HunyuanOCR-1.5: Making Lightweight OCR VLMs Faster and Better

We present HunyuanOCR-1.5, a lightweight end-to-end OCR-specialized vision-language model. HunyuanOCR unifies document parsing, text spotting, information extraction, text-image translation, and multi-image document understanding within a single end-to-end VLM. Building upon the lightweight architecture of HunyuanOCR-1.0, HunyuanOCR-1.5 does not redesign the backbone, but systematically improves both efficiency and capability. For efficiency, we adapt DFlash to OCR decoding, significantly reducing the latency of long structured outputs such as dense documents, tables, and formulas while preserving output distribution. Powered by DFlash, HunyuanOCR-1.5 achieves a 6.37x Transformer inference speedup and a 2.14x speedup under vLLM, delivering the fastest inference among lightweight OCR VLMs. For capability, we propose Agentic Data Flow, an agent-driven data construction system that transforms model weaknesses into executable data requirements and autonomously performs material search, quality verification, and pipeline development. It substantially improves long-tail capabilities in ancient-script OCR, fine-grained chart and table parsing, multi-image text-centric QA, low-resource multilingual parsing, and document hallucination evaluation. HunyuanOCR-1.5 ranks among the top-tier end-to-end OCR solutions on OmniDocBench v1.6 while achieving new performance milestones across these long-tail tasks. Combined with an upgraded pretraining and post-training recipe, HunyuanOCR-1.5 further extends its capability in high-resolution, long-context, and multi-task scenarios. Experiments demonstrate faster inference, broader OCR capability coverage, and the deployment advantages of a lightweight end-to-end model. We will release the model weights and training code to support future research and real-world OCR applications.

BrowserForge: Scaling Web Episode via Parallel Browser Sandboxes

Web agents that act from rendered pixels avoid the fragility and heavy token cost of reading a page's HTML or accessibility tree, but training them depends on large amounts of high-quality interaction trajectories, and how to produce such data at scale remains an open problem. Public datasets typically contain only a few thousand trajectories drawn from a fixed and narrow set of websites, and even recent automated synthesis pipelines stay bound to predefined site lists or tutorial sources, so the number of distinct websites the agent ever sees barely grows. We present BrowserForge, a framework that generates web interaction data at scale by driving many browser sandboxes in parallel over the open web. BrowserForge couples three components: an open-web sourcing stage that exposes the agent to hundreds of thousands of real, openly reachable websites; a sandbox cluster manager that schedules hundreds of concurrent browsers with high utilization; and a Proposer-Solver dual-agent loop that turns a raw page into an executable task and then collects a verified trajectory for it. A rule-plus-model cleaning pipeline removes failed runs and rewrites the surviving reasoning into a single unified chain-of-thought style. Page structure such as the accessibility tree is used only as a synthesis-time signal; the agent we train and release acts purely from the screenshot. The resulting corpus contains 203,238 trajectories, each collected from a distinct website, larger and more diverse than prior trajectory datasets. Fine-tuning a compact multimodal model on this corpus raises its success rate on the live Online-Mind2Web from 25.66% to 33.33% and consistently improves step accuracy on the static Multimodal-Mind2Web, with the gain growing as the corpus scales. Controlled analyses further confirm that open-web sourcing and broad website coverage are key contributors to the observed improvement.

RefineSVG: Visual Feedback-Driven Reinforcement Learning for Image-to-SVG Generation

We propose RefineSVG, a single-step closed-loop visual feedback framework that enables multimodal large language models (MLLMs) to perform high-fidelity image-to-SVG generation through self-correction. Existing MLLM-based approaches rely on single-pass open-loop inference, where the model receives visual input only once and must generate thousands of SVG code tokens without intermediate verification. This paradigm inevitably leads to geometric drift, error accumulation, and visual hallucination on complex images. RefineSVG overcomes this limitation by invoking an external rendering engine after an initial SVG generation pass to compare the rendered output against the target image. The comparison yields a multi-dimensional visual residual map (Diff-Map) that is fed back to the model as a ReAct-style correction signal, driving a targeted correction step. To support this render-observe-correct interaction, we further introduce an SVG-oriented semantic vocabulary that compresses token sequences by over 52%. A progressive training pipeline spanning supervised fine-tuning, rejection-sampling cold-start data construction, and end-to-end agentic reinforcement learning aligns the model with closed-loop visual correction. Extensive experiments show that RefineSVG consistently outperforms existing baselines in reconstruction fidelity, structural accuracy, and code efficiency.Code is available at https://github.com/liuxiaobo66/RefineSVG.

ClawGUI: A Unified Framework for Training, Evaluating, and Deploying GUI Agents

GUI agents drive applications through their visual interfaces instead of programmatic APIs, interacting with arbitrary software via taps, swipes, and keystrokes, reaching a long tail of applications that CLI-based agents cannot. Yet progress in this area is bottlenecked less by modeling capacity than by the absence of a coherent full-stack infrastructure: online RL training suffers from environment instability and closed pipelines, evaluation protocols drift silently across works, and trained agents rarely reach real users on real devices. We present \textbf{ClawGUI}, an open-source framework addressing these three gaps within a single harness. \textbf{ClawGUI-RL} provides the first open-source GUI agent RL infrastructure with validated support for both parallel virtual environments and real physical devices, integrating GiGPO with a Process Reward Model for dense step-level supervision. \textbf{ClawGUI-Eval} enforces a fully standardized evaluation pipeline across 6 benchmarks and 11+ models, achieving 95.8\% reproduction against official baselines. \textbf{ClawGUI-Agent} brings trained agents to Android, HarmonyOS, and iOS through 12+ chat platforms with hybrid CLI-GUI control and persistent personalized memory. Trained end to end within this pipeline, \textbf{ClawGUI-2B} achieves 17.1\% Success Rate on MobileWorld GUI-Only, outperforming the same-scale MAI-UI-2B baseline by 6.0\%.
