SIRIUS-SQL: Anchoring Multi-Candidate Text-to-SQL in Execution Feedback

Text-to-SQL on complex schemas is unreliable on a single pass, so recent systems generate multiple SQL candidates and let voting filter out errors. Yet voting alone is not enough, because the multi-candidate recipe has three coupled weaknesses: 1) sampling more from a single generator produces increasingly redundant candidates, 2) existing pipelines apply one generic correction to every non-clean execution result, while runtime errors, timeouts, and empty results each indicate a different distance from correctness, and 3) existing selectors rely on a single angle such as result-majority voting or pairwise SQL comparison, missing what other angles would have caught. We present SIRIUS-SQL, which addresses all three weaknesses. A difficulty-smoothing RL recipe trains SIRIUS-32B to generate diverse executable SQL candidates, paired with a generalist LLM that fills in gaps left by the specialist. An execution-grounded lifecycle classifies each outcome and applies targeted repair before candidates re-enter the pool. A confidence-gated hybrid selector combines execution-result agreement with pairwise SQL-form judgment, escalating only near-tied cases to a deterministic structural check. SIRIUS-SQL reaches 75.88% on BIRD dev and 91.20% on SPIDER test. Two of three generalist pairings surpass Agentar-Scale-SQL, the strongest published multi-candidate system on BIRD dev.

CameraNoise: Enabling Faithful Camera Control in Video Diffusion through Geometry-Flow-Guided Noise Warping

Precise camera pose control is critical for video diffusion, yet maintaining geometric consistency remains a challenge. Existing methods that directly inject numerical camera parameters into the diffusion backbone often fail to bridge the gap between abstract coordinates and visual content, leading to structural distortions. To address this issue, we propose CameraNoise, a flow-to-noise warping method that encodes camera motion into a temporally coherent stochastic representation. Unlike conventional conditioning, CameraNoise embeds camera poses directly into the noise space. This decouples motion from scene appearance while faithfully preserving trajectory dynamics. Specifically, we introduce a novel Geometry-guided Reprojection Flow and a noise warping algorithm, which jointly preserve the Gaussian prior of diffusion and ensure consistent noise propagation under camera transformations. By integrating CameraNoise into the diffusion process, our framework delivers stable, high-fidelity videos. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach significantly outperforms prior methods in both visual quality and trajectory faithfulness. Efficient Agentic Reinforcement Learning with On-Policy Intrinsic Knowledge Boundary Enhancement

Agentic reinforcement learning (RL) has proven effective for training LLM-based agents with external tool-use capabilities. However, we identify that agentic RL training induces increasing redundant tool calls and blurs the model's intrinsic knowledge boundary, where the model fails to distinguish when tools are needed versus when parametric knowledge suffices. Existing solutions based on reward shaping create coarse-grained optimization targets that tend to incentivize indiscriminate tool-call suppression, leading to reward hacking. In this paper, we propose AKBE (Agentic Knowledge Boundary Enhancement), an on-policy method that dynamically probes the model's intrinsic knowledge boundary through dual-path (with-tool and no-tool) rollouts during training. We define the knowledge boundary as the per-instance determination of whether tools are required and the minimum tool calls necessary. By comparing correctness across paths, AKBE categorizes trajectories and constructs targeted supervisory signals that guide efficient tool-use patterns for each question. These signals are integrated seamlessly into the agentic RL training loop. Experiments on seven QA benchmarks demonstrate that AKBE improves task accuracy by +1.85 on average and reduces tool calls by 18% over standard agentic RL, yielding 25% higher tool productivity without any accuracy-efficiency trade-off. Further analysis suggests its plug-and-play compatibility across different RL algorithms and the mechanism of each signal category. Our code is available at https://github.com/CuSO4-Chen/AKBE.

End-to-End Semantic ID Generation for Generative Advertisement Recommendation

Generative Recommendation (GR) has excelled by framing recommendation as next-token prediction. This paradigm relies on Semantic IDs (SIDs) to tokenize large-scale items into discrete sequences. Existing GR approaches predominantly generate SIDs via Residual Quantization (RQ), where items are encoded into embeddings and then quantized to discrete SIDs. However, this paradigm suffers from inherent limitations: 1) Objective misalignment and semantic degradation stemming from the two-stage compression; 2) Error accumulation inherent in the structure of RQ. To address these limitations, we propose UniSID, a Unified SID generation framework for generative advertisement recommendation. Specifically, we jointly optimize embeddings and SIDs in an end-to-end manner from raw advertising data, enabling semantic information to flow directly into the SID space and thus addressing the inherent limitations of the two-stage cascading compression paradigm. To capture fine-grained semantics, a multi-granularity contrastive learning strategy is introduced to align distinct items across SID levels. Finally, a summary-based ad reconstruction mechanism is proposed to encourage SIDs to capture high-level semantic information that is not explicitly present in advertising contexts. Experiments demonstrate that UniSID consistently outperforms state-of-the-art SID generation methods, yielding up to a 4.62% improvement in Hit Rate metrics across downstream advertising scenarios compared to the strongest baseline.

