HoloAgent-0: A Unified Embodied Agent Framework with 3D Spatial Memory

LLM agents follow a practical execution loop in digital environments: they reason over structured states, invoke tools, inspect feedback, and revise actions. Extending this loop to physical robots is difficult because physical execution is continuous, embodiment-dependent, uncertain, and constrained by safety. Existing embodied-AI systems have advanced manipulation, spatial understanding, navigation, and humanoid control, but these capabilities often remain specialized modules or loosely coupled decision loops. In this work, we introduce HoloAgent-0, a unified embodied agent framework for real-world robot deployment. Embodied AgentOS converts language instructions into executable skill graphs, schedules robot resources, monitors execution, and triggers clarification or re-planning from runtime feedback. HoloAgent-0 organizes heterogeneous robot models and controllers through three coupled layers: Embodied AgentOS for closed-loop execution, 3D spatial memory for physical world grounding, and embodied skills for robot action. We deploy HoloAgent-0 on real hardware and evaluate its spatial memory, long-horizon navigation, and closed-loop execution across motion generation, object search, cross-robot coordination, and mobile manipulation.

StepGuard: Guarding Web Navigation via Single-Step Calibration

Web navigation requires agents to follow natural language goals, interact with web pages, and produce accurate answers. While recent advances leverage vision-language models and reinforcement learning, existing methods still suffer from single-step fragility due to reward misalignment and error propagation. To tackle the reward entanglement, we design Dynamic Dual-Policy Optimization (DDPO), which dynamically switches between a navigation-first mode for exploration and an answer-first mode for question-answering to mitigate reward conflict. To calibrate the single-step error, we propose Confidence-Guided Adaptive Navigation Reflection (CANR), a mechanism that estimates per-step confidence, triggers reflection only when necessary, and uses contrastive rewards to encourage self-correction to calibrate the single-step inaccuracy. With the above as the main components, we finally develop our StepGuard, a new framework of Guarding Web Navigation via Single-Step Calibration. Experiments demonstrate that our approach significantly improves navigation and answer accuracy, setting new state-of-the-art performance on standard web navigation benchmarks.

Making Images Real Again: A Comprehensive Survey on Deep Image Composition

As a common image editing operation, image composition/compositing, which is also called object/subject insertion/addition/compositing, aims to combine the foreground from one image and another background image to produce a composite image. However, there are many issues that could make the composite images unrealistic. These issues can be summarized as the inconsistency between foreground and background, which includes appearance inconsistency, geometry inconsistency, and semantic inconsistency. The image composition task could be decomposed into multiple sub-tasks, in which each sub-task targets one or more issues. Specifically, object placement aims to find reasonable scale, location, and shape for the foreground. Image blending aims to address the unnatural boundary between foreground and background. Image harmonization aims to adjust the illumination statistics of foreground. Shadow (resp., reflection) generation aims to generate plausible shadow (resp., reflection) for the foreground. These sub-tasks can be executed sequentially or in parallel to acquire realistic composite images. To the best of our knowledge, there is no previous survey on image composition. In this paper, we conduct a comprehensive survey over the sub-tasks and combined task of image composition. For each one, we summarize the existing methods, available datasets, and common evaluation metrics. Datasets and codes for image composition are summarized at https://github.com/bcmi/Awesome-Object-Insertion. We have also contributed the first image composition toolbox: libcom https://github.com/bcmi/libcom, which assembles 10+ image-composition-related functions. The ultimate goal of this toolbox is to solve all image composition problems with simple `import libcom'. Based on libcom toolbox, we also develop an online image composition workbench https://libcom.ustcnewly.com.

