Focus-to-Perceive Representation Learning: A Cognition-Inspired Hierarchical Framework for Endoscopic Video Analysis

Endoscopic video analysis is essential for early gastrointestinal screening but remains hindered by limited high-quality annotations. While self-supervised video pre-training shows promise, existing methods developed for natural videos prioritize dense spatio-temporal modeling and exhibit motion bias, overlooking the static, structured semantics critical to clinical decision-making. To address this challenge, we propose Focus-to-Perceive Representation Learning (FPRL), a cognition-inspired hierarchical framework that emulates clinical examination. FPRL first focuses on intra-frame lesion-centric regions to learn static semantics, and then perceives their evolution across frames to model contextual semantics. To achieve this, FPRL employs a hierarchical semantic modeling mechanism that explicitly distinguishes and collaboratively learns both types of semantics. Specifically, it begins by capturing static semantics via teacher-prior adaptive masking (TPAM) combined with multi-view sparse sampling. This approach mitigates redundant temporal dependencies and enables the model to concentrate on lesion-related local semantics. Following this, contextual semantics are derived through cross-view masked feature completion (CVMFC) and attention-guided temporal prediction (AGTP). These processes establish cross-view correspondences and effectively model structured inter-frame evolution, thereby reinforcing temporal semantic continuity while preserving global contextual integrity. Extensive experiments on 11 endoscopic video datasets show that FPRL achieves superior performance across diverse downstream tasks, demonstrating its effectiveness in endoscopic video representation learning. The code is available at https://github.com/MLMIP/FPRL.

Xiaomi-Robotics-0: An Open-Sourced Vision-Language-Action Model with Real-Time Execution

In this report, we introduce Xiaomi-Robotics-0, an advanced vision-language-action (VLA) model optimized for high performance and fast and smooth real-time execution. The key to our method lies in a carefully designed training recipe and deployment strategy. Xiaomi-Robotics-0 is first pre-trained on large-scale cross-embodiment robot trajectories and vision-language data, endowing it with broad and generalizable action-generation capabilities while avoiding catastrophic forgetting of the visual-semantic knowledge of the underlying pre-trained VLM. During post-training, we propose several techniques for training the VLA model for asynchronous execution to address the inference latency during real-robot rollouts. During deployment, we carefully align the timesteps of consecutive predicted action chunks to ensure continuous and seamless real-time rollouts. We evaluate Xiaomi-Robotics-0 extensively in simulation benchmarks and on two challenging real-robot tasks that require precise and dexterous bimanual manipulation. Results show that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance across all simulation benchmarks. Moreover, Xiaomi-Robotics-0 can roll out fast and smoothly on real robots using a consumer-grade GPU, achieving high success rates and throughput on both real-robot tasks. To facilitate future research, code and model checkpoints are open-sourced at https://xiaomi-robotics-0.github.io

Immersion in the GitHub Universe: Scaling Coding Agents to Mastery

Achieving mastery in real world software engineering tasks is fundamentally bottlenecked by the scarcity of large scale, high quality training data. Scaling such data has been limited by the complexity of environment setup, unit test generation, and problem statement curation. In this paper, we propose ScaleSWE, an automated, sandboxed multi agent workflow designed to construct high quality SWE data at scale. The system coordinates three specialized agents for environment setup, test creation, and problem description synthesis to process 6 million pull requests across 5200 repositories, producing Scale SWE Data: 100k verified SWE instances, the largest such dataset to date. It substantially surpasses existing real world datasets in repository diversity and reflects realistic task complexity. We further demonstrate the dataset utility for training by distilling 71498 high quality trajectories and finetuning Qwen30BA3BInstruct to produce ScaleSWE Agent. Our agent achieves a 64 resolve rate on SWE Bench Verified a nearly three fold improvement over the base model. ScaleSWE provides a scalable, reproducible approach for data construction to advance LLM based software engineering. Scale SWE will be publicly available.

