ALAS: Adaptive Long-Horizon Action Synthesis via Async-pathway Stream Disentanglement

Long-Horizon (LH) tasks in Human-Scene Interaction (HSI) are complex multi-step tasks that require continuous planning, sequential decision-making, and extended execution across domains to achieve the final goal. However, existing methods heavily rely on skill chaining by concatenating pre-trained subtasks, with environment observations and self-state tightly coupled, lacking the ability to generalize to new combinations of environments and skills, failing to complete various LH tasks across domains. To solve this problem, this paper presents ALAS, a cross-domain learning framework for LH tasks via biologically inspired dual-stream disentanglement. Inspired by the brain's "where-what" dual pathway mechanism, ALAS comprises two core modules: i) an environment learning module for spatial understanding, which captures object functions, spatial relationships, and scene semantics, achieving cross-domain transfer through complete environment-self disentanglement; ii) a skill learning module for task execution, which processes self-state information including joint degrees of freedom and motor patterns, enabling cross-skill transfer through independent motor pattern encoding. We conducted extensive experiments on various LH tasks in HSI scenes. Compared with existing methods, ALAS can achieve an average subtasks success rate improvement of 23\% and average execution efficiency improvement of 29\%.

F\textsuperscript{2}LP-AP: Fast \& Flexible Label Propagation with Adaptive Propagation Kernel

Semi-supervised node classification is a foundational task in graph machine learning, yet state-of-the-art Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) are hindered by significant computational overhead and reliance on strong homophily assumptions. Traditional GNNs require expensive iterative training and multi-layer message passing, while existing training-free methods, such as Label Propagation, lack adaptability to heterophilo\-us graph structures. This paper presents \textbf{F$^2$LP-AP} (Fast and Flexible Label Propagation with Adaptive Propagation Kernel), a training-free, computationally efficient framework that adapts to local graph topology. Our method constructs robust class prototypes via the geometric median and dynamically adjusts propagation parameters based on the Local Clustering Coefficient (LCC), enabling effective modeling of both homophilous and heterophilous graphs without gradient-based training. Extensive experiments across diverse benchmark datasets demonstrate that \textbf{F$^2$LP-AP} achieves competitive or superior accuracy compared to trained GNNs, while significantly outperforming existing baselines in computational efficiency.

MVSS: A Unified Framework for Multi-View Structured Survey Generation

Scientific surveys require not only summarizing large bodies of literature, but also organizing them into clear and coherent conceptual structures. However, existing automatic survey generation methods typically focus on linear text generation and struggle to explicitly model hierarchical relations among research topics and structured methodological comparisons, resulting in substantial gaps in structural organization and evidence presentation compared to expert-written surveys. To address this limitation, we propose MVSS, a multi-view structured survey generation framework that jointly generates and aligns citation-grounded hierarchical trees, structured comparison tables, and survey text. MVSS follows a structure-first paradigm: it first constructs a tree that captures the conceptual organization of a research domain, then generates comparison tables constrained by the tree structure, and finally uses both the tree and tables as joint structural constraints to guide outline construction and survey text generation. This design enables complementary and aligned multi-view representations across structure, comparison, and narrative. In addition, we introduce a dedicated evaluation framework that systematically assesses generated surveys from multiple dimensions, including structural quality, comparative completeness, and citation fidelity. Through large-scale experiments on 76 computer science topics, we demonstrate that MVSS significantly outperforms existing methods in survey organization and evidence grounding, and achieves performance comparable to expert-written surveys across multiple evaluation metrics.

MetaWorld-X: Hierarchical World Modeling via VLM-Orchestrated Experts for Humanoid Loco-Manipulation

Learning natural, stable, and compositionally generalizable whole-body control policies for humanoid robots performing simultaneous locomotion and manipulation (loco-manipulation) remains a fundamental challenge in robotics. Existing reinforcement learning approaches typically rely on a single monolithic policy to acquire multiple skills, which often leads to cross-skill gradient interference and motion pattern conflicts in high-degree-of-freedom systems. As a result, generated behaviors frequently exhibit unnatural movements, limited stability, and poor generalization to complex task compositions. To address these limitations, we propose MetaWorld-X, a hierarchical world model framework for humanoid control. Guided by a divide-and-conquer principle, our method decomposes complex control problems into a set of specialized expert policies (Specialized Expert Policies, SEP). Each expert is trained under human motion priors through imitation-constrained reinforcement learning, introducing biomechanically consistent inductive biases that ensure natural and physically plausible motion generation. Building upon this foundation, we further develop an Intelligent Routing Mechanism (IRM) supervised by a Vision-Language Model (VLM), enabling semantic-driven expert composition. The VLM-guided router dynamically integrates expert policies according to high-level task semantics, facilitating compositional generalization and adaptive execution in multi-stage loco-manipulation tasks.

MetaWorld: Skill Transfer and Composition in a Hierarchical World Model for Grounding High-Level Instructions

Humanoid robot loco-manipulation remains constrained by the semantic-physical gap. Current methods face three limitations: Low sample efficiency in reinforcement learning, poor generalization in imitation learning, and physical inconsistency in VLMs. We propose MetaWorld, a hierarchical world model that integrates semantic planning and physical control via expert policy transfer. The framework decouples tasks into a VLM-driven semantic layer and a latent dynamics model operating in a compact state space. Our dynamic expert selection and motion prior fusion mechanism leverages a pre-trained multi-expert policy library as transferable knowledge, enabling efficient online adaptation via a two-stage framework. VLMs serve as semantic interfaces, mapping instructions to executable skills and bypassing symbol grounding. Experiments on Humanoid-Bench show MetaWorld outperforms world model-based RL in task completion and motion coherence. Our code will be found at https://anonymous.4open.science/r/metaworld-2BF4/

