Local constraints on alcohol--thioalcohol analogs in G35.2N

The chemistry of sulfur-bearing complex organic molecules in dense star-forming environments remains uncertain, partly because the dominant sulfur reservoirs in dense gas and ices are poorly identified. Alcohol--thioalcohol pairs allow direct comparisons of structurally related O- and S-bearing molecules. We present ALMA Band 6 observations of CH$_3$OH/CH$_3$SH and C$_2$H$_5$OH/C$_2$H$_5$SH toward three spectral-extraction positions (MM3-pos, MM4-pos, and MM5-pos) in the MM3--MM5 region of G35.2N. Local thermodynamic equilibrium modeling yields column densities and abundance ratios. CH$_3$OH column densities were inferred from $^{13}$CH$_3$OH assuming $^{12}$C/$^{13}$C = 50 to mitigate optical-depth effects. CH$_3$OH, CH$_3$SH, and C$_2$H$_5$OH are robustly constrained at all three positions; C$_2$H$_5$SH is robustly constrained at MM3-pos and MM5-pos but remains tentative at MM4-pos. The corresponding adopted column-density ranges are $(1.8-2.7)\times10^{18}$, $(1.7-2.6)\times10^{16}$, $(5.7-8.5)\times10^{16}$, and $(2.4-4.6)\times10^{15}$ cm$^{-2}$. The CH$_3$OH/C$_2$H$_5$OH and CH$_3$OH/CH$_3$SH ratios are consistent across the positions within uncertainties, with nominal values of 31--32 and 100--110, respectively. Comparisons with chemically rich sources and warm-up chemical models show that CH$_3$OH/C$_2$H$_5$OH lies within the range measured elsewhere, whereas CH$_3$OH/CH$_3$SH exhibits greater source-to-source variation. The ethyl-level O/S comparison remains less certain because many literature C$_2$H$_5$SH measurements provide only lower limits. CH$_3$OH/CH$_3$SH is thus the best-constrained O/S alcohol--thioalcohol ratio in these data and provides an empirical probe of source-dependent sulfur-bearing organic chemistry. More sensitive C$_2$H$_5$SH observations are needed to test C$_2$H$_5$OH/C$_2$H$_5$SH.

LimiX-2: A Contextual Mechanism Network Towards General Structured-Data Intelligence

We introduce LimiX-2, a new model in the LimiX family, developed through model and data scaling guided by our previously established scaling laws. LimiX-2 adopts the Contextual Mechanism Networks (CMNs) paradigm and is pretrained with Context-Conditional Masked Modeling (CCMM). CMNs shifts the organizing principle of in-context learning from target-centric prediction to mechanism-oriented joint modeling. Rather than centering the network on the $p(y \mid x, D_{\mathrm{context}})$ objective of conventional tabular PFNs, it is designed around learning $p(x, y \mid D_{\mathrm{context}})$, a context-dependent representation of the joint structure underlying data generation. Pretraining uses synthetic datasets generated by structural causal models (SCMs) spanning diverse graph structures, functional mechanisms, and observation processes. Evaluations on TabArena, TALENT, and BCCO show that LimiX-2 outperforms current dataset-specific models and tabular foundation models. Beyond predictive performance, the CMN paradigm also promotes causal awareness in LimiX-2: its feature attention encodes direct causal relationships, enabling accurate causal skeleton recovery.

SIGMA-Lane: Scale-pyramId Gated MAmba for Temporally Consistent Video Lane Detection

Video lane detection requires predictions that remain stable across frames, yet severe vehicle occlusions can break temporal cues. In streaming recurrent models, corrupted observations may enter the hidden state and produce errors that persist into later frames. Existing occlusion-aware refinements usually provide obstacle masks as auxiliary inputs, so the state-update path is only indirectly protected. We propose SIGMA-Lane, which treats this failure mode as state contamination in State Space Model (SSM)-based temporal modeling. SIGMA-Lane places occlusion-aware gates on the SSM write and residual-fusion paths, controlling how current observations enter temporal memory and are fused back after temporal propagation. After coordinate-consistent affine alignment, the model combines two complementary paths: SSM-consistent dual-gating for temporal filtering and Structural Spatial Retrieval (SSR) for recovering missing lane structure from aligned historical priors. Experiments on VIL-100 and OpenLane-V show improved temporal stability under heavy occlusion, with competitive F1 and mIoU scores.

