PolicyCache-SDN: Hierarchical Intra-Path Learning for Adaptive SDN Traffic Control

Software defined networks offer global visibility, yet centralized control loops are too slow for transient congestion and bursty traffic dynamics. Existing learned traffic control schemes often rely on offline training, making them fragile under distribution shifts. We present PolicyCache-SDN, a hierarchical SDN traffic control framework that enables local online adaptation under centralized policy control. Its key abstraction is a policy envelope: the controller compiles network wide intent into bounded per path action spaces, while edge agents learn and execute metering, queueing, and rerouting decisions only within those bounds. Policy envelopes also make local actions auditable and reversible when they affect shared bottlenecks. Evaluation on a 1,024 host software SDN testbed shows that PolicyCache-SDN improves average core link utilization by 35.5% over Static ECMP and 18.3% over Centralized TE. It reduces elephant flow P99 FCT by 34.3% over end host congestion control, lowers SLA violations from 18.2% to 6.8%, and uses less than 2% CPU and 12 MB memory per edge agent. The source code is available in an anonymized repository at https://anonymous.4open.science/r/JCC2026-PolicyCache-SDN/.

OpenCLAW-Nexus: A Self-Reinforcing Trust Framework for Byzantine-Resilient Decentralized Federated Learning

Decentralized Federated Learning (DFL) eliminates the central aggregator but introduces a severe 'trust gap': without a trusted coordinator, the system becomes vulnerable to Byzantine and Sybil attacks, while existing solutions treat node selection, aggregation, and consensus as isolated modules, often relying on a trusted root dataset unavailable in truly decentralized settings. We propose OpenCLAW-Nexus, a self-reinforcing trust framework that bridges this gap through a single primitive, a discounted Beta-reputation model, that unifies reputation-based node selection, reputation-weighted aggregation Rep-FedAvg, and reputation-aware BFT consensus. Rep-FedAvg eliminates the trusted root dataset requirement; we formally prove reputation separation between honest and Byzantine nodes under non-IID data with noisy evaluations. On a 1,000-node global testbed spanning three cloud providers and nine regions, Rep-FedAvg achieves 72.6% accuracy on non-IID CIFAR-10 with 20% Byzantine nodes and record-level differential privacy, within 0.5,pp of centralized FLTrust.Under a 300-node Sybil attack, reputation-weighted consensus maintains 84.2% validation correctness versus 62.8% (PoW) and 47.6% (PoS).

DM0: An Embodied-Native Vision-Language-Action Model towards Physical AI

Moving beyond the traditional paradigm of adapting internet-pretrained models to physical tasks, we present DM0, an Embodied-Native Vision-Language-Action (VLA) framework designed for Physical AI. Unlike approaches that treat physical grounding as a fine-tuning afterthought, DM0 unifies embodied manipulation and navigation by learning from heterogeneous data sources from the onset. Our methodology follows a comprehensive three-stage pipeline: Pretraining, Mid-Training, and Post-Training. First, we conduct large-scale unified pretraining on the Vision-Language Model (VLM) using diverse corpora--seamlessly integrating web text, autonomous driving scenarios, and embodied interaction logs-to jointly acquire semantic knowledge and physical priors. Subsequently, we build a flow-matching action expert atop the VLM. To reconcile high-level reasoning with low-level control, DM0 employs a hybrid training strategy: for embodied data, gradients from the action expert are not backpropagated to the VLM to preserve generalized representations, while the VLM remains trainable on non-embodied data. Furthermore, we introduce an Embodied Spatial Scaffolding strategy to construct spatial Chain-of-Thought (CoT) reasoning, effectively constraining the action solution space. Experiments on the RoboChallenge benchmark demonstrate that DM0 achieves state-of-the-art performance in both Specialist and Generalist settings on Table30.

Dexbotic: Open-Source Vision-Language-Action Toolbox

In this paper, we present Dexbotic, an open-source Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model toolbox based on PyTorch. It aims to provide a one-stop VLA research service for professionals in the field of embodied intelligence. It offers a codebase that supports multiple mainstream VLA policies simultaneously, allowing users to reproduce various VLA methods with just a single environment setup. The toolbox is experiment-centric, where the users can quickly develop new VLA experiments by simply modifying the Exp script. Moreover, we provide much stronger pretrained models to achieve great performance improvements for state-of-the-art VLA policies. Dexbotic will continuously update to include more of the latest pre-trained foundation models and cutting-edge VLA models in the industry.

Mamba4Net: Distilled Hybrid Mamba Large Language Models For Networking

Transformer-based large language models (LLMs) are increasingly being adopted in networking research to address domain-specific challenges. However, their quadratic time complexity and substantial model sizes often result in significant computational overhead and memory constraints, particularly in resource-constrained environments. Drawing inspiration from the efficiency and performance of the Deepseek-R1 model within the knowledge distillation paradigm, this paper introduces Mamba4Net, a novel cross-architecture distillation framework. Mamba4Net transfers networking-specific knowledge from transformer-based LLMs to student models built on the Mamba architecture, which features linear time complexity. This design substantially enhances computational efficiency compared to the quadratic complexity of transformer-based models, while the reduced model size further minimizes computational demands, improving overall performance and resource utilization. To evaluate its effectiveness, Mamba4Net was tested across three diverse networking tasks: viewport prediction, adaptive bitrate streaming, and cluster job scheduling. Compared to existing methods that do not leverage LLMs, Mamba4Net demonstrates superior task performance. Furthermore, relative to direct applications of transformer-based LLMs, it achieves significant efficiency gains, including a throughput 3.96 times higher and a storage footprint of only 5.48% of that required by previous LLM-based approaches. These results highlight Mamba4Net's potential to enable the cost-effective application of LLM-derived knowledge in networking contexts. The source code is openly available to support further research and development.