SOL-ExecBench: Speed-of-Light Benchmarking for Real-World GPU Kernels Against Hardware Limits

As agentic AI systems become increasingly capable of generating and optimizing GPU kernels, progress is constrained by benchmarks that reward speedup over software baselines rather than proximity to hardware-efficient execution. We present SOL-ExecBench, a benchmark of 235 CUDA kernel optimization problems extracted from 124 production and emerging AI models spanning language, diffusion, vision, audio, video, and hybrid architectures, targeting NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs. The benchmark covers forward and backward workloads across BF16, FP8, and NVFP4, including kernels whose best performance is expected to rely on Blackwell-specific capabilities. Unlike prior benchmarks that evaluate kernels primarily relative to software implementations, SOL-ExecBench measures performance against analytically derived Speed-of-Light (SOL) bounds computed by SOLAR, our pipeline for deriving hardware-grounded SOL bounds, yielding a fixed target for hardware-efficient optimization. We report a SOL Score that quantifies how much of the gap between a release-defined scoring baseline and the hardware SOL bound a candidate kernel closes. To support robust evaluation of agentic optimizers, we additionally provide a sandboxed harness with GPU clock locking, L2 cache clearing, isolated subprocess execution, and static analysis based checks against common reward-hacking strategies. SOL-ExecBench reframes GPU kernel benchmarking from beating a mutable software baseline to closing the remaining gap to hardware Speed-of-Light.

ECHO: Edge-Cloud Humanoid Orchestration for Language-to-Motion Control

We present ECHO, an edge--cloud framework for language-driven whole-body control of humanoid robots. A cloud-hosted diffusion-based text-to-motion generator synthesizes motion references from natural language instructions, while an edge-deployed reinforcement-learning tracker executes them in closed loop on the robot. The two modules are bridged by a compact, robot-native 38-dimensional motion representation that encodes joint angles, root planar velocity, root height, and a continuous 6D root orientation per frame, eliminating inference-time retargeting from human body models and remaining directly compatible with low-level PD control. The generator adopts a 1D convolutional UNet with cross-attention conditioned on CLIP-encoded text features; at inference, DDIM sampling with 10 denoising steps and classifier-free guidance produces motion sequences in approximately one second on a cloud GPU. The tracker follows a Teacher--Student paradigm: a privileged teacher policy is distilled into a lightweight student equipped with an evidential adaptation module for sim-to-real transfer, further strengthened by morphological symmetry constraints and domain randomization. An autonomous fall recovery mechanism detects falls via onboard IMU readings and retrieves recovery trajectories from a pre-built motion library. We evaluate ECHO on a retargeted HumanML3D benchmark, where it achieves strong generation quality (FID 0.029, R-Precision Top-1 0.686) under a unified robot-domain evaluator, while maintaining high motion safety and trajectory consistency. Real-world experiments on a Unitree G1 humanoid demonstrate stable execution of diverse text commands with zero hardware fine-tuning.

From Natural Language to Executable Option Strategies via Large Language Models

Large Language Models (LLMs) excel at general code generation, yet translating natural-language trading intents into correct option strategies remains challenging. Real-world option design requires reasoning over massive, multi-dimensional option chain data with strict constraints, which often overwhelms direct generation methods. We introduce the Option Query Language (OQL), a domain-specific intermediate representation that abstracts option markets into high-level primitives under grammatical rules, enabling LLMs to function as reliable semantic parsers rather than free-form programmers. OQL queries are then validated and executed deterministically by an engine to instantiate executable strategies. We also present a new dataset for this task and demonstrate that our neuro-symbolic pipeline significantly improves execution accuracy and logical consistency over direct baselines.

Efficient Query Rewrite Rule Discovery via Standardized Enumeration and Learning-to-Rank(extend)

Query rewriting is essential for database performance optimization, but existing automated rule enumeration methods suffer from exponential search spaces, severe redundancy, and poor scalability, especially when handling complex query plans with five or more nodes, where a node represents an operator in the plan tree. We present SLER, a scalable system that enables efficient and effective rewrite rule discovery by combining standardized template enumeration with a learning to rank approach. SLER uses standardized templates, abstractions of query plans with operator structures preserved but data specific details removed, to eliminate structural redundancies and drastically reduce the search space. A learn to rank model guides enumeration by pre filtering the most promising template pairs, enabling scalable rule generation for large node templates. Evaluated on over 11000 real world SQL queries from both open source and commercial workloads, SLER has automatically constructed a rewrite rule repository exceeding 1 million rules - the largest empirically validated rewrite rule library to date. Notably, at the scale of one million rules, SLER supports query plan templates with complexity up to channel level depth. This unprecedented scale opens the door to discovering highly intricate transformations across diverse query patterns. Critically, SLER's template driven design and learned ranking mechanism are inherently extensible, allowing seamless integration of new and complex operators, paving the way for next generation optimizers powered by comprehensive, adaptive rule spaces.