MazzikaAI: A knowledge-based performance-to-prompt compiler for real-time Arabic maqam accompaniment with a streaming text-to-music model

Arabic maqam music microtonal, modal, and built on ornamented call and response is among the traditions most underserved by generative music models, whose training frameworks remain predominantly Western and equaltempered. Real time accompaniment sharpens this gap: an AI partner must listen, adapt dynamically, and respect idiomatic microtonal structures. Streaming text to music models provide strong generative capabilities but lack precise control interfaces. We present MazzikaAI, a knowledge based system that uses natural language as the actuator of a realtime control loop. By compiling live MIDI, gesture, and inferred harmony into continuously updated text prompts, MazzikaAI steers an unmodified streaming generator, Google Lyria RealTime, without requiring model finetuning. The system embeds expert knowledge of six core maqamat, characteristic ornaments, and ensemble dynamics, maintaining realtime responsiveness with subsecond keytoaudibleupdate latency. Empirical evaluations demonstrate that dynamic prompt compilation reliably grounds generation in microtonal scales, significantly increasing offgrid quartertone content over baseline generation. Beyond its core implementation, MazzikaAI illustrates how deterministic knowledgebased rules can effectively bridge expert, nonWestern musical traditions and unfinetuned foundation models. This architecture establishes a scalable paradigm for realtime humanAI cocreation, offering a generalizable blueprint for interactive accompaniment, adaptive music education, and culturally inclusive generative audio across diverse global idioms.

First Interstellar Detection of Methyl Carbamate: A New Observational Anchor for Glycine Chemistry

Glycine-the simplest amino acid-has remained undetected in the interstellar medium despite decades of sensitive searches, motivating alternative approaches to constrain its astrochemical origin. A promising strategy is to investigate the broader $\rm C_{2}H_{5}O_{2}N$ isomer family and identify detectable members that can serve as observational anchors for glycine-related chemistry. Herein, we report the first robust interstellar detection of methyl carbamate toward the hot molecular core G358.93-0.03 MM1 using ALMA 1 mm observations. Ten unblended rotational transitions are identified, yielding a column density of (4.21$\pm0.84)\times10^{15} \rm cm^{-2}$ and an excitation temperature of $204\pm10$ K. We also searched for other $\rm C_{2}H_{5}O_{2}N$ isomers with available rotational spectroscopic data, including glycine, but none were detected, allowing us to derive upper limits on their column densities. The resulting abundance pattern deviates significantly from the Minimum Energy Principle predictions, highlighting that the $\rm C_{2}H_{5}O_{2}N$ family is shaped primarily by kinetic chemical process rather than thermodynamic equilibrium. The observed methyl carbamate abundance is consistent with a grain-surface formation scenario involving radical-radical recombination ($\rm CH_{3}$O + $\rm NH_{2}$CO), further supported by its correlated abundances with its proposed precursors, methanol and formamide, across diverse astrophysical environments. This detection establishes methyl carbamate as a new observational anchor for glycine chemistry, providing critical constraints on the formation pathways of amino-acid-related molecules in star-forming regions.

Tentative Detection of the Glycine Isomer Glycolamide in Hot Molecular Core

Understanding whether prebiotic molecules can endure and reform through the energetic stages of star formation is essential for tracing the continuity of interstellar chemistry toward life. Glycolamide, an isomer of glycine, was recently detected in the molecular cloud G+0.693-0.027. However, establishing its presence in warm, high-density environments is crucial to evaluate the chemical continuity of amides. Here we report the tentative detection of glycolamide in a hot molecular core, G358.93-0.03 MM1, using ALMA 1 mm observations. Seven unblended or only mildly blended emission lines were identified, yielding an abundance of (1.7$\pm$0.2)$\times 10^{-10}$ relative to H$_{2}$. The comparable formamide/glycolamide and acetamide/glycolamide abundance ratios in both sources suggest a chemically connected amide network across different environments. These results demonstrate that amides can persist and chemically evolve during massive star formation, tracing the chemical continuity from interstellar to protostellar environments.