Performance-Driven Policy Optimization for Speculative Decoding with Adaptive Windowing

Speculative decoding accelerates LLM inference by having a lightweight draft model propose speculative windows of candidate tokens for parallel verification by a larger target model. In practice, speculative efficiency is often bottlenecked by hard-to-draft positions, where an early mismatch truncates the accepted prefix and invalidates the rest of the speculative window. Most learning-based drafters are still optimized with token-level supervised objectives, even though speculative utility is inherently window-level and prefix-sensitive. We propose PPOW (Performance-Driven Policy Optimization with Adaptive Windowing), a reinforcement learning framework that shifts drafter optimization from token-level imitation to window-level optimization. PPOW combines a Cost-Aware Speedup Reward, a Distribution-Based Proximity Reward, and Adaptive Divergence-Aware Windowing, which prioritizes informative windows with high confidence-weighted draft-target divergence. PPOW achieves average acceptance lengths of 6.29-6.52 and speedups of 3.39-4.36$\times$ across multiple model families and benchmarks under a unified decoding protocol. These results show that performance-driven window-level optimization is a practical approach to improving speculative decoding efficiency.

Hunyuan3D 2.0: Scaling Diffusion Models for High Resolution Textured 3D Assets Generation

We present Hunyuan3D 2.0, an advanced large-scale 3D synthesis system for generating high-resolution textured 3D assets. This system includes two foundation components: a large-scale shape generation model -- Hunyuan3D-DiT, and a large-scale texture synthesis model -- Hunyuan3D-Paint. The shape generative model, built on a scalable flow-based diffusion transformer, aims to create geometry that properly aligns with a given condition image, laying a solid foundation for downstream applications. The texture synthesis model, benefiting from strong geometric and diffusion priors, produces high-resolution and vibrant texture maps for either generated or hand-crafted meshes. Furthermore, we build Hunyuan3D-Studio -- a versatile, user-friendly production platform that simplifies the re-creation process of 3D assets. It allows both professional and amateur users to manipulate or even animate their meshes efficiently. We systematically evaluate our models, showing that Hunyuan3D 2.0 outperforms previous state-of-the-art models, including the open-source models and closed-source models in geometry details, condition alignment, texture quality, and etc. Hunyuan3D 2.0 is publicly released in order to fill the gaps in the open-source 3D community for large-scale foundation generative models. The code and pre-trained weights of our models are available at: https://github.com/Tencent/Hunyuan3D-2

RankUp: Towards High-rank Representations for Large Scale Advertising Recommender Systems

The scaling laws for recommender systems have been increasingly validated, where MetaFormer-based architectures consistently benefit from increased model depth, hidden dimensionality, and user behavior sequence length. However, whether representation capacity scales proportionally with parameter growth remains unexplored. Prior studies on RankMixer reveal that the effective rank of token representations exhibits a damped oscillatory trajectory across layers, failing to increase consistently with depth and even degrading in deeper layers. Motivated by this observation, we propose RankUp, an architecture designed to mitigate representation collapse and enhance expressive capacity through randomized permutation splitting over sparse features, a multi-embedding paradigm, global token integration and crossed pretrained embedding tokens. RankUp has been fully deployed in large-scale production across Weixin Video Accounts, Official Accounts and Moments, yielding GMV improvements of 3.41%, 4.81% and 2.12%, respectively.