RoboChallenge: Large-scale Real-robot Evaluation of Embodied Policies

Testing on real machines is indispensable for robotic control algorithms. In the context of learning-based algorithms, especially VLA models, demand for large-scale evaluation, i.e. testing a large number of models on a large number of tasks, is becoming increasingly urgent. However, doing this right is highly non-trivial, especially when scalability and reproducibility is taken into account. In this report, we describe our methodology for constructing RoboChallenge, an online evaluation system to test robotic control algorithms, and our survey of recent state-of-the-art VLA models using our initial benchmark Table30.

BlockSDN: Towards a High-Performance Blockchain via Software-Defined Cross Networking optimization

The scalability of blockchain systems is constrained by inefficient P2P broadcasting, as most existing optimizations focus only on the logical layer without considering physical network conditions. To address this, we propose BlockSDN, the first SDN-based integrated architecture for blockchain. BlockSDN employs a distributed control plane for a global network view, a graph engine for hierarchical clustering, and a hybrid macro-micro neighbor selection with hierarchical broadcasting. A dedicated simulation platform shows that BlockSDN reduces global block synchronization time by 65% and 55% compared to Gossip and Mercury, respectively. These results highlight the potential of SDN-enabled cross-layer coordination to significantly enhance blockchain scalability and performance.

VoiceWukong: Benchmarking Deepfake Voice Detection

With the rapid advancement of technologies like text-to-speech (TTS) and voice conversion (VC), detecting deepfake voices has become increasingly crucial. However, both academia and industry lack a comprehensive and intuitive benchmark for evaluating detectors. Existing datasets are limited in language diversity and lack many manipulations encountered in real-world production environments. To fill this gap, we propose VoiceWukong, a benchmark designed to evaluate the performance of deepfake voice detectors. To build the dataset, we first collected deepfake voices generated by 19 advanced and widely recognized commercial tools and 15 open-source tools. We then created 38 data variants covering six types of manipulations, constructing the evaluation dataset for deepfake voice detection. VoiceWukong thus includes 265,200 English and 148,200 Chinese deepfake voice samples. Using VoiceWukong, we evaluated 12 state-of-the-art detectors. AASIST2 achieved the best equal error rate (EER) of 13.50%, while all others exceeded 20%. Our findings reveal that these detectors face significant challenges in real-world applications, with dramatically declining performance. In addition, we conducted a user study with more than 300 participants. The results are compared with the performance of the 12 detectors and a multimodel large language model (MLLM), i.e., Qwen2-Audio, where different detectors and humans exhibit varying identification capabilities for deepfake voices at different deception levels, while the LALM demonstrates no detection ability at all. Furthermore, we provide a leaderboard for deepfake voice detection, publicly available at {https://voicewukong.github.io}.

Potato: A Data-Oriented Programming 3D Simulator for Large-Scale Heterogeneous Swarm Robotics

Large-scale simulation with realistic nonlinear dynamic models is crucial for algorithms development for swarm robotics. However, existing platforms are mainly developed based on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and either use simple kinematic models to pursue a large number of simulating nodes or implement realistic dynamic models with limited simulating nodes. In this paper, we develop a simulator based on Data-Oriented Programming (DOP) that utilizes GPU parallel computing to achieve large-scale swarm robotic simulations. Specifically, we use a multi-process approach to simulate heterogeneous agents and leverage PyTorch with GPU to simulate homogeneous agents with a large number. We test our approach using a nonlinear quadrotor model and demonstrate that this DOP approach can maintain almost the same computational speed when quadrotors are less than 5,000. We also provide two examples to present the functionality of the platform.

Event-Triggered Optimal Formation Tracking Control Using Reinforcement Learning for Large-Scale UAV Systems

Large-scale UAV switching formation tracking control has been widely applied in many fields such as search and rescue, cooperative transportation, and UAV light shows. In order to optimize the control performance and reduce the computational burden of the system, this study proposes an event-triggered optimal formation tracking controller for discrete-time large-scale UAV systems (UASs). And an optimal decision - optimal control framework is completed by introducing the Hungarian algorithm and actor-critic neural networks (NNs) implementation. Finally, a large-scale mixed reality experimental platform is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, which includes large-scale virtual UAV nodes and limited physical UAV nodes. This compensates for the limitations of the experimental field and equipment in realworld scenario, ensures the experimental safety, significantly reduces the experimental cost, and is suitable for realizing largescale UAV formation light shows.

Practical Stereo Matching via Cascaded Recurrent Network with Adaptive Correlation

With the advent of convolutional neural networks, stereo matching algorithms have recently gained tremendous progress. However, it remains a great challenge to accurately extract disparities from real-world image pairs taken by consumer-level devices like smartphones, due to practical complicating factors such as thin structures, non-ideal rectification, camera module inconsistencies and various hard-case scenes. In this paper, we propose a set of innovative designs to tackle the problem of practical stereo matching: 1) to better recover fine depth details, we design a hierarchical network with recurrent refinement to update disparities in a coarse-to-fine manner, as well as a stacked cascaded architecture for inference; 2) we propose an adaptive group correlation layer to mitigate the impact of erroneous rectification; 3) we introduce a new synthetic dataset with special attention to difficult cases for better generalizing to real-world scenes. Our results not only rank 1st on both Middlebury and ETH3D benchmarks, outperforming existing state-of-the-art methods by a notable margin, but also exhibit high-quality details for real-life photos, which clearly demonstrates the efficacy of our contributions.