OpenClaw-Skill: Collective Skill Tree Search for Agentic Large Language Models

Equipping Large Language Model (LLM) agents with effective skills is crucial for solving complex tasks in real-world systems like OpenClaw. In this work, we aim to develop a framework that automatically constructs such reusable skills to enhance LLMs in tool use, multi-step reasoning, and dynamic environment interaction. To this end, we propose Collective Skill Tree Search (CSTS), a novel tree-search-based skill construction framework that constructs structured, diverse and generalizable tree of skills. The core idea of CSTS is to leverage collective intelligence to jointly search, identify and compose effective skills via two iterative phases: Collective Skill Node Generation (CSN-Gen) and Collective Skill Node Assessment (CSN-Assess). CSN-Gen exploits collective knowledge from multiple models to explore diverse candidate skills for each subtask, enabling comprehensive skill exploration. CSN-Assess employs multiple models as judges to evaluate and select skill nodes with two scoring mechanisms: (1) collective quality scoring that aggregates independent evaluations to produce a robust estimate of skill effectiveness, and (2) collective transferability scoring that explicitly verifies whether a skill generalizes well across different models. With CSTS, we construct a set of comprehensive tree of skills along with skill-augmented training data, enabling models to effectively learn and utilize skills. Besides, we introduce Collective Skill Reinforcement Learning, which actively selects multiple relevant skills from the tree to broaden solution-space exploration, avoid being trapped by a single skill and its resulting homogeneous or suboptimal solutions. As a result, our trained model, OpenClaw-Skill, exhibits outstanding agentic capabilities in long-horizon planning, tool use and generalization over challenging benchmarks.

SimWeaver: Zero-Shot RGB Sim-to-Real for Deformable Manipulation

RGB sim-to-real for deformable manipulation has remained largely unsolved without real-world fine-tuning. We present SimWeaver, which trains zero-shot RGB VLA policies on 200 simulated demonstrations per task, reaching above 80% per-task and 91% average real-world success across 5 diverse deformable tasks including plastic-bag manipulation, without teleoperation or per-task calibration. SimWeaver combines a reliable measurement-backed simulator (SimWeaver-Sim) with an extensible asset framework supporting single-image generation(SimWeaver-Asset), a deterministic topology-aware trajectory synthesizer (SimWeaver-Syn), and a sim-to-real protocol with ISP-aware photometric augmentation (SimWeaver-Real). On silk grasping, the sim-trained policy reaches 100% under visual distribution shifts where real-data baselines drop to 9-70%, at two orders of magnitude lower per-trajectory cost. We will release SimWeaver and a representative asset subset. Project page: https://simweaver.github.io/

ManiSplat: Manipulation Trajectory Synthesis from Monocular Video via Decoupled 3D Gaussian Splatting

Reconstructing dynamic and interactive 3D scenes from real-world observations remains a fundamental challenge in computer vision and robotics. While recent advances in 3D Gaussian Splatting have enabled high-fidelity static reconstruction, extending it to interactive environments with articulated robots and manipulable objects remains difficult due to complex contact interactions and abrupt pose changes. To address these challenges, we introduce ManiSplat, a unified framework that reconstructs controllable and decoupled Gaussian digital twins directly from monocular ego-view robotic videos. Our method introduces a Graph-Structured Disentangled Representation that separates the robot, objects, and background into independently optimizable Gaussian subfields organized within a scene graph. To ensure stability, we propose a Task-Oriented Spatio-Temporal Alignment module that leverages the inherent logic of manipulation tasks-alternating between Motion and Skill phases-to construct accurate pseudo-ground-truth trajectories. Finally, a joint photometric-geometric optimization ensures the reconstructed scenes are temporally coherent, physically consistent, and simulation-ready. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach reconstructs interaction-driven dynamic scenes with high fidelity and controllability, effectively supporting downstream robotic tasks and policy learning.

On multi-fidelity methods for a tumor growth model with uncertainties

We develop a hierarchical multi-fidelity (MF) framework for efficient uncertainty quantification of porous-medium equation (PME) tumor growth models with moving free boundaries. The proposed approach combines coarse-grid PME solvers, level-set approximations of the Hele--Shaw limit, and fine-grid asymptotic-preserving PME discretizations, thereby integrating both discretization-based and asymptotic-model-based fidelity reduction. To guide the selection of high-fidelity samples, we introduce a residual-based farthest-point sampling (RFPS) criterion that combines projection residual information with a distance-based separation term in the low-fidelity snapshot space. Based on this criterion, we construct both bi-fidelity and tri-fidelity approximations, together with empirical error indicators for adaptive refinement. Numerical experiments are conducted in both bi-fidelity and tri-fidelity settings under several uncertainty scenarios, showing that the proposed multi-fidelity approximations achieve accurate results with reduced high-fidelity sampling cost in the reported tests.

Data-Driven Parameter Identification for Tumor Growth Models

Modeling tumor growth accurately is essential for understanding cancer progression and informing treatment strategies. To estimate the parameters in the tumor growth model described by a nonlinear PDE, we adopt Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) and DeepONet, which show advantages especially when the observation data is scarce and contains noise. With the help of real-life lab data, we have demonstrated the potential of applying deep learning tools to address data-driven modeling for tumor growth in biology.

