SW-$A^2$-Bench: Benchmarking Autonomous Software Agent Generation for Agentic Web

The Agentic Web is emerging as a paradigm in which autonomous software agents interact with online resources and with each other to accomplish user goals. However, the capacity of Agentic Web is still limited by insufficient autonomous software agent population, which has become a crucial challenge for scaling Agentic Web. In order to alleviate this, we study the task of automatically converting existing code repositories into autonomous software agents via coding agents, decompose the process into critical stages, and identify key technical hurdles. To systematically evaluate this capability, we propose SoftWare Agent generation for Agentic Web Bench (SW-$A^2$-Bench), the first benchmark designed for software agent generation. SW-$A^2$-Bench evaluates not only whether software agents can be generated, but also whether generated software agents are faithful to the source repositories and interoperable with other agents in multi-agent workflows. Our experiments demonstrate that our approach effectively activates the functional capabilities of code repositories and enables interoperable multi-agent collaboration in Agentic Web. We believe that this work will provide a standardized evaluation for software agent generation and will contribute to the future of scaling the capacity of Agentic Web.

Holos: A Web-Scale LLM-Based Multi-Agent System for the Agentic Web

As large language models (LLM)-driven agents transition from isolated task solvers to persistent digital entities, the emergence of the Agentic Web, an ecosystem where heterogeneous agents autonomously interact and co-evolve, marks a pivotal shift toward Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). However, LLM-based multi-agent systems (LaMAS) are hindered by open-world issues such as scaling friction, coordination breakdown, and value dissipation. To address these challenges, we introduce Holos, a web-scale LaMAS architected for long-term ecological persistence. Holos adopts a five-layer architecture, with core modules primarily featuring the Nuwa engine for high-efficiency agent generation and hosting, a market-driven Orchestrator for resilient coordination, and an endogenous value cycle to achieve incentive compatibility. By bridging the gap between micro-level collaboration and macro-scale emergence, Holos hopes to lay the foundation for the next generation of the self-organizing and continuously evolving Agentic Web. We have publicly released Holos (accessible at https://holosai.io), providing a resource for the community and a testbed for future research in large-scale agentic ecosystems.

TrajBooster: Boosting Humanoid Whole-Body Manipulation via Trajectory-Centric Learning

Recent Vision-Language-Action models show potential to generalize across embodiments but struggle to quickly align with a new robot's action space when high-quality demonstrations are scarce, especially for bipedal humanoids. We present TrajBooster, a cross-embodiment framework that leverages abundant wheeled-humanoid data to boost bipedal VLA. Our key idea is to use end-effector trajectories as a morphology-agnostic interface. TrajBooster (i) extracts 6D dual-arm end-effector trajectories from real-world wheeled humanoids, (ii) retargets them in simulation to Unitree G1 with a whole-body controller trained via a heuristic-enhanced harmonized online DAgger to lift low-dimensional trajectory references into feasible high-dimensional whole-body actions, and (iii) forms heterogeneous triplets that couple source vision/language with target humanoid-compatible actions to post-pre-train a VLA, followed by only 10 minutes of teleoperation data collection on the target humanoid domain. Deployed on Unitree G1, our policy achieves beyond-tabletop household tasks, enabling squatting, cross-height manipulation, and coordinated whole-body motion with markedly improved robustness and generalization. Results show that TrajBooster allows existing wheeled-humanoid data to efficiently strengthen bipedal humanoid VLA performance, reducing reliance on costly same-embodiment data while enhancing action space understanding and zero-shot skill transfer capabilities. EnvX: Agentize Everything with Agentic AI

The widespread availability of open-source repositories has led to a vast collection of reusable software components, yet their utilization remains manual, error-prone, and disconnected. Developers must navigate documentation, understand APIs, and write integration code, creating significant barriers to efficient software reuse. To address this, we present EnvX, a framework that leverages Agentic AI to agentize GitHub repositories, transforming them into intelligent, autonomous agents capable of natural language interaction and inter-agent collaboration. Unlike existing approaches that treat repositories as static code resources, EnvX reimagines them as active agents through a three-phase process: (1) TODO-guided environment initialization, which sets up the necessary dependencies, data, and validation datasets; (2) human-aligned agentic automation, allowing repository-specific agents to autonomously perform real-world tasks; and (3) Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol, enabling multiple agents to collaborate. By combining large language model capabilities with structured tool integration, EnvX automates not just code generation, but the entire process of understanding, initializing, and operationalizing repository functionality. We evaluate EnvX on the GitTaskBench benchmark, using 18 repositories across domains such as image processing, speech recognition, document analysis, and video manipulation. Our results show that EnvX achieves a 74.07% execution completion rate and 51.85% task pass rate, outperforming existing frameworks. Case studies further demonstrate EnvX's ability to enable multi-repository collaboration via the A2A protocol. This work marks a shift from treating repositories as passive code resources to intelligent, interactive agents, fostering greater accessibility and collaboration within the open-source ecosystem.

GeometryZero: Advancing Geometry Solving via Group Contrastive Policy Optimization

Recent progress in large language models (LLMs) has boosted mathematical reasoning, yet geometry remains challenging where auxiliary construction is often essential. Prior methods either underperform or depend on very large models (e.g., GPT-4o), making them costly. We argue that reinforcement learning with verifiable rewards (e.g., GRPO) can train smaller models to couple auxiliary construction with solid geometric reasoning. However, naively applying GRPO yields unconditional rewards, encouraging indiscriminate and sometimes harmful constructions. We propose Group Contrastive Policy Optimization (GCPO), an RL framework with two components: (1) Group Contrastive Masking, which assigns positive/negative construction rewards based on contextual utility, and (2) a Length Reward that encourages longer reasoning chains. On top of GCPO, we build GeometryZero, an affordable family of geometry reasoning models that selectively use auxiliary construction. Experiments on Geometry3K and MathVista show GeometryZero consistently outperforms RL baselines (e.g., GRPO, ToRL). The code has been available at https://github.com/ekonwang/GeometryZero.

VidCRAFT3: Camera, Object, and Lighting Control for Image-to-Video Generation

Controllable image-to-video (I2V) generation transforms a reference image into a coherent video guided by user-specified control signals. While precise control over camera motion, object motion, and lighting is essential for high-fidelity creation, existing methods often treat these factors independently. This overlooks the physical coupling among viewpoint, geometry, and illumination in dynamic scenes, leading to visual inconsistencies such as mismatched shadows and perspective drift under simultaneous changes. We present VidCRAFT3, a unified and flexible I2V framework that explicitly models cross-factor interactions among geometry, motion, and illumination, enabling both independent and joint control over camera motion, object motion, and lighting direction. Image2Cloud provides explicit 3D geometric priors for accurate camera motion control. ObjMotionNet encodes sparse object trajectories into multi-scale motion features to guide realistic object motion. A Spatial Triple-Attention Transformer integrates lighting direction through lighting cross-attention for consistent relighting. To address the scarcity of jointly annotated data, we construct the VideoLightingDirection (VLD) dataset with accurate per-frame lighting direction annotations, and introduce a three-stage progressive training strategy that enables robust learning without fully joint annotations. Extensive experiments demonstrate that VidCRAFT3 achieves state-of-the-art performance in control precision and visual coherence across diverse scenarios.
