Solvable Kinetic Gaussian Model in External Field

In this paper, the single-spin transition dynamics is used to investigate the kinetic Gaussian model in a periodic external field. We first derive the fundamental dynamic equations, and then treat an isotropic d-dimensional hypercubic lattice Gaussian spin system with Fourier's transformation method. We obtain exactly the local magnetization and the equal-time pair correlation function. The critical characteristics of the dynamical, the complex susceptibility, and the dynamical response are discussed. The results show that the time evolution of the dynamical quantities and the dynamical responses of the system strongly depend on the frequency and the wave vector of the external field.

Dynamical Decimation Renormalization-Group Technique: Kinetic Gaussian Model on Non-Branching, Braching and Multi-branching Koch Curve

A generalizing formulation of dynamical real-space renormalization that suits for arbitrary spin systems is suggested. The new version replaces the single-spin flipping Glauber dynamics with the single-spin transition dynamics. As an application, in this paper we mainly investigate the critical slowing down of the Gaussian spin model on three fractal lattices, including nonbranching, branching and multibranching Koch Curve. The dynamical critical exponent $z$ is calculated for these lattices using an exact decimation renormalization transformation in the assumption of the magnetic-like perturbation, and a universal result $z=1/ν$ is found.

Fluctuations and scaling of inverse participation ratios in random binary resonant composites

We study the statistics of local field distribution solved by the Green's-function formalism (GFF) [Y. Gu et al., Phys. Rev. B {\bf 59} 12847 (1999)] in the disordered binary resonant composites. For a percolating network, the inverse participation ratios (IPR) with $q=2$ are illustrated, as well as the typical local field distributions of localized and extended states. Numerical calculations indicate that for a definite fraction $p $ the distribution function of IPR $P_q$ has a scale invariant form. It is also shown the scaling behavior of the ensemble averaged $ $ described by the fractal dimension $D_q$. To relate the eigenvectors correlations to resonance level statistics, the axial symmetry between $D_2$ and the spectral compressibility $χ$ is obtained.

Statistics of level spacing of geometric resonances in random binary composites

We study the statistics of level spacing of geometric resonances in the disordered binary networks. For a definite concentration $p$ within the interval $[0.2,0.7]$, numerical calculations indicate that the unfolded level spacing distribution $P(t)$ and level number variance $Σ^2(L)$ have the general features. It is also shown that the short-range fluctuation $P(t)$ and long-range spectral correlation $Σ^2(L)$ lie between the profiles of the Poisson ensemble and Gaussion orthogonal ensemble (GOE). At the percolation threshold $p_c$, crossover behavior of functions $P(t)$ and $% Σ^2(L)$ is obtained, giving the finite size scaling of mean level spacing $δ$ and mean level number $n$, which obey the scaling laws, $% δ=1.032 L ^{-1.952} $ and $n=0.911L^{1.970}$.