InterActHuman: Multi-Concept Human Animation with Layout-Aligned Audio Conditions

End-to-end human animation with rich multi-modal conditions, e.g., text, image and audio has achieved remarkable advancements in recent years. However, most existing methods could only animate a single subject and inject conditions in a global manner, ignoring scenarios where multiple concepts could appear in the same video with rich human-human interactions and human-object interactions. Such a global assumption prevents precise and per-identity control of multiple concepts including humans and objects, therefore hinders applications. In this work, we discard the single-entity assumption and introduce a novel framework that enforces strong, region-specific binding of conditions from modalities to each identity's spatiotemporal footprint. Given reference images of multiple concepts, our method could automatically infer layout information by leveraging a mask predictor to match appearance cues between the denoised video and each reference appearance. Furthermore, we inject local audio condition into its corresponding region to ensure layout-aligned modality matching in an iterative manner. This design enables the high-quality generation of human dialogue videos between two to three people or video customization from multiple reference images. Empirical results and ablation studies validate the effectiveness of our explicit layout control for multi-modal conditions compared to implicit counterparts and other existing methods. BiM-GeoAttn-Net: Linear-Time Depth Modeling with Geometry-Aware Attention for 3D Aortic Dissection CTA Segmentation

Accurate segmentation of aortic dissection (AD) lumens in CT angiography (CTA) is essential for quantitative morphological assessment and clinical decision-making. However, reliable 3D delineation remains challenging due to limited long-range context modeling, which compromises inter-slice coherence, and insufficient structural discrimination under low-contrast conditions. To address these limitations, we propose BiM-GeoAttn-Net, a lightweight framework that integrates linear-time depth-wise state-space modeling with geometry-aware vessel refinement. Our approach is featured by Bidirectional Depth Mamba (BiM) to efficiently capture cross-slice dependencies and Geometry-Aware Vessel Attention (GeoAttn) module that employs orientation-sensitive anisotropic filtering to refine tubular structures and sharpen ambiguous boundaries. Extensive experiments on a multi-source AD CTA dataset demonstrate that BiM-GeoAttn-Net achieves a Dice score of 93.35% and an HD95 of 12.36 mm, outperforming representative CNN-, Transformer-, and SSM-based baselines in overlap metrics while maintaining competitive boundary accuracy. These results suggest that coupling linear-time depth modeling with geometry-aware refinement provides an effective, computationally efficient solution for robust 3D AD segmentation.

Stochastic Mean-field Theory for Conditional Spin Squeezing by Homodyne Probing of Atom-Cavity Photon Dressed States

Projective measurements of collective observables can be employed to herald the preparation of entangled states of quantum systems, and the resulting conditional dynamics is usually handled by stochastic master equation (SME) for small systems, and by an approximate Gaussian-state formalism for large systems. In this work, we present an alternative technique by developing a stochastic variant of cumulant mean-field theory, benchmark it against an exact stochastic collective density matrix approach by the simulations of hundreds of identical two-level atoms. More importantly, we demonstrate its full power by studying the conditional spin squeezing of thousands of three-level atoms coupled strongly with an optical cavity subject to individual decay and dephasing, and by simulating the experimental protocol to reveal formation and detection of the spin squeezed state. The proposed technique might be further extended to study more exotic quantum-measurement effects of large quantum systems, such as deterministic spin squeezing with quantum feedback, spin squeezing of optical clock transitions, and retrodictive spin squeezing by posterior measurements, and so on.

Real-Time Magnetic Field Sensing based on Microwave Frequency Modulated Photocurrent of Nitrogen-Vacancy Centers in Diamond

While photoelectric detection of magnetic resonance (PDMR) can be applied to miniaturize nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center-based quantum sensors, real demonstration of PDMR-based magnetic field sensing remains as a distinctive challenge. To tackle this challenge, in this article, we fabricate diamond samples with electrodes and microwave antenna on the surface, and realize PDMR by detecting photocurrent in picoampere range via various lock-in amplifying modes. We obtain a theoretical and experimental sensitivity 397 nT/Hz and 921 nT/Hz of magnetic field detection in DC-10 Hz range with a laser intensity and microwave frequency modulation mode, respectively, and demonstrate for the first time, a real-time tracking of alternating magnetic field with a standard deviation of 1.5 uT. Furthermore, we investigate systematically the dependence of the PDMR contrast, linewidth and the sensitivity on the laser and microwave power, and find a perfect agreement with a master equation-based theory. Thus, our results represent a critical step forward in transitioning PDMR from a spectroscopic technique to a practical sensing modality.

