ExFold: Unified Expert Folding for Training-Free MoE Prefill-Decode Acceleration

Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) models scale capacity for strong quality while keeping per-token compute bounded through sparse expert activation. Yet low-latency MoE serving is increasingly challenging, because it spans two inference phases with fundamentally different bottlenecks: prefill is dominated by token-wise expert computation, whereas decode is constrained by memory traffic from the batch-wise activated expert set. However, existing training-free acceleration methods optimize only a single resource proxy, either the experts each token executes or the experts a batch activates, and either discard the excluded experts' contribution or leave it only implicitly approximated. In this paper, we propose ExFold, a unified training-free expert-folding framework for jointly accelerating MoE prefill and decode. ExFold casts both prefill and decode as one budgeted output-approximation problem: execute only a phase-specific constrained expert set while projecting the contribution of budget-excluded experts onto retained experts using calibrated scalar projectors. Motivated by the observation that many expert outputs are directionally aligned but differ in magnitude, ExFold calibrates a pairwise scalar-projector matrix on unlabeled data and uses it at inference time to fold excluded expert contributions into retained experts. Under this view, prefill acceleration becomes token-level Top-K folding, and decode acceleration becomes batch-level expert-pool folding. The two phases differ only in how retained experts are selected, while excluded contributions are recovered by one shared folding mechanism. We implement ExFold as a plug-and-play plugin in vLLM, with a lightweight expert-folding CUDA kernel, delivering up to 1.41x TTFT and 2.45x TPOT speedups while retaining about 99% of the original average quality.

Vorch-Streamer: Extending Human Audio-Visual Generation to Real-Time Long-Form Streaming

Real-time long-form avatar audio-video generation requires causal, continuous synthesis while maintaining audiovisual synchronization and visual consistency. Adapting a pretrained bidirectional model to this setting presents two key dilemmas. First, autoregressively reusing generated blocks as context creates exposure bias, causing errors and visual drift to accumulate over long rollouts. Second, a global speech utterance does not indicates a causal generator which portion should be spoken next when only limited local audio-video context is available. We present Vorch-Streamer, a post-training framework that addresses these challenges and enables real-time long-form Text-to-Audio-Video (T2AV) streaming. We construct a synthetic corpus of 80K avatar clips spanning 12-21 seconds and first train a causal generator with mixed Teacher Forcing and Diffusion Forcing. We then apply long-horizon Self Forcing with DMD distillation, exposing the model to its own rollout distribution while preserving the quality of the pretrained bidirectional teacher. To explicitly control speech progression, an external language model predicts discrete 25-Hz speech-planning tokens, whose continuous features condition the audio diffusion branch and align each causal block with the content it should speak. With bounded causal context and four-step denoising, Vorch-Streamer jointly generates audio and video from text at 27.12 FPS, exceeding the 24-FPS real-time playback rate while maintaining competitive audio-lip synchronization and strong identity preservation over long-form generation.

GSRAIN: Physically Calibrated High-/Low-Frequency Rainfall Synthesis for 3D Gaussian Driving Scenes

Existing rainfall simulation methods for autonomous driving remain limited in physical controllability and multi-view consistency. This paper presents GSRAIN, a high-/low-frequency rainfall synthesis method for 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) driving scenes. GSRAIN constructs a high-frequency raindrop model from measured rainfall data and generates low-frequency rainy appearance using a geometry-aware single-step diffusion model. The two effects are then fused in a unified 3DGS scene, enabling rainfall-intensity control over the range of 0--13~mm/h. The proposed method achieves a Fr\'{e}chet Inception Distance (FID) of 149.09, outperforming CycleGAN-Turbo (155.71) and WeatherEdit (157.94). Object-detection and closed-loop driving experiments further show that the generated scenes expose scene-dependent performance changes of the evaluated algorithms under controllable rainfall. These results indicate that GSRAIN provides an effective approach for constructing physically controllable, repeatable, and closed-loop-compatible rainy-weather test scenes for autonomous driving.

