Towards Solving the Gilbert-Pollak Conjecture via Large Language Models

The Gilbert-Pollak Conjecture \citep{gilbert1968steiner}, also known as the Steiner Ratio Conjecture, states that for any finite point set in the Euclidean plane, the Steiner minimum tree has length at least $\sqrt{3}/2 \approx 0.866$ times that of the Euclidean minimum spanning tree (the Steiner ratio). A sequence of improvements through the 1980s culminated in a lower bound of $0.824$, with no substantial progress reported over the past three decades. Recent advances in LLMs have demonstrated strong performance on contest-level mathematical problems, yet their potential for addressing open, research-level questions remains largely unexplored. In this work, we present a novel AI system for obtaining tighter lower bounds on the Steiner ratio. Rather than directly prompting LLMs to solve the conjecture, we task them with generating rule-constrained geometric lemmas implemented as executable code. These lemmas are then used to construct a collection of specialized functions, which we call verification functions, that yield theoretically certified lower bounds of the Steiner ratio. Through progressive lemma refinement driven by reflection, the system establishes a new certified lower bound of 0.8559 for the Steiner ratio. The entire research effort involves only thousands of LLM calls, demonstrating the strong potential of LLM-based systems for advanced mathematical research.

FinixDoc: Rethinking Financial Document Parsing Beyond Saturated Benchmarks

Financial document parsing requires accuracy, structural consistency, and verifiability that current benchmarks often fail to reflect. We present FinixDoc, an end-to-end agentic parsing system for real-world financial documents, with FinixDoc-VL, a 4B-scale vision-language model built on Qwen3-VL-4B, as its core parser. To characterize the gap between benchmark and deployment performance, we introduce a Document Parsing Capability Matrix organized along two practical axes: visual quality and document scale. Guided by this matrix, FinixDoc-VL is trained with a domain-adapted recipe combining homoglyph-aware contrastive learning and multi-stage reinforcement learning with composite domain-specific rewards. To better leverage our accumulated advantage in low-quality financial-document data and support large-scale, high-quality data production, we further build a human-in-the-loop Data Factory pipeline with confidence-aware expert review. For evaluation, we construct FinixDocBench, a financial-domain evaluation suite covering digital-native, camera-captured, ultra-large-page, and internal-workflow scenarios, with a compliance-reviewed subset released alongside this technical report. On its main subsets, FinixDoc-VL achieves the highest overall score (81.43) among evaluated baselines, outperforming the next-best open-source model by 5.13 points, with the largest gains on internal financial workflows (FinixInner: 84.08 vs. 78.73).

Boogu-Image-0.1: Boosting Open Agentic Multimodal Generation via Understanding under a Minimal Budget

We introduce Boogu-Image-0.1, an open-source unified multimodal understanding and generation model family, comprising Base, Turbo, Edit, and Edit-Turbo variants. It delivers competitive performance in high-quality text-to-image generation, fast inference, instruction-based editing, and bilingual (Chinese-English) text rendering. Closed-source multimodal systems like Nano-Banana-Pro and GPT-Image-2 achieve strong performance through system-level integration rather than a single model, yet their internal practices remain largely undisclosed. In this work, we demonstrate that strengthening the understanding capability of the system, through a stronger multimodal encoder, agentic prompt rewriting, and related techniques, together with improvements in data quality, training pipelines, and agentic inference-time scaling, can substantially enhance generation and editing performance even under highly constrained compute budgets. Comprehensive evaluations show that Boogu-Image-0.1 consistently matches or surpasses other open-source models across standard benchmarks, and achieves results approaching leading closed-source systems. Notably, this is accomplished with only 208.62 million unique images. The base model's theoretical training cost is only approximately \$400K. We share practical discussions that we believe are valuable to the broader research community, and release weights, code, and recipes under Apache 2.0 to advance the open ecosystem for unified multimodal understanding and generation. Our code is available here: https://github.com/Boogu-Project/Boogu-Image.