Faithful Group Shapley Value

Data Shapley is an important tool for data valuation, which quantifies the contribution of individual data points to machine learning models. In practice, group-level data valuation is desirable when data providers contribute data in batch. However, we identify that existing group-level extensions of Data Shapley are vulnerable to shell company attacks, where strategic group splitting can unfairly inflate valuations. We propose Faithful Group Shapley Value (FGSV) that uniquely defends against such attacks. Building on original mathematical insights, we develop a provably fast and accurate approximation algorithm for computing FGSV. Empirical experiments demonstrate that our algorithm significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods in computational efficiency and approximation accuracy, while ensuring faithful group-level valuation.

LinGO: A Linguistic Graph Optimization Framework with LLMs for Interpreting Intents of Online Uncivil Discourse

Detecting uncivil language is crucial for maintaining safe, inclusive, and democratic online spaces. Yet existing classifiers often misinterpret posts containing uncivil cues but expressing civil intents, leading to inflated estimates of harmful incivility online. We introduce LinGO, a linguistic graph optimization framework for large language models (LLMs) that leverages linguistic structures and optimization techniques to classify multi-class intents of incivility that use various direct and indirect expressions. LinGO decomposes language into multi-step linguistic components, identifies targeted steps that cause the most errors, and iteratively optimizes prompt and/or example components for targeted steps. We evaluate it using a dataset collected during the 2022 Brazilian presidential election, encompassing four forms of political incivility: Impoliteness (IMP), Hate Speech and Stereotyping (HSST), Physical Harm and Violent Political Rhetoric (PHAVPR), and Threats to Democratic Institutions and Values (THREAT). Each instance is annotated with six types of civil/uncivil intent. We benchmark LinGO using three cost-efficient LLMs: GPT-5-mini, Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite, and Claude 3 Haiku, and four optimization techniques: TextGrad, AdalFlow, DSPy, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The results show that, across all models, LinGO consistently improves accuracy and weighted F1 compared with zero-shot, chain-of-thought, direct optimization, and fine-tuning baselines. RAG is the strongest optimization technique and, when paired with Gemini model, achieves the best overall performance. These findings demonstrate that incorporating multi-step linguistic components into LLM instructions and optimize targeted components can help the models explain complex semantic meanings, which can be extended to other complex semantic explanation tasks in the future.

SetPO: Set-Level Policy Optimization for Diversity-Preserving LLM Reasoning

Reinforcement learning with verifiable rewards has shown notable effectiveness in enhancing large language models (LLMs) reasoning performance, especially in mathematics tasks. However, such improvements often come with reduced outcome diversity, where the model concentrates probability mass on a narrow set of solutions. Motivated by diminishing-returns principles, we introduce a set level diversity objective defined over sampled trajectories using kernelized similarity. Our approach derives a leave-one-out marginal contribution for each sampled trajectory and integrates this objective as a plug-in advantage shaping term for policy optimization. We further investigate the contribution of a single trajectory to language model diversity within a distribution perturbation framework. This analysis theoretically confirms a monotonicity property, proving that rarer trajectories yield consistently higher marginal contributions to the global diversity. Extensive experiments across a range of model scales demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm, consistently outperforming strong baselines in both Pass@1 and Pass@K across various benchmarks.

