Foundations of Non-linear Quantum Mechanics

The foundations of non-linear quantum mechanics are based on six postulates and five propositions. On a first quantised level, these approaches are built on non-linear differential operators, non-linear eigenvalue equations, and the notion of non-linear observables and non-linear states. The present theory predicts that the non-linear function solution of a non-linear partial differential equation for a free particle is correct and that the commutator of the position operator and the non-linear momentum operator does not commute. Moreover, the implicit wave function of linear quantum mechanics can be determined by a non-linear wave function solution of non-linear partial differential equation, which also verifies the non-linear quantum mechanics.

Modified Bohm's theory for abstruse measurements: application to layer depth profiling by Auger spectroscopy

Modified Bohm formalism is applied to solve a problem of abstruse layer depth profiles measured by the Auger electron spectroscopy technique in real physical systems, i.e., the desorbed carbon/passive layer on NiTi substrate and the adsorbed oxygen/surface of NiTi alloy. It is shown that abstruse layer profiles may be converted to real layer structures using the modified Bohm theory, where the quantum potential is due to an Auger electron effect. It is also pointed out that the stationary probability density predicts multilayer structures of abstruse depth profiles caused by carbon desorption and oxygen adsorption processes. The criterion for a kind of break between the physical and unphysical multilayer systems was found. We have concluded that the physics is also characterized by the abstruse measurement and the modified Bohm formalism

Electric power generation of a liquid self-assembled drop on a semiconductor surface

The technological innovation of the direct conversion of solar energy to electric plays an important role in electric power generation. Earlier discussions of band bending in a semiconductor contacting a metal and liquid electrolyte solutions containing redox couples with different electrochemical potentials should not overshadow the fact that under absorption of photons takes place in a solar cell, which can generate free charge for an electrical circuit. Here we propose new band bending of ZnO and Cu2O semiconductors induced by a liquid self-assembled microdrop of a physiological salt solution.

Structural and electrical properties of electrodeposited single junction of cuprous (I) oxide copper

Cuprous (I) oxide (Cu_{2}O) based solar cells were fabricated with the use of the electrodeposition technique at nanometre scale, and the structural, morphological and electrical properties were investigated. The Cu_{2}O layers were electrodeposited on crystalline and polycrystalline copper substrates. To complete the Cu_{2}O/Cu(100) and Cu_{2}O/Cu interfaces as the solar cells the top electrodes of silver paste were painted on the rear of Cu_{2}O. The theoretical analysis of the current voltage curve was provided to determine the values of electrical parameters of the most efficient solar cell of Ag/Cu_{2}O/Cu(100) and clearly indicate presence of two Schottky barriers at interfaces.