2DGH: 2D Gaussian-Hermite Splatting for High-quality Rendering and Better Geometry Features

2D Gaussian Splatting has recently emerged as a significant method in 3D reconstruction, enabling novel view synthesis and geometry reconstruction simultaneously. While the well-known Gaussian kernel is broadly used, its lack of anisotropy and deformation ability leads to dim and vague edges at object silhouettes, limiting the reconstruction quality of current Gaussian splatting methods. To enhance the representation power, we draw inspiration from quantum physics and propose to use the Gaussian-Hermite kernel as the new primitive in Gaussian splatting. The new kernel takes a unified mathematical form and extends the Gaussian function, which serves as the zero-rank special case in the updated general formulation. Our experiments demonstrate that the proposed Gaussian-Hermite kernel achieves improved performance over traditional Gaussian Splatting kernels on both geometry reconstruction and novel-view synthesis tasks. Specifically, on the DTU dataset, our method yields more accurate geometry reconstruction, while on datasets such as MipNeRF360 and our customized Detail dataset, it achieves better results in novel-view synthesis. These results highlight the potential of the Gaussian-Hermite kernel for high-quality 3D reconstruction and rendering.

PhysChoreo: Physics-Controllable Video Generation with Part-Aware Semantic Grounding

While recent video generation models have achieved significant visual fidelity, they often suffer from the lack of explicit physical controllability and plausibility. To address this, some recent studies attempted to guide the video generation with physics-based rendering. However, these methods face inherent challenges in accurately modeling complex physical properties and effectively control ling the resulting physical behavior over extended temporal sequences. In this work, we introduce PhysChoreo, a novel framework that can generate videos with diverse controllability and physical realism from a single image. Our method consists of two stages: first, it estimates the static initial physical properties of all objects in the image through part-aware physical property reconstruction. Then, through temporally instructed and physically editable simulation, it synthesizes high-quality videos with rich dynamic behaviors and physical realism. Experimental results show that PhysChoreo can generate videos with rich behaviors and physical realism, outperforming state-of-the-art methods on multiple evaluation metrics.

Quasi-kernels in Hereditary Classes and Applications to Break

Recently, Nguyen, Seymour and Scott verified the small quasi-kernel conjecture for split digraphs, and initiated the study of quasi-kernels in break digraphs. Following their research, we introduce a weighted half-neighborhood property for hereditary classes of oriented graphs and show that it gives a \(2n/3\) bound of small quasi-kernel for break digraphs. We also record two stronger \(n/2\) results for special classes of break digraphs. Finally, using the same framework we also prove that every digraph on \(n\) vertices has a quasi-kernel \(Q\) with \(|N_D^+[Q]|\ge \sqrt n\).

EgoCS-400K: An Egocentric Gameplay Dataset for World Models

The shift from video generation to interactive world modeling places new demands on data: beyond captioned videos, world models require temporally aligned video-action-language trajectories grounded in the actions, camera motion, states, and events that drive future scene changes. However, such data is difficult to obtain at scale. Web video datasets offer broad visual coverage but lack executable actions and reliable states; robotic datasets provide action and state supervision but are costly and limited in scene diversity; and existing simulators often lack large-scale human-driven interaction trajectories. In this paper, we introduce EgoCS-400K, a large-scale replay-grounded egocentric Counter-Strike dataset for world models, built from public professional CS and CS2 match demos that preserve human gameplay trajectories and enable parsing, replaying, rendering, and temporal alignment. We extract player states, view directions, movements, keyboard/button inputs, view-angle changes, weapon usage, game events, and round-level context, and render clean first-person videos from the same trajectories. EgoCS-400K contains over 400,000 first-person videos and 10,000 hours of gameplay from more than 1,000 matches and 40,000 rounds, covering 13 maps and 10 player viewpoints per round. It supports a range of interactive visual modeling tasks, including action-conditioned future prediction, state- and event-aware scene rollout, replay-grounded captioning, and agent egocentric action understanding. By connecting visual observations with human actions, camera motion, game states, and events at scale, EgoCS-400K serves as a practical bridge between passive web videos, controllable game simulation, and costly real-world embodied data.