DreamActor-M2: Universal Character Image Animation via Spatiotemporal In-Context Learning

Character image animation aims to synthesize high-fidelity videos by transferring motion from a driving sequence to a static reference image. Despite recent advancements, existing methods suffer from two fundamental challenges: (1) suboptimal motion injection strategies that lead to a trade-off between identity preservation and motion consistency, manifesting as a "see-saw", and (2) an over-reliance on explicit pose priors (e.g., skeletons), which inadequately capture intricate dynamics and hinder generalization to arbitrary, non-humanoid characters. To address these challenges, we present DreamActor-M2, a universal animation framework that reimagines motion conditioning as an in-context learning problem. Our approach follows a two-stage paradigm. First, we bridge the input modality gap by fusing reference appearance and motion cues into a unified latent space, enabling the model to jointly reason about spatial identity and temporal dynamics by leveraging the generative prior of foundational models. Second, we introduce a self-bootstrapped data synthesis pipeline that curates pseudo cross-identity training pairs, facilitating a seamless transition from pose-dependent control to direct, end-to-end RGB-driven animation. This strategy significantly enhances generalization across diverse characters and motion scenarios. To facilitate comprehensive evaluation, we further introduce AW Bench, a versatile benchmark encompassing a wide spectrum of characters types and motion scenarios. Extensive experiments demonstrate that DreamActor-M2 achieves state-of-the-art performance, delivering superior visual fidelity and robust cross-domain generalization. Who Fails Where? LLM and Human Error Patterns in Endometriosis Ultrasound Report Extraction

In this study, we evaluate a locally-deployed large-language model (LLM) to convert unstructured endometriosis transvaginal ultrasound (eTVUS) scan reports into structured data for imaging informatics workflows. Across 49 eTVUS reports, we compared three LLMs (7B/8B and a 20B-parameter model) against expert human extraction. The 20B model achieved a mean accuracy of 86.02%, substantially outperforming smaller models and confirming the importance of scale in handling complex clinical text. Crucially, we identified a highly complementary error profile: the LLM excelled at syntactic consistency (e.g., date/numeric formatting) where humans faltered, while human experts provided superior semantic and contextual interpretation. We also found that the LLM's semantic errors were fundamental limitations that could not be mitigated by simple prompt engineering. These findings strongly support a human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflow in which the on-premise LLM serves as a collaborative tool, not a full replacement. It automates routine structuring and flags potential human errors, enabling imaging specialists to focus on high-level semantic validation. We discuss implications for structured reporting and interactive AI systems in clinical practice.

FlowAct-R1: Towards Interactive Humanoid Video Generation

Interactive humanoid video generation aims to synthesize lifelike visual agents that can engage with humans through continuous and responsive video. Despite recent advances in video synthesis, existing methods often grapple with the trade-off between high-fidelity synthesis and real-time interaction requirements. In this paper, we propose FlowAct-R1, a framework specifically designed for real-time interactive humanoid video generation. Built upon a MMDiT architecture, FlowAct-R1 enables the streaming synthesis of video with arbitrary durations while maintaining low-latency responsiveness. We introduce a chunkwise diffusion forcing strategy, complemented by a novel self-forcing variant, to alleviate error accumulation and ensure long-term temporal consistency during continuous interaction. By leveraging efficient distillation and system-level optimizations, our framework achieves a stable 25fps at 480p resolution with a time-to-first-frame (TTFF) of only around 1.5 seconds. The proposed method provides holistic and fine-grained full-body control, enabling the agent to transition naturally between diverse behavioral states in interactive scenarios. Experimental results demonstrate that FlowAct-R1 achieves exceptional behavioral vividness and perceptual realism, while maintaining robust generalization across diverse character styles.

Bridging Your Imagination with Audio-Video Generation via a Unified Director

Existing AI-driven video creation systems typically treat script drafting and key-shot design as two disjoint tasks: the former relies on large language models, while the latter depends on image generation models. We argue that these two tasks should be unified within a single framework, as logical reasoning and imaginative thinking are both fundamental qualities of a film director. In this work, we propose UniMAGE, a unified director model that bridges user prompts with well-structured scripts, thereby empowering non-experts to produce long-context, multi-shot films by leveraging existing audio-video generation models. To achieve this, we employ the Mixture-of-Transformers architecture that unifies text and image generation. To further enhance narrative logic and keyframe consistency, we introduce a ``first interleaving, then disentangling'' training paradigm. Specifically, we first perform Interleaved Concept Learning, which utilizes interleaved text-image data to foster the model's deeper understanding and imaginative interpretation of scripts. We then conduct Disentangled Expert Learning, which decouples script writing from keyframe generation, enabling greater flexibility and creativity in storytelling. Extensive experiments demonstrate that UniMAGE achieves state-of-the-art performance among open-source models, generating logically coherent video scripts and visually consistent keyframe images.