IVR-R1: Refining Trajectories through Iterative Visual-Grounded Reasoning in Reinforcement Learning

Multimodal large language models via reinforcement learning (RL) have demonstrated remarkable capabilities in complex visual reasoning tasks, yet they remain limited in long-horizon multimodal scenarios, often suffering from visual hallucination and logical error. Current methods typically pre-encode high-dimensional visual scenes into discrete textual proxies to facilitate downstream reasoning. As the reasoning chain unfolds, however, the inherent information asymmetry between text and visual scenes tends to erode visual grounding, resulting in misguided reasoning and erroneous outputs. To address this issue, we introduce IVR-R1 (Iterative Visual-grounded Reasoning), a novel RL training framework that facilitates dynamic visual re-alignment that actively rectifies reasoning trajectories to guide policy optimization. Specifically, by leveraging a reward-driven screening mechanism to identify flawed rollouts, IVR-R1 executes a fine-grained, step-level error attribution within the multimodal context. By iteratively cross-referencing intermediate reasoning states against pristine visual priors, a Re-Reasoning Loop enables automated trajectory rectification, effectively synthesizing expert-level demonstrations that serve as high-fidelity reasoning templates for the policy model. Our experiments across diverse multimodal benchmarks demonstrate that IVR-R1 consistently outperforms existing reinforcement learning methods, establishing a superior paradigm for maintaining logical and visual consistency in complex multimodal reasoning.

Generalizable and Actionable Parts Pose Estimation with Symmetry Annotation-Free Learning Strategy

Urgently needed generalizable robot object interaction and manipulation requires high-quality Cross-Category object perception. As a pioneer of this area, Generalizable and Actionable Parts (GAParts) understanding has attracted increasing attention from relevant researchers. However, most recent works either have insufficient design regarding the symmetry issue or require rich symmetry annotation, which severely impedes precise GAPart pose estimation in data-lacking scenarios. In this paper, we propose SAFAG, a novel Symmetry Annotation-Free framework for Generalizable and Actionable Parts Pose Estimation. Specifically, we suggest a stepwise refinement two-stage framework for candidate-to-final quaternion regression, and tackle the symmetry prediction as a probability distribution problem with self-supervised learning strategy. The experimental results demonstrate the superior performance and robustness of our SAFAG. We believe that our work has the enormous potential to be applied in many areas of embodied AI system.

Robust and Active Visible-Light Integrated Photonics on Thin-Film Lithium Tantalate for Underwater Optical Wireless Communications

Visible-light integrated photonics enables compact platforms for sensing, precision metrology, and free-space data links at visible wavelengths. However, many applications remain limited by the lack of high-speed and robust modulators in the blue-green band. Here we report, both operating at 532 nm, thin-film lithium tantalate waveguides of propagation losses of dB/cm scale and modulators with a flat frequency response to ~50 GHz. The modulator remains stable when delivering 5 dBm modulated optical power for an hour, which cannot be achieved by thin-film lithium niobate based counterparts under similar conditions and structures. System-level underwater optical wireless communication (UWOC) is validated with 112-Gb/s transmission over 3-m and 64-Gb/s transmission over 9-m underwater links. This represents the first integrated external modulator based UWOC system, overcoming the bandwidth-power-chirp trade-offs of traditional directly modulated laser-based systems. We further demonstrate dual-drive modulators for optical single-sideband and electro-optic frequency-comb generations in the green-wavelength band. These results provide a foundation for complex, robust, and active visible-light photonic integrated circuits for underwater optical applications.

Constraint-Aware Diffusion Priors for High-Fidelity and Versatile Quadruped Locomotion

Reinforcement learning combined with imitation learning has significantly advanced biomimetic quadrupedal locomotion. However, scaling these frameworks to massive, multi-source datasets exposes fundamental bottlenecks. First, traditional GAN-based discriminators are prone to mode collapse, struggling to capture diverse motion distributions from uncurated datasets. Second, existing kinematic priors suffer from out-of-distribution (OOD) tracking conflicts, leading to severe unintended heading drifts during complex maneuvers. Furthermore, deploying unconstrained priors to physical hardware poses critical safety risks by disregarding actuator dynamics. To overcome these challenges, we propose Diff-CAST (Diffusion-guided Constraint-Aware Symmetric Tracking), a novel motion prior framework leveraging the multi-modal distribution modeling capabilities of diffusion models for stylistic rewards. Diff-CAST effectively replaces traditional GAN discriminators, unlocking robust data scaling on heterogeneous collections. To ensure high-fidelity intent execution and reliable real-world deployment, we introduce a comprehensive Sim2Real architecture integrating Symmetric Augmented Command Conditioning (SACC) for drift-free tracking, and Constrained RL for hardware safety. Experiments on a quadruped demonstrate that Diff-CAST mitigates mode collapse, enables seamless transitions between diverse skills, and ensures robust, hardware-compliant locomotion.