MultiMotion: Multi Subject Video Motion Transfer via Video Diffusion Transformer

Multi-object video motion transfer poses significant challenges for Diffusion Transformer (DiT) architectures due to inherent motion entanglement and lack of object-level control. We present MultiMotion, a novel unified framework that overcomes these limitations. Our core innovation is Maskaware Attention Motion Flow (AMF), which utilizes SAM2 masks to explicitly disentangle and control motion features for multiple objects within the DiT pipeline. Furthermore, we introduce RectPC, a high-order predictor-corrector solver for efficient and accurate sampling, particularly beneficial for multi-entity generation. To facilitate rigorous evaluation, we construct the first benchmark dataset specifically for DiT-based multi-object motion transfer. MultiMotion demonstrably achieves precise, semantically aligned, and temporally coherent motion transfer for multiple distinct objects, maintaining DiT's high quality and scalability. The code is in the supp.

Reframe Your Life Story: Interactive Narrative Therapist and Innovative Moment Assessment with Large Language Models

Recent progress in large language models (LLMs) has opened new possibilities for mental health support, yet current approaches lack realism in simulating specialized psychotherapy and fail to capture therapeutic progression over time. Narrative therapy, which helps individuals transform problematic life stories into empowering alternatives, remains underutilized due to limited access and social stigma. We address these limitations through a comprehensive framework with two core components. First, INT (Interactive Narrative Therapist) simulates expert narrative therapists by planning therapeutic stages, guiding reflection levels, and generating contextually appropriate expert-like responses. Second, IMA (Innovative Moment Assessment) provides a therapy-centric evaluation method that quantifies effectiveness by tracking "Innovative Moments" (IMs), critical narrative shifts in client speech signaling therapy progress. Experimental results on 260 simulated clients and 230 human participants reveal that INT consistently outperforms standard LLMs in therapeutic quality and depth. We further demonstrate the effectiveness of INT in synthesizing high-quality support conversations to facilitate social applications.

GundamQ: Multi-Scale Spatio-Temporal Representation Learning for Robust Robot Path Planning

In dynamic and uncertain environments, robotic path planning demands accurate spatiotemporal environment understanding combined with robust decision-making under partial observability. However, current deep reinforcement learning-based path planning methods face two fundamental limitations: (1) insufficient modeling of multi-scale temporal dependencies, resulting in suboptimal adaptability in dynamic scenarios, and (2) inefficient exploration-exploitation balance, leading to degraded path quality. To address these challenges, we propose GundamQ: A Multi-Scale Spatiotemporal Q-Network for Robotic Path Planning. The framework comprises two key modules: (i) the Spatiotemporal Perception module, which hierarchically extracts multi-granularity spatial features and multi-scale temporal dependencies ranging from instantaneous to extended time horizons, thereby improving perception accuracy in dynamic environments; and (ii) the Adaptive Policy Optimization module, which balances exploration and exploitation during training while optimizing for smoothness and collision probability through constrained policy updates. Experiments in dynamic environments demonstrate that GundamQ achieves a 15.3\% improvement in success rate and a 21.7\% increase in overall path quality, significantly outperforming existing state-of-the-art methods.

The Eye of Sherlock Holmes: Uncovering User Private Attribute Profiling via Vision-Language Model Agentic Framework

Our research reveals a new privacy risk associated with the vision-language model (VLM) agentic framework: the ability to infer sensitive attributes (e.g., age and health information) and even abstract ones (e.g., personality and social traits) from a set of personal images, which we term "image private attribute profiling." This threat is particularly severe given that modern apps can easily access users' photo albums, and inference from image sets enables models to exploit inter-image relations for more sophisticated profiling. However, two main challenges hinder our understanding of how well VLMs can profile an individual from a few personal photos: (1) the lack of benchmark datasets with multi-image annotations for private attributes, and (2) the limited ability of current multimodal large language models (MLLMs) to infer abstract attributes from large image collections. In this work, we construct PAPI, the largest dataset for studying private attribute profiling in personal images, comprising 2,510 images from 251 individuals with 3,012 annotated privacy attributes. We also propose HolmesEye, a hybrid agentic framework that combines VLMs and LLMs to enhance privacy inference. HolmesEye uses VLMs to extract both intra-image and inter-image information and LLMs to guide the inference process as well as consolidate the results through forensic analysis, overcoming existing limitations in long-context visual reasoning. Experiments reveal that HolmesEye achieves a 10.8% improvement in average accuracy over state-of-the-art baselines and surpasses human-level performance by 15.0% in predicting abstract attributes. This work highlights the urgency of addressing privacy risks in image-based profiling and offers both a new dataset and an advanced framework to guide future research in this area.

Spin-to-orbital angular momentum conversion in non-Hermitian photonic graphene

Optical beams with orbital angular momentum (OAM) have numerous potential applications, but the means used for their generation often lack crucial on-demand control. In this work, we present a mechanism of converting spin angular momentum (SAM) to OAM in a non-structured beam. The conversion occurs through spin-orbit coupling in a reconfigurable photonic honeycomb lattice with staggering implemented by electromagnetically-induced transparency in an atomic vapor cell. The spin-orbit coupling allows to outcouple the OAM signal from a particular band in a given valley determined by the chirality of light or the lattice staggering, providing a non-zero Berry curvature for generating OAM. The dependence of the output OAM on the chirality of the input beam is the first control knob. The staggering works as a second control knob, flipping the sign of OAM for the fixed chirality. The demonstrated conversion between SAM and OAM is important for optical communications. Our results can be extended to other implementations of paraxial photonic graphene.
