RTP-LLM: Building an Evolvable and Reliable LLM Inference Engine at Alibaba Scale

Large language models and inference techniques evolve rapidly, making model enablement a recurring production task rather than a one-time integration effort. At Alibaba, a shared inference infrastructure must keep pace with new models and serving capabilities while remaining reliable across heterogeneous production environments. To reconcile rapid evolution with production reliability, we present RTP-LLM, an open-source production inference engine developed and deployed at Alibaba. Its architecture separates model-specific execution from shared request processing, state management, and resource coordination. Explicit interfaces localize compatible model changes while allowing models and deployment configurations to reuse common serving mechanisms. RTP-LLM has evolved from an exploratory system into a shared production engine that supports $\sim$100 models and processes hundreds of trillions of tokens per day. We describe how its architecture and production practices accommodate model evolution and contain the impact of failures, and share lessons for building evolvable and reliable inference engines at enterprise scale.

Hard-Trace First-Order Residual Learning for Coupled Stokes-Brinkman-Darcy Flow

Stokes-Brinkman-Darcy (SBD) models connect free flow and porous flow through a Brinkman layer of finite thickness. The proposed method for solving these coupled equations consists of a mixed first-order formulation, shared interface traces and hard traction constraints, and a pressure correction based on boundary mass balance. Independent stresses, Darcy flux and pressure-gradient auxiliaries avoid second derivatives of network outputs. Boundary liftings and shared traces impose exterior and interface kinematic conditions exactly, while a stress map enforces native Brinkman-Darcy force balance. An integral momentum relation determines the pressure correction after training, without reference-pressure labels. Across two manufactured solutions and three permeabilities, mean corrected upper-pressure relative $L^2$ errors range from 0.87% to 2.58%; correction reduces both upper-pressure $L^2$ errors and the full Brinkman-pressure $H^1$ error in every run. Paired controls assess the contributions of interface sharing and traction enforcement. A non-manufactured filtration problem tests mixed-boundary adaptation against an independently refined finite-element reference, with all four runs satisfying the prescribed field and physical-consistency criteria.

SZU-AFS Antispoofing System for the ASVspoof 5 Challenge

This paper presents the SZU-AFS anti-spoofing system, designed for Track 1 of the ASVspoof 5 Challenge under open conditions. The system is built with four stages: selecting a baseline model, exploring effective data augmentation (DA) methods for fine-tuning, applying a co-enhancement strategy based on gradient norm aware minimization (GAM) for secondary fine-tuning, and fusing logits scores from the two best-performing fine-tuned models. The system utilizes the Wav2Vec2 front-end feature extractor and the AASIST back-end classifier as the baseline model. During model fine-tuning, three distinct DA policies have been investigated: single-DA, random-DA, and cascade-DA. Moreover, the employed GAM-based co-enhancement strategy, designed to fine-tune the augmented model at both data and optimizer levels, helps the Adam optimizer find flatter minima, thereby boosting model generalization. Overall, the final fusion system achieves a minDCF of 0.115 and an EER of 4.04% on the evaluation set.
