RoboDreamer: Anticipatory Humanoid Locomotion with Predictive State-Space Models

Humanoid locomotion requires control policies that remain stable under imperfect sensing while exploiting temporal context for consistent motion. We present RoboDreamer, a two-stage teacher--student framework that combines next-observation consistency with randomized continuous temporal masking. A teacher is first trained on clean observations, and a student is then distilled under masked recent observations, encouraging the policy to infer missing current information from history. At inference, the same masking interface is reused for implicit closed-loop action refinement and optional multi-step action chunking. Mamba is used as the temporal backbone, while matched ablations show that masking/distillation provides a substantial part of the gain and Mamba contributes additional tracking improvements with real-time latency. Experiments in IsaacLab, MuJoCo, and on a Unitree G1 demonstrate robust motion tracking under observation masking and successful real-world deployment.

$ω$-0: A Latent Predictive World Action Model for Concurrent Humanoid Loco-Manipulation

Humanoid household tasks often require concurrent loco-manipulation, where the robot must move, adjust posture, maintain balance, and manipulate objects as a single coordinated behavior. Yet existing humanoid policies typically decompose locomotion and manipulation, while recent world-action models remain either arm-centric or video-centered. We present $ω$-0, a latent predictive whole-body world-action model for real-world humanoid concurrent loco-manipulation. Given a language instruction, current visual observation, and robot proprioceptive state, $ω$-0 directly predicts controller-compatible whole-body action latents for real-robot execution. Rather than reconstructing future videos, $ω$-0 learns compact future observation embeddings as a lightweight predictive objective, coupling latent visual foresight with diffusion-based whole-body action generation. The model supports egocentric RGB, exocentric RGB, and exocentric depth inputs, and leverages controller-based simulation replay to ground human/public visual-motion priors into robot-executable action latents. We further collect $ω$-HOME, a 40+ hour real-world household humanoid dataset with synchronized multi-view observations, whole-body SMPL motions, robot states, and action latents. Real-world experiments on 11 household tasks demonstrate that a single $ω$-0 model can produce smooth manipulate-while-moving behaviors and consistently outperform representative imitation learning, VLA, humanoid, and WAM baselines.

PIGEON: VLM-Driven Object Navigation via Points of Interest Selection

Object navigation in unseen indoor environments requires agents to perform semantic search under partial observability. Vision-language models (VLMs) provide strong semantic-spatial priors for this task, but how to interface them with robot navigation remains challenging: dense VLM inference is expensive, while abstracting environments into symbolic memories often separates high-level reasoning from the raw visual evidence that supports it. We propose we propose PIGEON (Point of Interest Guided Exploration for Object Navigation), a VLM-driven framework that formulates object navigation as raw-observation-grounded sparse decision problem. PIGEON introduces Points of Interest (PoIs) as sparse visual decision units that couple geometrically executable waypoints with raw egocentric observations. Rather than using VLMs as dense controllers or restricting them to frontier ranking, PIGEON enables VLMs to select among task-critical PoIs, including exploration frontiers, suspected target objects, traversable stairs, and floor-level summaries, while low-level planners execute continuous motion between them. This PoI interface further makes high-level navigation decisions verifiable, allowing us to develop an RLVR pipeline that improves local VLMs without manual Chain-of-Thought annotations. Extensive experiments on Habitat ObjectNav benchmarks show that PIGEON achieves state-of-the-art zero-shot performance, scales consistently with foundation model capacity, and transfers to Active Embodied Question Answering with only prompt modifications. Real-world deployments on physical robots further demonstrate its robustness and efficiency.

FreqMoE: Dynamic Frequency Enhancement for Neural PDE Solvers

Fourier Neural Operators (FNO) have emerged as promising solutions for efficiently solving partial differential equations (PDEs) by learning infinite-dimensional function mappings through frequency domain transformations. However, the sparsity of high-frequency signals limits computational efficiency for high-dimensional inputs, and fixed-pattern truncation often causes high-frequency signal loss, reducing performance in scenarios such as high-resolution inputs or long-term predictions. To address these challenges, we propose FreqMoE, an efficient and progressive training framework that exploits the dependency of high-frequency signals on low-frequency components. The model first learns low-frequency weights and then applies a sparse upward-cycling strategy to construct a mixture of experts (MoE) in the frequency domain, effectively extending the learned weights to high-frequency regions. Experiments on both regular and irregular grid PDEs demonstrate that FreqMoE achieves up to 16.6% accuracy improvement while using merely 2.1% parameters (47.32x reduction) compared to dense FNO. Furthermore, the approach demonstrates remarkable stability in long-term predictions and generalizes seamlessly to various FNO variants and grid structures, establishing a new ``Low frequency Pretraining, High frequency Fine-tuning'' paradigm for solving PDEs.