A$^2$TGPO: Agentic Turn-Group Policy Optimization with Adaptive Turn-level Clipping

Reinforcement learning for agentic large language models (LLMs) typically relies on a sparse, trajectory-level outcome reward, making it difficult to evaluate the contribution of individual tool-calls within multi-turn interactions. Existing approaches to such process credit assignment either depend on separate external process reward models that introduce additional consumption, or tree-based structural rollout that merely redistributes the outcome signal while constraining trajectory diversity. A promising alternative leverages the per-turn change in the policy's predicted probability of the ground-truth, termed Information Gain (IG), as an intrinsic process signal without an external evaluator. However, prior work on leveraging IG signals within the RL training loop faces three systematic challenges: normalizing across turns that face heterogeneous positional contexts can distort the relative standing of individual turns, accumulating a variable number of terms causes advantage magnitudes to drift with trajectory depth, and a fixed clipping range governs policy updates identically for turns with vastly different IG signals. In this paper, we propose A$^2$TGPO (Agentic Turn-Group Policy Optimization with Adaptive Turn-level Clipping), which retains IG as the intrinsic signal but re-designs how it is normalized, accumulated, and consumed: (i) turn-group normalization: normalizes IG within each (prompt, turn-index) group so that each turn is compared only against peers at the same interaction depth; (ii) variance-rescaled discounted accumulation: divides cumulative normalized IG by square root of accumulated terms to keep advantage magnitudes comparable across turn positions; and (iii) adaptive turn-level clipping: modulates each turn's clipping range based on its normalized IG, widening the update region for informative turns and narrowing it for uninformative ones.

S1-MMAlign: A Large-Scale, Multi-Disciplinary Dataset for Scientific Figure-Text Understanding

Multimodal learning has revolutionized general domain tasks, yet its application in scientific discovery is hindered by the profound semantic gap between complex scientific imagery and sparse textual descriptions. We present S1-MMAlign, a large-scale, multi-disciplinary multimodal dataset comprising over 15.5 million high-quality image-text pairs derived from 2.5 million open-access scientific papers. Spanning disciplines from physics and biology to engineering, the dataset captures diverse visual modalities including experimental setups, heatmaps, and microscopic imagery. To address the pervasive issue of weak alignment in raw scientific captions, we introduce an AI-ready semantic enhancement pipeline that leverages advanced multimodal large language models to recaption images, by synthesizing comprehensive context from paper abstracts and the citation contexts of corresponding figures. Technical validation confirms that our enhancement pipeline markedly improves data quality via reduced SciBERT pseudo-perplexity and enhanced CLIP image-text alignment, while also significantly boosting multimodal large language models performance in zero-shot scientific captioning, multi-domain scientific reasoning, and visual instruction tuning. S1-MMAlign provides a pivotal foundational resource for cross-modal scientific understanding in the AI for Science era, supporting the development of scientific foundation models and a wide range of downstream scientific intelligence applications. The dataset is publicly available at https://huggingface.co/datasets/ScienceOne-AI/S1-MMAlign.

ARGUS: Policy-Adaptive Ad Governance via Evolving Reinforcement with Adversarial Umpiring

Online advertising governance faces significant challenges due to the non-stationary nature of regulatory policies, where emerging mandates (e.g., restrictions on education or aesthetic anxiety) create severe label inconsistencies and reasoning ambiguities in historical datasets. In this paper, we propose ARGUS, a policy-adaptive governance system that enables evolving reinforcement through multi-agent adversarial umpiring. ARGUS addresses the sparsity of new policy data by employing a three-stage framework: (1) Policy Seeding for initial perception; (2) Adversarial Label Rectification, which utilizes a ``Prosecutor-Defender-Umpire'' architecture to resolve conflicts between stale labels and new mandates; and (3) Latent Knowledge Discovery, which employs a tripartite dialectical discussion to unearth sophisticated, ``gray-area'' violations. By leveraging RAG-enhanced policy knowledge and Chain-of-Thought synthesis as dynamic rewards for reinforcement learning, ARGUS synchronizes its reasoning pathways with evolving regulations. Extensive experiments on both industrial and public datasets demonstrate that ARGUS significantly outperforms traditional fine-tuning baselines, achieving superior policy-adaptive learning with minimal gold data.

SiriusHelper: An LLM Agent-Based Operations Assistant for Big Data Platforms

Big data platforms are widely used in modern enterprises, and an in-production intelligent assistant is increasingly important to help users quickly find actionable guidance and reduce operational burden. While recent LLM+RAG assistants provide a natural interface, they face practical challenges in real deployments: limited scenario coverage across both general consultation and domain-specific troubleshooting workflows, inefficient knowledge access due to inadequate multi-hop retrieval and flat knowledge organization, and high maintenance cost because escalated tickets are unstructured and hard to convert into assistant improvements and reusable SOPs. In this paper, we present SiriusHelper, a deployed intelligent assistant for big data platforms. SiriusHelper serves as a unified online assistant that automatically identifies user intent and routes queries to the right handling path, including dedicated expert workflows for specialized scenarios (e.g., SQL execution diagnosis). To support complex troubleshooting, SiriusHelper combines a DeepSearch-driven mechanism with a priority-based hierarchical knowledge base to enable multi-hop retrieval without context overload, thus improving answer reliability and latency. To reduce expert overhead, SiriusHelper further introduces automated ticket understanding and SOP distillation: it diagnoses the assistant failure reason (e.g., missing knowledge or wrong routing) and extracts domain-specific SOPs to continuously enrich the knowledge base. Experiments and online deployment on Tencent Big Data platform show that SiriusHelper outperforms representative alternatives and reduces online ticket volume by 20.8\%.