Sparse Attention Remapping with Clustering for Efficient LLM Decoding on PIM

Transformer-based models are the foundation of modern machine learning, but their execution, particularly during autoregressive decoding in large language models (LLMs), places significant pressure on memory systems due to frequent memory accesses and growing key-value (KV) caches. This creates a bottleneck in memory bandwidth, especially as context lengths increase. Processing-in-memory (PIM) architectures are a promising solution, offering high internal bandwidth and compute parallelism near memory. However, current PIM designs are primarily optimized for dense attention and struggle with the dynamic, irregular access patterns introduced by modern KV cache sparsity techniques. Consequently, they suffer from workload imbalance, reducing throughput and resource utilization. In this work, we propose STARC, a novel sparsity-optimized data mapping scheme tailored specifically for efficient LLM decoding on PIM architectures. STARC clusters KV pairs by semantic similarity and maps them to contiguous memory regions aligned with PIM bank structures. During decoding, queries retrieve relevant tokens at cluster granularity by matching against precomputed centroids, enabling selective attention and parallel processing without frequent reclustering or data movement overhead. Experiments on the HBM-PIM system show that, compared to common token-wise sparsity methods, STARC reduces attention-layer latency by 19%--31% and energy consumption by 19%--27%. Under a KV cache budget of 1024, it achieves up to 54%--74% latency reduction and 45%--67% energy reduction compared to full KV cache retrieval. Meanwhile, STARC maintains model accuracy comparable to state-of-the-art sparse attention methods, demonstrating its effectiveness in enabling efficient and hardware-friendly long-context LLM inference on PIM architectures.

SPAGS: Sparse-View Articulated Object Reconstruction from Single State via Planar Gaussian Splatting

Articulated objects are ubiquitous in daily environments, and their 3D reconstruction holds great significance across various fields. However, existing articulated object reconstruction methods typically require costly inputs such as multi-stage and multi-view observations. To address the limitations, we propose a category-agnostic articulated object reconstruction framework via planar Gaussian Splatting, which only uses sparse-view RGB images from a single state. Specifically, we first introduce a Gaussian information field to perceive the optimal sparse viewpoints from candidate camera poses. To ensure precise geometric fidelity, we constrain traditional 3D Gaussians into planar primitives, facilitating accurate normal and depth estimation. The planar Gaussians are then optimized in a coarse-to-fine manner, regularized by depth smoothness and few-shot diffusion priors. Furthermore, we leverage a Vision-Language Model (VLM) via visual prompting to achieve open-vocabulary part segmentation and joint parameter estimation. Extensive experiments on both synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that our approach significantly outperforms existing baselines, achieving superior part-level surface reconstruction fidelity.

Efficient Quantization of Mixture-of-Experts with Theoretical Generalization Guarantees

Sparse Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) allows scaling of language and vision models efficiently by activating only a small subset of experts per input. While this reduces computation, the large number of parameters still incurs substantial memory overhead during inference. Post-training quantization has been explored to address this issue. Because uniform quantization suffers from significant accuracy loss at low bit-widths, mixed-precision methods have been recently explored; however, they often require substantial computation for bit-width allocation and overlook the varying sensitivity of model performance to the quantization of different experts. We propose a theoretically grounded expert-wise mixed precision strategy that assigns bit-width to each expert primarily based on their change in routers l2 norm during training. Experts with smaller changes are shown to capture less frequent but critical features, and model performance is more sensitive to the quantization of these experts, thus requiring higher precision. Furthermore, to avoid allocating experts to lower precision that inject high quantization noise, experts with large maximum intra-neuron variance are also allocated higher precision. Experiments on large-scale MoE models, including Switch Transformer and Mixtral, show that our method achieves higher accuracy than existing approaches, while also reducing inference cost and incurring only negligible overhead for bit-width assignment.