Are Production Cloud Skills Adequately Tested? Measuring and Governing Skill Test Adequacy in Practice

Cloud platforms increasingly deliver reusable Cloud Skills that guide AI agents through multi-step resource operations, user choices, validation, and recovery. Existing Skill evaluation primarily measures whether a Skill improves task success, but passing the available testcases does not reveal which behaviors specified by the Skill remain untested. We introduce Skill Test Adequacy, a scenario-conditioned criterion that evaluates a test suite against the complete set of operational test obligations specified by a Skill. Given a Skill package and normalized testcases containing a prompt, an initial resource state, and expected user decisions, the assessment determines whether each obligation is exercised by at least one testcase scenario; the resulting records provide both a suite-level score and explicit test gaps. We operationalize the criterion through parallel obligation proposals, disagreement-preserving aggregation, testcase-level status proposals, expert review, and source-grounded recommendations. Alibaba Cloud deploys this process as a mandatory gate before task-success evaluation and subsequent release checks. Among 157 initial assessments recorded before gate-driven remediation, 57 (36.3%) fall below the mandatory 80% gate and 76 (48.4%) remain below the recommended 90% level. The process also produces 132 reports containing 639 obligation-level recommendations, with a median of four per Skill. Finally, we release SkillAdeqBench, an exploratory subset of the reviewed records for studying automatic adequacy assessment. Skill Test Adequacy complements task-success evaluation by making the untested scope of production Cloud Skills explicit.

How defensive driving enhances driving safety: A driving simulator study on drivers' defensive driving behaviors

Defensive driving is widely recognized as an advanced driving skill. However, whether and how defensive driving affects driving safety remains insufficiently investigated. This study examines the behavioral characteristics of defensive driving, its impact on driving safety, and the underlying mechanisms. First, defensive driving is defined regarding operational timing and application scenario. Then, 82 participants are recruited for driving simulator experiments, with their behavioral and eye movement data being collected. Following the experiments, participants are categorized into groups based on the frequency of defensive driving behaviors exhibited. Finally, both inter-group and inter trial comparisons are performed on the experimental data. Experimental results demonstrate that in the inter-group comparison, the high defensive driving capability group exhibits higher acceleration and deceleration magnitudes, lower average speeds, and larger average absolute yaw angles compared to the low capability group, alongside shorter fixation durations and reduced fixation frequencies. Moreover, we observe that these participants tend to initiate defensive or evasive actions earlier, resulting in lower scenario risk. Regarding the inter-trial comparison, we observe similar trends exclusively in the low capability group, whereas most metrics show no significant differences between Trial 1 and Trial 2 in the high capability group. These results reveal that drivers possessing defensive driving capabilities tend to execute more intense driving maneuvers and identify risks and take action earlier, thereby enhancing driving safety. Findings support the promotion of defensive driving and provide a basis for relevant training programs. Meanwhile, they offer insights for the training of autonomous driving algorithms with defensive driving capabilities.

C$^2$KV: Compressed and Composable KV Cache Reuse for Efficient LLM Inference

Long-context inference is central to modern large language model (LLM) applications such as retrieval-augmented generation and multi-document reasoning. To mitigate the growing inference cost, recent work has explored key-value (KV) cache reuse to reduce redundant prefill computation. However, existing reuse methods primarily focus on computation savings and overlook a critical bottleneck in long-context LLM serving: the cost of storing and accessing large KV caches. While KV compression appears to be a natural complement, naively combining compression with non-prefix KV reuse often leads to severe accuracy degradation. In this work, we propose C$^2$KV, a unified framework for non-prefix KV reuse that jointly optimizes KV extraction and inference-time concatenation. C$^2$KV learns a composable and compressed KV cache manifold that is explicitly designed to be position-agnostic. Our approach introduces a lightweight sidecar Extractor with learnable compression tokens and a structured attention flow, enabling modular KV representations that can be flexibly reused and concatenated without modifying the frozen base model. We further employ a compression-concatenation co-training strategy to align extraction-time representations with their downstream reuse behavior. Extensive experiments across multiple long-context benchmarks and model families demonstrate that C$^2$KV significantly reduces KV cache storage and transfer costs, achieving up to 17$\times$ inference speedup under long contexts, while preserving generation quality.

From Nominal Intensity to Equivalent Rainfall: A Path-Based Credibility Evaluation Framework for Simulated Rainfall in Autonomous-Driving Perception Tests

