Non-singular Inflation-Dark Energy Unification Model Based on Loop Quantum Cosmology and Mass-Varying Neutrinos

Unifying the early-universe inflationary paradigm with late-time cosmic acceleration, while resolving the initial Big Bang singularity, remains one of the most profound challenges in modern cosmology. In this paper, we propose a non-singular quintessential inflation model embedded within the effective dynamics of Loop Quantum Cosmology (LQC) based on a Generalized Regularization Scheme. The quantum geometry effects naturally replace the initial singularity with a quantum bounce, followed by a phase of superinflation that sets robust initial conditions for the subsequent slow-roll inflation. To achieve a viable late-time dark energy epoch and address the coincidence problem, we introduce a coupling between the scalar field and massive neutrinos, known as Mass-Varying Neutrinos (MaVaNs). As neutrinos become non-relativistic in the post-inflationary evolution, their backreaction effectively freezes the scalar field, triggering the late-time accelerated expansion. We numerically trace the full background dynamics from the quantum bounce to the present day. Furthermore, we tightly constrain the model parameters utilizing the observational data, including the Type Ia supernovae sample, the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) Baryon Acoustic Oscillations (BAO) and Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) distance priors. Our results demonstrate that this unified LQC-MaVaNs quintessential framework is highly consistent with current precision cosmological observations.

Scalar superradiance in the charged black-bounce spacetimes

We numerically investigate the superradiant amplification effect of a charged scalar filed in the scattering experiment and the black hole bomb model in a charged black-bounce spacetime. Due to the shallowing effect on the effective potential by the introduced quantum parameter $ł$, superradiance in both the above cases are verified to be weakened. In a scattering experiment, the quantum parameter and the field mass suppress the amplification in all frequency ranges, while the black hole and field charge influence it differently in high and low frequencies. In a Type I black hole bomb model, where the reflective mirror is placed outside the ergo-region, we find a new distinct eigen-mode for the scalar field evolution in a high $ł$ value, which is however absent in the case of Type II black bomb where the mirror is set inside the ergo-region. Moreover, we investigate the heavy field mass scenario in a Type II black hole bomb and find no amplification effect in this confined configuration.

Scalar-Induced Gravitational Waves from Ghost Inflation and Parity Violation

We calculate the scalar-induced gravitational wave energy density in the theory of Ghost Inflation, assuming scale invariance and taking into account both the power spectrum- and trispectrum-induced contributions. For the latter we consider the leading cubic and quartic couplings of the comoving curvature perturbation in addition to two parity-violating quartic operators. In the parity-even case, we find the relative importance of the trispectrum-induced signal to be suppressed by the requirement of perturbativity, strengthening a no-go theorem recently put forth. The parity-odd signal, even though also bound to be small, is non-degenerate with the Gaussian contribution and may in principle be comparable to the parity-even non-Gaussian part, thus potentially serving as a probe of the Ghost Inflation scenario and of parity violating physics during inflation.
