A Note on Invariants and Entanglements

The quantum entanglements are studied in terms of the invariants under local unitary transformations. A generalized formula of concurrence for $N$-dimensional quantum systems is presented. This generalized concurrence has potential applications in studying separability and calculating entanglement of formation for high dimensional mixed quantum states.

Teleportation of general finite dimensional quantum systems

Teleportation of finite dimensional quantum states by a non-local entangled state is studied. For a generally given entangled state, an explicit equation that governs the teleportation is presented. Detailed examples and the roles played by the dimensions of the Hilbert spaces related to the sender, receiver and the auxiliary space are discussed.

A Remark on One-Dimensional Many-Body Problems with Point Interactions

The integrability of one dimensional quantum mechanical many-body problems with general contact interactions is extensively studied. It is shown that besides the pure (repulsive or attractive) $δ$-function interaction there is another singular point interactions which gives rise to a new one-parameter family of integrable quantum mechanical many-body systems. The bound states and scattering matrices are calculated for both bosonic and fermionic statistics.

A Remark on the Optimal Cloning of An N-Level Quantum System

We study quantum cloning machines (QCM) that act on an unknown N-level quantum state and make M copies. We give a formula for the maximum of the fidelity of cloning and exhibit the unitary transformations that realize this optimal fidelity. We also extend the results to treat the case of M copies from $N^\prime$ ($M>N^\prime$) identical N-level quantum systems.

Symplectic Geometry on Quantum Plane

A study of symplectic forms associated with two dimensional quantum planes and the quantum sphere in a three dimensional orthogonal quantum plane is provided. The associated Hamiltonian vector fields and Poissonian algebraic relations are made explicit.

Classical Limits of Euclidean Gibbs States for Quantum Lattice Models

Models of quantum and classical particles on the d-dimensional cubic lattice with pair interparticle interactions are considered. The classical model is obtained from the corresponding quantum one when the reduced physical mass of the particle tends to infinity. For these models, it is proposed to define the convergence of the Euclidean Gibbs states, when the reduced mass tends to infinity, by the weak convergence of the corresponding Gibbs specifications, determined by conditional Gibbs measures. In fact it is proved that all conditional Gibbs measures of the quantum model weakly converge to the conditional Gibbs measures of the classical model. A similar convergence of the periodic Gibbs measures and, as a result, of the order parameters, for such models with the pair interactions possessing the translation invariance, has also been proven.

Some New Exact Ground States for Generalize Hubbard Models

A set of new exact ground states of the generalized Hubbard models in arbitrary dimensions with explicitly given parameter regions is presented. This is based on a simple method for constructing exact ground states for homogeneous quantum systems.

Integration Approach to Ising Models

An integral representation of the partition function for general $n$-dimensional Ising models with nearest or non-nearest neighbours interactions is given. The representation is used to derive some properties of the partition function. An exact solution is given in a particular case.

Symmetry, Integrable Chain Models and Stochastic Processes

A general way to construct chain models with certain Lie algebraic or quantum Lie algebraic symmetries is presented. These symmetric models give rise to series of integrable systems. As an example the chain models with $A_n$ symmetry and the related Temperley-Lieb algebraic structures and representations are discussed. It is shown that corresponding to these $A_n$ symmetric integrable chain models there are exactly solvable stationary discrete-time (resp. continuous-time) Markov chains whose spectra of the transition matrices (resp. intensity matrices) are the same as the ones of the corresponding integrable models.

Current Algebraic Structures over Manifolds: Poisson Algebras, q-Deformations and Quantization

Poisson algebraic structures on current manifolds (of maps from a finite dimensional Riemannian manifold into a 2-dimensional manifold) are investigated in terms of symplectic geometry. It is shown that there is a one to one correspondence between such current manifolds and Poisson current algebras with three generators. A geometric meaning is given to q-deformations of current algebras. The geometric quantization of current algebras and quantum current algebraic maps is also studied.

A Remark on Symmetry of Stochastic Dynamical Systems and Their Conserved Quantities

Symmetry properties of stochastic dynamical systems described by stochastic differential equation of Stratonovich type and related conserved quantities are discussed, extending previous results by Misawa. New conserved quantities are given by applying symmetry operators to known conserved quantities. Some detailed examples are presented.

Highest Weight Representations of Quantum Current Algebras

We study the highest weight and continuous tensor product representations of q-deformed Lie algebras through the mappings of a manifold into a locally compact group. As an example the highest weight representation of the q-deformed algebra $sl_q(2,\Cb)$ is calculated in detail.

Thermal fluctuations around classical crystalline ground states. The case of bounded fluctuations

We study low--temperature non Gaussian thermal fluctuations of a system of classical particles around a (hypothetical) crystalline ground state. These thermal fluctuations are described by the behaviour of a system of long range interacting charged dipoles at high--temperature and high--density. For the case of uniformly bounded fluctuations, the low--temperature linked cluster expansion describing the contribution to the free energy is derived and analysed. Finally some nonpertubative results on the existence and independence of boundary conditions of the Gibbs states for the associated dipole systems are obtained.

A general correspondence between Dirichlet forms and right processes

The theory of Dirichlet forms as originated by Beurling-Deny and developed particularly by Fukushima and Silverstein, is a natural functional analytic extension of classical (and axiomatic) potential theory. Although some parts of it have abstract measure theoretic versions, the basic general construction of a Hunt process properly associated with the form, obtained by Fukushima and Silverstein, requires the form to be defined on a locally compact separable space with a Radon measure $m$ and the form to be regular (in the sense of the continuous functions of compact support being dense in the domain of the form, both in the supremum norm and in the natural norm given by the form and the $L^2(m)$-space). This setting excludes infinite dimensional situations. In this letter we announce that there exists an extension of Fukushima-Silverstein's construction of the associated process to the case where the space is only supposed to be metrizable and the form is not required to be regular.