Credible simulated-rainfall conditions are essential for identifying perception-system boundaries and supporting SOTIF-oriented risk assessment in automated driving. However, closed-field tests are often described only by nominal rainfall intensity or single-point measurements, making it difficult to align simulated rain fields with real rainfall and map test results to real-world scenarios. This paper proposes a path-based credibility evaluation method for simulated rainfall in autonomous-driving perception tests. Using the drop size and velocity joint distribution of real rainfall as the reference, each candidate path is represented by path-equivalent rainfall intensity, an uncertainty band, and a path-averaged Realism of Raindrop Distribution (RRD) score. Lidar target point-cloud count and mean reflectivity are further used for perception-consistency correction, quantifying the proxy capability of each simulated-rainfall path for real-rainfall perception effects. Experiments are conducted using about 10,000 real-rainfall raindrop-spectrum samples, 728 RainSense perception samples, and 45 spatial sampling points in a 2.4 m x 7.2 m simulated-rainfall area. Results show that spatial non-uniformity remains under the same nominal condition, confirming the need for path-based evaluation. The method identifies Path IV and Path VI as preferable candidates, with results of 11.54 +/- 0.31 mm/h, RRD = 0.43, and 8.28 +/- 0.34 mm/h, RRD = 0.46, respectively. These paths show more balanced performance in rainfall-intensity stability, raindrop-spectrum realism, and perception consistency. The proposed method supports path selection, condition description, and credible interpretation of autonomous-driving perception tests under rainfall.

Bernini: Latent Semantic Planning for Video Diffusion

Multimodal large language models (MLLMs) and diffusion models have each reached remarkable maturity: MLLMs excel at reasoning over heterogeneous multimodal inputs with strong semantic grounding, while diffusion models synthesize images and videos with photorealistic fidelity. We argue that these two families can be unified through a simple division of labor: MLLMs perform semantic planning, while diffusion models render pixels from high-level semantic guidance and low-level visual features. Building on this idea, we propose Bernini, a unified framework for video generation and editing. An MLLM-based planner predicts the target semantic representation directly in the ViT embedding space, and a DiT-based renderer synthesizes pixels conditioned on this plan, augmented by text features and, for editing, source VAE features for detail preservation. Because semantics serve as the interface, the planner and renderer can be trained separately and only lightly co-trained, preserving the pretrained strengths of both components while keeping training efficient. To better handle multiple visual inputs, we introduce Segment-Aware 3D Rotary Positional Embedding (SA-3D RoPE), and further incorporate chain-of-thought reasoning in the planner to better transfer understanding into generation. Bernini achieves state-of-the-art performance across a wide range of video generation and editing benchmarks, with the MLLM's pretrained understanding translating into strong generalization on challenging editing tasks.

SmartThinker: Progressive Chain-of-Thought Length Calibration for Efficient Large Language Model Reasoning

Large reasoning models (LRMs) like OpenAI o1 and DeepSeek-R1 achieve high accuracy on complex tasks by adopting long chain-of-thought (CoT) reasoning paths. However, the inherent verbosity of these processes frequently results in redundancy and overthinking. To address this issue, existing works leverage Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) to reduce LRM output length, but their static length reward design cannot dynamically adapt according to the relative problem difficulty and response length distribution, causing over-compression and compromised accuracy. Therefore, we propose SmartThinker, a novel GRPO-based efficient reasoning method with progressive CoT length calibration. SmartThinker makes a two-fold contribution: First, it dynamically estimates the optimal length with peak accuracy during training and guides overlong responses toward it to reduce response length while sustaining accuracy. Second, it dynamically modulates the length reward coefficient to avoid the unwarranted penalization of correct reasoning paths. Extensive experiment results show that SmartThinker achieves up to 52.5% average length compression with improved accuracy, and achieves up to 16.6% accuracy improvement on challenging benchmarks like AIME25. VINO: A Unified Visual Generator with Interleaved OmniModal Context

We present VINO, a unified visual generator that performs image and video generation and editing within a single framework. Instead of relying on task-specific models or independent modules for each modality, VINO uses a shared diffusion backbone that conditions on text, images and videos, enabling a broad range of visual creation and editing tasks under one model. Specifically, VINO couples a vision-language model (VLM) with a Multimodal Diffusion Transformer (MMDiT), where multimodal inputs are encoded as interleaved conditioning tokens, and then used to guide the diffusion process. This design supports multi-reference grounding, long-form instruction following, and coherent identity preservation across static and dynamic content, while avoiding modality-specific architectural components. To train such a unified system, we introduce a multi-stage training pipeline that progressively expands a video generation base model into a unified, multi-task generator capable of both image and video input and output. Across diverse generation and editing benchmarks, VINO demonstrates strong visual quality, faithful instruction following, improved reference and attribute preservation, and more controllable multi-identity edits. Our results highlight a practical path toward scalable unified visual generation, and the promise of interleaved, in-context computation as a foundation for general-purpose visual creation.