GraSP: Graph-Structured Skill Compositions for LLM Agents

Skill ecosystems for LLM agents have matured rapidly, yet recent benchmarks show that providing agents with more skills does not monotonically improve performance -- focused sets of 2-3 skills outperform comprehensive documentation, and excessive skills actually hurt. The bottleneck has shifted from skill availability to skill orchestration: agents need not more skills, but a structural mechanism to select, compose, and execute them with explicit causal dependencies. We propose GraSP, the first executable skill graph architecture that introduces a compilation layer between skill retrieval and execution. GraSP transforms flat skill sets into typed directed acyclic graphs (DAGs) with precondition-effect edges, executes them with node-level verification, and performs locality-bounded repair through five typed operators -- reducing replanning from O(N) to O(d^h). Across ALFWorld, ScienceWorld, WebShop, and InterCode with eight LLM backbones, GraSP outperforms ReAct, Reflexion, ExpeL, and flat skill baselines in every configuration, improving reward by up to +19 points over the strongest baseline while cutting environment steps by up to 41%. GraSP's advantage grows with task complexity and is robust to both skill over-retrieval and quality degradation, confirming that structured orchestration -- not larger skill libraries -- is the key to reliable agent execution.

Understanding mechanisms underlying solar cycle predictability with a general framework

The large-scale magnetic field observed at the solar surface is produced by the interior dynamo process. Whether this surface field also provides the dominant seed for the subsequent dynamo cycle, however, remains controversial, with important consequences for the predictive skill of solar dynamo models. We investigate the physical conditions under which this predictive skill of the surface field arises in dynamo models within a general framework.By applying Stokes' theorem to the magnetic induction equation, we establish a direct physical link between the surface magnetic field and the subsequent dynamo process. The dominance of the surface induction integral in the net toroidal flux generation rate provides a quantitative criterion for assessing dynamo predictability, which we apply to five representative dynamo models. This general framework shows that the surface magnetic field acquires predictive power when the surface poloidal field is efficiently coupled back into the dynamo loop through flux-transport processes (e.g., meridional circulation), a condition that can be satisfied in both Babcock-Leighton (BL)-type and $α-Ω$ mean-field dynamo models. The framework further identifies a new condition under which the surface magnetic field acquires predictive power: namely, that it represents the radial component of the interior poloidal field, as in the original BL-type dynamo scenario. In addition, the non-zero net toroidal flux across different dynamo models supports its use as a proxy linking the interior toroidal field to surface flux emergence.

TokenFormer: Unify the Multi-Field and Sequential Recommendation Worlds

Recommender systems have historically developed along two largely independent paradigms: feature interaction models for modeling correlations among multi-field categorical features, and sequential models for capturing user behavior dynamics from historical interaction sequences. Although recent trends attempt to bridge these paradigms within shared backbones, we empirically reveal that naive unifying these two branches may lead to a failure mode of Sequential Collapse Propagation (SCP). That is, the interaction with those dimensionally ill non-sequence fields leads to the dimensional collapse of the sequence features. To overcome this challenge, we propose TokenFormer, a unified recommendation architecture with the following innovations. First, we introduce a Bottom-Full-Top-Sliding (BFTS) attention scheme, which applies full self-attention in the lower layers and shrinking-window sliding attention in the upper layers. Second, we introduce a Non-Linear Interaction Representation (NLIR) that applies one-sided non-linear multiplicative transformations to the hidden states. Extensive experiments on public benchmarks and Tencent's advertising platform demonstrate state-of-the-art performance, while detailed analysis confirm that TokenFormer significantly improves dimensional robustness and representation discriminability under unified modeling.