3D-Fixer: Coarse-to-Fine In-place Completion for 3D Scenes from a Single Image

Compositional 3D scene generation from a single view requires the simultaneous recovery of scene layout and 3D assets. Existing approaches mainly fall into two categories: feed-forward generation methods and per-instance generation methods. The former directly predict 3D assets with explicit 6DoF poses through efficient network inference, but they generalize poorly to complex scenes. The latter improve generalization through a divide-and-conquer strategy, but suffer from time-consuming pose optimization. To bridge this gap, we introduce 3D-Fixer, a novel in-place completion paradigm. Specifically, 3D-Fixer extends 3D object generative priors to generate complete 3D assets conditioned on the partially visible point cloud at the original locations, which are cropped from the fragmented geometry obtained from the geometry estimation methods. Unlike prior works that require explicit pose alignment, 3D-Fixer uses fragmented geometry as a spatial anchor to preserve layout fidelity. At its core, we propose a coarse-to-fine generation scheme to resolve boundary ambiguity under occlusion, supported by a dual-branch conditioning network and an Occlusion-Robust Feature Alignment (ORFA) strategy for stable training. Furthermore, to address the data scarcity bottleneck, we present ARSG-110K, the largest scene-level dataset to date, comprising over 110K diverse scenes and 3M annotated images with high-fidelity 3D ground truth. Extensive experiments show that 3D-Fixer achieves state-of-the-art geometric accuracy, which significantly outperforms baselines such as MIDI and Gen3DSR, while maintaining the efficiency of the diffusion process. DreamLifting: A Plug-in Module Lifting MV Diffusion Models for 3D Asset Generation

The labor- and experience-intensive creation of 3D assets with physically based rendering (PBR) materials demands an autonomous 3D asset creation pipeline. However, most existing 3D generation methods focus on geometry modeling, either baking textures into simple vertex colors or leaving texture synthesis to post-processing with image diffusion models. To achieve end-to-end PBR-ready 3D asset generation, we present Lightweight Gaussian Asset Adapter (LGAA), a novel framework that unifies the modeling of geometry and PBR materials by exploiting multi-view (MV) diffusion priors from a novel perspective. The LGAA features a modular design with three components. Specifically, the LGAA Wrapper reuses and adapts network layers from MV diffusion models, which encapsulate knowledge acquired from billions of images, enabling better convergence in a data-efficient manner. To incorporate multiple diffusion priors for geometry and PBR synthesis, the LGAA Switcher aligns multiple LGAA Wrapper layers encapsulating different knowledge. Then, a tamed variational autoencoder (VAE), termed LGAA Decoder, is designed to predict 2D Gaussian Splatting (2DGS) with PBR channels. Finally, we introduce a dedicated post-processing procedure to effectively extract high-quality, relightable mesh assets from the resulting 2DGS. Extensive quantitative and qualitative experiments demonstrate the superior performance of LGAA with both text- and image-conditioned MV diffusion models. Additionally, the modular design enables flexible incorporation of multiple diffusion priors, and the knowledge-preserving scheme effectively preseves the 2D priors learned on massive image dataset, which leads to data efficient finetuning to lift the MV diffuison models for 3D generation with merely 69k multi-view instances.

CoMaTrack: Competitive Multi-Agent Game-Theoretic Tracking with Vision-Language-Action Models

Embodied Visual Tracking (EVT), a core dynamic task in embodied intelligence, requires an agent to precisely follow a language-specified target. Yet most existing methods rely on single-agent imitation learning, suffering from costly expert data and limited generalization due to static training environments. Inspired by competition-driven capability evolution, we propose CoMaTrack, a competitive game-theoretic multi-agent reinforcement learning framework that trains agents in a dynamic adversarial setting with competitive subtasks, yielding stronger adaptive planning and interference-resilient strategies. We further introduce CoMaTrack-Bench, the first open-source Habitat-based benchmark protocol and episode set for language-conditioned competitive EVT featuring dynamic dueling, featuring game scenarios between a tracker and adaptive opponents across diverse environments and instructions, enabling standardized robustness evaluation under active adversarial interactions. Experiments show that CoMaTrack achieves state-of-the-art results on both standard benchmarks and CoMaTrack-Bench. Notably, a 3B VLM trained with our framework surpasses previous single-agent imitation learning methods based on 7B models on the challenging EVT-Bench, achieving 92.1% in STT, 74.2% in DT, and 57.5% in AT. The benchmark code will be available at https://github.com/wlqcode/CoMaTrack-Bench.
