Reply to the Comment by A. Hanke and R. Metzler on "Why is the DNA Denaturation Transition First Order?"
Abstract
It is shown that the scaling analysis presented in Phys. Rev. Lett. 85, 4988 (2000) (cond-mat/0007141) is valid for finite chains of lengths relevant to experiments, in contrast to a recent claim made by A. Hanke and R. Metzler in cond-mat/0108323.