VLM as Strategist: Adaptive Generation of Safety-critical Testing Scenarios via Guided Diffusion

The safe deployment of autonomous driving systems (ADSs) relies on comprehensive testing and evaluation. However, safety-critical scenarios that can effectively expose system vulnerabilities are extremely sparse in the real world. Existing scenario generation methods face challenges in efficiently constructing long-tail scenarios that ensure fidelity, criticality, and interactivity, while particularly lacking real-time dynamic response capabilities to the vehicle under test (VUT). To address these challenges, this paper proposes a safety-critical testing scenario generation framework that integrates the high-level semantic understanding capabilities of Vision Language Models (VLMs) with the fine-grained generation capabilities of adaptive guided diffusion models. The framework establishes a three-layer hierarchical architecture comprising a strategic layer for VLM-directed scenario generation objective determination, a tactical layer for guidance function formulation, and an operational layer for guided diffusion execution. We first establish a high-quality fundamental diffusion model that learns the data distribution of real driving scenarios. Next, we design an adaptive guided diffusion method that enables real-time, precise control of background vehicles (BVs) in closed-loop simulation. The VLM is then incorporated to autonomously generate scenario generation objectives and guidance functions through deep scenario understanding and risk reasoning, ultimately guiding the diffusion model to achieve VLM-directed scenario generation. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can efficiently generate realistic, diverse, and highly interactive safety-critical testing scenarios. Furthermore, case studies validate the adaptability and VLM-directed generation performance of the proposed method.

iMontage: Unified, Versatile, Highly Dynamic Many-to-many Image Generation

Pre-trained video models learn powerful priors for generating high-quality, temporally coherent content. While these models excel at temporal coherence, their dynamics are often constrained by the continuous nature of their training data. We hypothesize that by injecting the rich and unconstrained content diversity from image data into this coherent temporal framework, we can generate image sets that feature both natural transitions and a far more expansive dynamic range. To this end, we introduce iMontage, a unified framework designed to repurpose a powerful video model into an all-in-one image generator. The framework consumes and produces variable-length image sets, unifying a wide array of image generation and editing tasks. To achieve this, we propose an elegant and minimally invasive adaptation strategy, complemented by a tailored data curation process and training paradigm. This approach allows the model to acquire broad image manipulation capabilities without corrupting its invaluable original motion priors. iMontage excels across several mainstream many-in-many-out tasks, not only maintaining strong cross-image contextual consistency but also generating scenes with extraordinary dynamics that surpass conventional scopes. TokenFlow: Responsive LLM Text Streaming Serving under Request Burst via Preemptive Scheduling

Real-time LLM interactions demand streamed token generations, where text tokens are progressively generated and delivered to users while balancing two objectives: responsiveness (i.e., low time-to-first-token) and steady generation (i.e.,required time-between-tokens). Standard LLM serving systems suffer from the inflexibility caused by non-preemptive request scheduling and reactive memory management, leading to poor resource utilization and low request processing parallelism under request bursts. Therefore, we present TokenFlow, a novel LLM serving system with enhanced text streaming performance via preemptive request scheduling and proactive key-value (KV) cache management. TokenFlow dynamically prioritizes requests based on real-time token buffer occupancy and token consumption rate, while actively transferring KV cache between GPU and CPU memory in the background and overlapping I/O with computation to minimize request preemption overhead. Extensive experiments on Llama3-8B and Qwen2.5-32B across multiple GPUs (RTX 4090, A6000, H200) demonstrate that TokenFlow achieves up to 82.5% higher effective throughput (accounting for actual user consumption) while reducing P99 TTFT by up to 80.2%, without degrading overall token throughput.

OmniWorld: A Multi-Domain and Multi-Modal Dataset for 4D World Modeling

The field of 4D world modeling - aiming to jointly capture spatial geometry and temporal dynamics - has witnessed remarkable progress in recent years, driven by advances in large-scale generative models and multimodal learning. However, the development of truly general 4D world models remains fundamentally constrained by the availability of high-quality data. Existing datasets and benchmarks often lack the dynamic complexity, multi-domain diversity, and spatial-temporal annotations required to support key tasks such as 4D geometric reconstruction, future prediction, and camera-control video generation. To address this gap, we introduce OmniWorld, a large-scale, multi-domain, multi-modal dataset specifically designed for 4D world modeling. OmniWorld consists of a newly collected OmniWorld-Game dataset and several curated public datasets spanning diverse domains. Compared with existing synthetic datasets, OmniWorld-Game provides richer modality coverage, larger scale, and more realistic dynamic interactions. Based on this dataset, we establish a challenging benchmark that exposes the limitations of current state-of-the-art (SOTA) approaches in modeling complex 4D environments. Moreover, fine-tuning existing SOTA methods on OmniWorld leads to significant performance gains across 4D reconstruction and video generation tasks, strongly validating OmniWorld as a powerful resource for training and evaluation. We envision OmniWorld as a catalyst for accelerating the development of general-purpose 4D world models, ultimately advancing machines' holistic understanding of the physical world.