TrackAny3D: Transferring Pretrained 3D Models for Category-unified 3D Point Cloud Tracking

3D LiDAR-based single object tracking (SOT) relies on sparse and irregular point clouds, posing challenges from geometric variations in scale, motion patterns, and structural complexity across object categories. Current category-specific approaches achieve good accuracy but are impractical for real-world use, requiring separate models for each category and showing limited generalization. To tackle these issues, we propose TrackAny3D, the first framework to transfer large-scale pretrained 3D models for category-agnostic 3D SOT. We first integrate parameter-efficient adapters to bridge the gap between pretraining and tracking tasks while preserving geometric priors. Then, we introduce a Mixture-of-Geometry-Experts (MoGE) architecture that adaptively activates specialized subnetworks based on distinct geometric characteristics. Additionally, we design a temporal context optimization strategy that incorporates learnable temporal tokens and a dynamic mask weighting module to propagate historical information and mitigate temporal drift. Experiments on three commonly-used benchmarks show that TrackAny3D establishes new state-of-the-art performance on category-agnostic 3D SOT, demonstrating strong generalization and competitiveness. We hope this work will enlighten the community on the importance of unified models and further expand the use of large-scale pretrained models in this field.

Fast reversal of Néel vectors in antiferromagnets via domain-wall motion driven by vertically injected spin currents

In this work, we investigate the steady propagation of 180-degree domain walls (180DWs) of Néel vectors in thin antiferromagnetic strips under perpendicularly injected spin currents with various polarization orientations. Our results show that only spin currents polarized normally to the strip plane guarantee a quick and steady rigid flow of 180DWs, thus realize a fast reversal of Néel vectors in antiferromagnets (AFMs). Different from the common ``current-in-plane'' geometry which is feasible only for metallic AFMs, our ``current-out-of-plane'' layout under investigation can further apply to insulating AFMs (which are more common in real applications) via quantum tunneling effect. Results from this work paves the way for fine control of Néel vectors in (both metallic and insulating) AFM strips and further development of novel magnetic nanodevices based on them.

Slonczewski-spin-current driven dynamics of 180$^{\circ}$ domain walls in spin valves with interfacial Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction

Steady-flow dynamics of ferromagnetic 180$^{\circ}$ domain walls (180DWs) in long and narrow spin valves (LNSVs) with interfacial Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (IDMI) under spin currents with Slonczewski $g-$factor are examined. Depending on the magnetization orientation of polarizers (pinned layers of LNSVs), dynamics of 180DWs in free layers of LNSVs are subtly manipulated: (i) For parallel polarizers, stronger spin polarization leads to higher Walker limit thus ensures the longevity of faster steady flows. Meantime, IDMI induces both the stable-region flapping and its width enlargement. (ii) For perpendicular polarizers, a wandering of 180DWs between bi- and tri-stability persists with the criticality adjusted by the IDMI. (iii) For planar-transverse polarizers, IDMI makes the stable region of steady flows completely asymmetric and further imparts a high saturation wall velocity under large current density. Under the last two polarizers, the ultrahigh differential mobility of 180DWs survives. The combination of Slonczewski spin current and IDMI provides rich possibilities of fine controlling on 180DW dynamics, hence opens avenues for magnetic nanodevices with rich functionality and high robustness.

Stabilizing current-driven steady flows of 180$^{\circ}$ domain walls in spin valves by interfacial Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction

Modulations of interfacial Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (iDMI) on current-driven dynamics of 180$^{\circ}$ domain walls (180DWs) in long and narrow spin valves (LNSVs) with heavy-metal caplayers are systematically investigated. We focus on LNSVs with in-plane magnetic anisotropy in their free layers. For planar-transverse polarizers (pinned layers of LNSVs), the Walker breakdown can be postponed considerably (practical infinity) by iDMI. More interestingly, the originally unstable traveling mode is also stabilized by iDMI with high saturation velocity thus serves as fast carrier of information. For parallel polarizers, the Walker limit is increased and the corresponding modifications of iDMI to wall velocity in both steady and precessional flows of 180DWs are provided. For perpendicular polarizers, precessional flow of 180DWs is absent due to the stability of stationary mode beyond the modified Walker limit. For LNSVs with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in their free layers, similar results are obtained. Our findings open new possibilities for developing magnetic nanodevices based on 180DW propagation with low energy consumption and high robustness.