Non-Hermitian reshaping of high-order Landau modes

When charged particles are subjected to strong magnetic fields, they form discrete energy levels known as Landau levels. The Landau levels consist of a series of degenerate states of Landau modes, making them a promising platform for large-capacity information processing. However, to date, exploiting the high-order Landau modes and control their spatial distributions has remained elusive. Here, we propose to construct magnetic fields, electric fields, and imaginary momentum simultaneously to reshape high-order Landau modes in non-Hermitian systems. By building a non-Hermitian electric circuit platform, we experimentally realize pseudomagnetic fields via inhomogeneous coupling and pseudoelectric fields via a gradient on-site potential, while simultaneously introducing an imaginary momentum via non-reciprocal coupling. We directly observe multi-frequency single-peak localization of high-order Landau modes. Our work provides a universal method for manipulating high-order Landau modes and exploring applications in nonHermitian systems, such as frequency multiplexing and wave packet reshaping.

On a Keller--Segel System with Density-Suppressed Motility, Indirect Signal Production, and External Sources

This paper investigates an initial-Neumann boundary value problem for a Keller--Segel system with parabolic-parabolic-ODE coupling. The model incorporates a signal-dependent, non-increasing motility function that, through indirect signal production, captures a self-trapping effect suppressing cellular movement at high densities. We establish the global existence of classical solutions in arbitrary spatial dimensions for a broad class of non-increasing motility functions, both with and without external source terms. Furthermore, we demonstrate that any external damping source exhibiting superlinear growth ensures uniform-in-time boundedness. Conversely, in the absence of such damping, solutions may become unbounded as time tends to infinity. More precisely, in the two-dimensional homogeneous case with the exponentially decaying motility function $γ(v) = e^{-v}$, a critical mass phenomenon emerges: classical solutions remain uniformly bounded for subcritical initial mass, while supercritical initial masses can lead to infinite-time blow-up. Our analysis relies on the construction of carefully designed auxiliary functions along with refined comparison methods and iteration arguments.

Effects of Various Bipolar Approximations of Active Regions on Solar Surface Magnetic Field Simulations

The evolution of solar surface magnetic fields is essential for understanding solar activity and the underlying dynamic process. The surface flux transport (SFT) model is a widely used and effective tool for simulating this evolution. Active regions are incorporated as magnetic flux sources of the SFT model, but their configurations are usually simplified as symmetric or asymmetric bipolar magnetic regions (BMRs). Here, we aim to quantitatively and systematically assess how such flux source approximations affect SFT results and explore improved approximation methods using our recently developed SFT code. By comparing simulations that incorporate realistic active region configurations from solar cycle 23 through the ongoing cycle 25, we show that approximating active regions as symmetric BMRs leads to a systematic overestimation of the axial dipole strength at solar minimum. This result is independently confirmed using an algebraic quantification that evaluates the axial dipole contribution of individual active regions. The overestimation can be partially reduced by monotonically decreasing the size of the approximated BMRs, but it cannot be fully eliminated. When active regions are instead represented by morphologically asymmetric BMRs, the simulated axial dipole strength exhibits a strong and nearly linear negative dependence on the size ratio between the following and leading polarities. Based on these results, we propose a combination of BMR size and polarity size ratio that yields an axial dipole evolution comparable to that obtained with fully incorporated realistic active region configurations. This study provides a new quantitative constraint for improving future simulations with approximated BMRs.

Tencent Advertising Algorithm Challenge 2025: All-Modality Generative Recommendation

Generative recommender systems are rapidly emerging as a new paradigm for recommendation, where collaborative identifiers and/or multi-modal content are mapped into discrete token spaces and user behavior is modelled with autoregressive sequence models. Despite progress on multi-modal recommendation datasets, there is still a lack of public benchmarks that jointly offer large-scale, realistic and fully all-modality data designed specifically for generative recommendation (GR) in industrial advertising. To foster research in this direction, we organised the Tencent Advertising Algorithm Challenge 2025, a global competition built on top of two all-modality datasets for GR: TencentGR-1M and TencentGR-10M. Both datasets are constructed from real de-identified Tencent Ads logs and contain rich collaborative IDs and multi-modal representations extracted with state-of-the-art embedding models. The preliminary track (TencentGR-1M) provides 1 million user sequences with up to 100 interacted items each, where each interaction is labeled with exposure and click signals, while the final track (TencentGR-10M) scales this to 10 million users and explicitly distinguishes between click and conversion events at both the sequence and target level. This paper presents the task definition, data construction process, feature schema, baseline GR model, evaluation protocol, and key findings from top-ranked and award-winning solutions. Our datasets focus on multi-modal sequence generation in an advertising setting and introduce weighted evaluation for high-value conversion events. We release our datasets at https://huggingface.co/datasets/TAAC2025 and baseline implementations at https://github.com/TencentAdvertisingAlgorithmCompetition/baseline_2025 to enable future research on all-modality generative recommendation at an industrial scale. The official website is https://algo.qq.com/2025.