WinT3R: Window-Based Streaming Reconstruction with Camera Token Pool

We present WinT3R, a feed-forward reconstruction model capable of online prediction of precise camera poses and high-quality point maps. Previous methods suffer from a trade-off between reconstruction quality and real-time performance. To address this, we first introduce a sliding window mechanism that ensures sufficient information exchange among frames within the window, thereby improving the quality of geometric predictions without large computation. In addition, we leverage a compact representation of cameras and maintain a global camera token pool, which enhances the reliability of camera pose estimation without sacrificing efficiency. These designs enable WinT3R to achieve state-of-the-art performance in terms of online reconstruction quality, camera pose estimation, and reconstruction speed, as validated by extensive experiments on diverse datasets. HLLM-Creator: Hierarchical LLM-based Personalized Creative Generation

AI-generated content technologies are widely used in content creation. However, current AIGC systems rely heavily on creators' inspiration, rarely generating truly user-personalized content. In real-world applications such as online advertising, a single product may have multiple selling points, with different users focusing on different features. This underscores the significant value of personalized, user-centric creative generation. Effective personalized content generation faces two main challenges: (1) accurately modeling user interests and integrating them into the content generation process while adhering to factual constraints, and (2) ensuring high efficiency and scalability to handle the massive user base in industrial scenarios. Additionally, the scarcity of personalized creative data in practice complicates model training, making data construction another key hurdle. We propose HLLM-Creator, a hierarchical LLM framework for efficient user interest modeling and personalized content generation. During inference, a combination of user clustering and a user-ad-matching-prediction based pruning strategy is employed to significantly enhance generation efficiency and reduce computational overhead, making the approach suitable for large-scale deployment. Moreover, we design a data construction pipeline based on chain-of-thought reasoning, which generates high-quality, user-specific creative titles and ensures factual consistency despite limited personalized data. This pipeline serves as a critical foundation for the effectiveness of our model. Extensive experiments on personalized title generation for Douyin Search Ads show the effectiveness of HLLM-Creator. Online A/B test shows a 0.476% increase on Adss, paving the way for more effective and efficient personalized generation in industrial scenarios. An Evolving Scenario Generation Method based on Dual-modal Driver Model Trained by Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning

In the autonomous driving testing methods based on evolving scenarios, the construction method of the driver model, which determines the driving maneuvers of background vehicles (BVs) in the scenario, plays a critical role in generating safety-critical scenarios. In particular, the cooperative adversarial driving characteristics between BVs can contribute to the efficient generation of safety-critical scenarios with high testing value. In this paper, a multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) method is used to train and generate a dual-modal driver model (Dual-DM) with non-adversarial and adversarial driving modalities. The model is then connected to a continuous simulated traffic environment to generate complex, diverse and strong interactive safety-critical scenarios through evolving scenario generation method. After that, the generated evolving scenarios are evaluated in terms of fidelity, test efficiency, complexity and diversity. Results show that without performance degradation in scenario fidelity (>85% similarity to real-world scenarios) and complexity (complexity metric: 0.45, +32.35% and +12.5% over two baselines), Dual-DM achieves a substantial enhancement in the efficiency of generating safety-critical scenarios (efficiency metric: 0.86, +195% over two baselines). Furthermore, statistical analysis and case studies demonstrate the diversity of safety-critical evolving scenarios generated by Dual-DM in terms of the adversarial interaction patterns. Therefore, Dual-DM can greatly improve the performance of the generation of safety-critical scenarios through evolving scenario generation method.

$\pi^3$: Permutation-Equivariant Visual Geometry Learning

We introduce $\pi^3$, a feed-forward neural network that offers a novel approach to visual geometry reconstruction, breaking the reliance on a conventional fixed reference view. Previous methods often anchor their reconstructions to a designated viewpoint, an inductive bias that can lead to instability and failures if the reference is suboptimal. In contrast, $\pi^3$ employs a fully permutation-equivariant architecture to predict affine-invariant camera poses and scale-invariant local point maps without any reference frames. This design not only makes our model inherently robust to input ordering, but also leads to higher accuracy and performance. These advantages enable our simple and bias-free approach to achieve state-of-the-art performance on a wide range of tasks, including camera pose estimation, monocular/video depth estimation, and dense point map reconstruction. Code and models are available at https://github.com/yyfz/Pi3.
