigations of changes in beta-decay count rate of radioactive elements, are presented, and an explanation of those on the base of a new physical conception of forming the observed three-dimensional space from a finite set of one-dimensional discrete vectorial objects (byuons), containing the cosmological vectorial potential, a new fundamental vectorial constant, is given. In the theory, the vector direction corresponds with that of the axis of Universe rotation being discussed in literature.

Does Neutrino Really Exist ?

An analysis of known experiments on direct and indirect detection of the electron-type neutrino and antineutrino has been made. The analysis based on a new hypothesis that the observed physical space is formed from a finite set of byuons, "one-dimensional vectorial objects". It is shown in the article that the hypothesis for existence of neutrinos advanced by Pauli on the basis of an analysis of the conservation laws, is not unquestionable since the fulfillment of these laws may be secured by the physical space itself (physical vacuum) being the lowest energy state of a discrete oscillating system originating in the course of byuon interaction. This effect is analogous to that of Mössbauer. The direct experiments on detecting neutrinos are explained from the existence of a new information channel due to the uncertainty interval for coordinate of the four-contact byuon interaction forming the interior geometry of elementary particles and their properties. Given are also the results of an experiment on observation of cyclic variations of the $β$-decay rate, which confirm the existence of said new information channel.

Experimental Investigations of New Interaction by Use of Stationary High-accuracy Quartz Gravimeter

Smooth anomalous in time dependence recordings of a high accuracy quartz gravimeter with a constant magnet attached to it, were revealed. These anomalies of minute's duration have amplitudes sometimes by more than an order of magnitude greater than that of the Moon tide, and may not be explained with the aid of current physical concepts. The experimental procedure was based on the hypothesis of a new interaction arising when acting on physical vacuum by magnetic systems through their vectorial potential. The coordinates of physical space magnetic anisotropy due to existence of the cosmological vector potential $A_g$, a new basic vectorial constant, are determined. In particular, the declination coordinate $δ\approx 34^\circ$ of the vector $A_g$ (second equatorial coordinate system) is determined for the first time by experiment. The hypothesis considered was used for physical justification of the results obtained.

Anisotropy of fast-going processes in the Sun and new interaction in nature

The processing of the galactic coordinates of 3543 solar flares with a magnitude of 2 or more has shown that the distribution of these fast-going processes on the surface of the "nonrotating" Sun is irregular and non-random what testifies that in the near-Sun space an anisotropy takes place which practically coincides with that predicted and obtained in laboratory experiments and caused by existence of the intergalactic vector potential ${\bf A_g}$.
