SoulX-LiveAct: Towards Hour-Scale Real-Time Human Animation with Neighbor Forcing and ConvKV Memory

Autoregressive (AR) diffusion models offer a promising framework for sequential generation tasks such as video synthesis by combining diffusion modeling with causal inference. Although they support streaming generation, existing AR diffusion methods struggle to scale efficiently. In this paper, we identify two key challenges in hour-scale real-time human animation. First, most forcing strategies propagate sample-level representations with mismatched diffusion states, causing inconsistent learning signals and unstable convergence. Second, historical representations grow unbounded and lack structure, preventing effective reuse of cached states and severely limiting inference efficiency. To address these challenges, we propose Neighbor Forcing, a diffusion-step-consistent AR formulation that propagates temporally adjacent frames as latent neighbors under the same noise condition. This design provides a distribution-aligned and stable learning signal while preserving drifting throughout the AR chain. Building upon this, we introduce a structured ConvKV memory mechanism that compresses the keys and values in causal attention into a fixed-length representation, enabling constant-memory inference and truly infinite video generation without relying on short-term motion-frame memory. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach significantly improves training convergence, hour-scale generation quality, and inference efficiency compared to existing AR diffusion methods. Numerically, LiveAct enables hour-scale real-time human animation and supports 20 FPS real-time streaming inference on as few as two NVIDIA H100 or H200 GPUs. Quantitative results demonstrate that our method attains state-of-the-art performance in lip-sync accuracy, human animation quality, and emotional expressiveness, with the lowest inference cost.

SoulX-Podcast: Towards Realistic Long-form Podcasts with Dialectal and Paralinguistic Diversity

Recent advances in text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis have significantly improved speech expressiveness and naturalness. However, most existing systems are tailored for single-speaker synthesis and fall short in generating coherent multi-speaker conversational speech. This technical report presents SoulX-Podcast, a system designed for podcast-style multi-turn, multi-speaker dialogic speech generation, while also achieving state-of-the-art performance in conventional TTS tasks. To meet the higher naturalness demands of multi-turn spoken dialogue, SoulX-Podcast integrates a range of paralinguistic controls and supports both Mandarin and English, as well as several Chinese dialects, including Sichuanese, Henanese, and Cantonese, enabling more personalized podcast-style speech generation. Experimental results demonstrate that SoulX-Podcast can continuously produce over 90 minutes of conversation with stable speaker timbre and smooth speaker transitions. Moreover, speakers exhibit contextually adaptive prosody, reflecting natural rhythm and intonation changes as dialogues progress. Across multiple evaluation metrics, SoulX-Podcast achieves state-of-the-art performance in both monologue TTS and multi-turn conversational speech synthesis.

PerformSinger: Multimodal Singing Voice Synthesis Leveraging Synchronized Lip Cues from Singing Performance Videos

Existing singing voice synthesis (SVS) models largely rely on fine-grained, phoneme-level durations, which limits their practical application. These methods overlook the complementary role of visual information in duration prediction. To address these issues, we propose PerformSinger, a pioneering multimodal SVS framework, which incorporates lip cues from video as a visual modality, enabling high-quality "duration-free" singing voice synthesis. PerformSinger comprises parallel multi-branch multimodal encoders, a feature fusion module, a duration and variational prediction network, a mel-spectrogram decoder and a vocoder. The fusion module, composed of adapter and fusion blocks, employs a progressive fusion strategy within an aligned semantic space to produce high-quality multimodal feature representations, thereby enabling accurate duration prediction and high-fidelity audio synthesis. To facilitate the research, we design, collect and annotate a novel SVS dataset involving synchronized video streams and precise phoneme-level manual annotations. Extensive experiments demonstrate the state-of-the-art performance of our proposal in both subjective and objective evaluations. The code and dataset will be publicly available.