GiLT: Augmenting Transformer Language Models with Dependency Graphs

Augmenting Transformers with linguistic structures effectively enhances the syntactic generalization performance of language models. Previous work in this direction focuses on syntactic tree structures of languages, in particular constituency tree structures. We propose Graph-Infused Layers Transformer Language Model (GiLT) which leverages dependency graphs for augmenting Transformer language models. Unlike most previous work, GiLT does not insert extra structural tokens in language modeling; instead, it injects structural information into language modeling by modulating attention weights in the Transformer with features extracted from the dependency graph that is incrementally constructed along with token prediction. In our experiments, GiLT with semantic dependency graphs achieves better syntactic generalization while maintaining competitive perplexity in comparison with Transformer language model baselines. In addition, GiLT can be finetuned from a pretrained language model to achieve improved downstream task performance. Our code is released at https://github.com/cookie-pie-oops/GiLT-LM.

Hunyuan3D 2.0: Scaling Diffusion Models for High Resolution Textured 3D Assets Generation

We present Hunyuan3D 2.0, an advanced large-scale 3D synthesis system for generating high-resolution textured 3D assets. This system includes two foundation components: a large-scale shape generation model -- Hunyuan3D-DiT, and a large-scale texture synthesis model -- Hunyuan3D-Paint. The shape generative model, built on a scalable flow-based diffusion transformer, aims to create geometry that properly aligns with a given condition image, laying a solid foundation for downstream applications. The texture synthesis model, benefiting from strong geometric and diffusion priors, produces high-resolution and vibrant texture maps for either generated or hand-crafted meshes. Furthermore, we build Hunyuan3D-Studio -- a versatile, user-friendly production platform that simplifies the re-creation process of 3D assets. It allows both professional and amateur users to manipulate or even animate their meshes efficiently. We systematically evaluate our models, showing that Hunyuan3D 2.0 outperforms previous state-of-the-art models, including the open-source models and closed-source models in geometry details, condition alignment, texture quality, and etc. Hunyuan3D 2.0 is publicly released in order to fill the gaps in the open-source 3D community for large-scale foundation generative models. The code and pre-trained weights of our models are available at: https://github.com/Tencent/Hunyuan3D-2

Bridging Behavior and Semantics for Time-aware Cross-Domain Sequential Recommendation

Cross-domain sequential recommendation (CDSR) alleviates interaction sparsity by jointly modeling user behaviors across multiple domains. While current studies have made some progresses, they still neglect two issues that severely impact recommendation performance: (i) ignoring domain-specific interaction frequencies and interest decay rates at identical time intervals; (ii) treating semantic preferences as time-invariant during cross-domain transfer. To address these, we propose a novel framework that bridges Behavior and Semantics for Time-aware Cross-Domain Sequential Recommendation (BST-CDSR). Specifically, we design a behavioral preference evolution module that decouples long-term interests and short-term intentions, and models continuous-time preference via a neural ordinary differential equation (ODE) with event-driven updates. Additionally, to capture time-aware semantic preferences, we introduce a temporal counterfactual-enhanced semantic generator that discretizes temporal interval tokens and leverages large language models (LLMs) to extract robust temporal semantics, where counterfactual perturbations enhance the time sensitivity of semantic preferences. Furthermore, we propose a time-preference guided domain transfer module to adaptively control transfer weights and mitigate negative transfer. Extensive experiments on real-world datasets demonstrate that BST-CDSR consistently outperforms baselines.

S2AM3D: Scale-controllable Part Segmentation of 3D Point Clouds

Part-level point cloud segmentation has recently attracted significant attention in 3D computer vision. Nevertheless, existing research is constrained by two major challenges: native 3D models lack generalization due to data scarcity, while introducing 2D pre-trained knowledge often leads to inconsistent segmentation results across different views. To address these challenges, we propose S2AM3D, which incorporates 2D segmentation priors with 3D consistent supervision. We design a point-consistent part encoder that aggregates multi-view 2D features through native 3D contrastive learning, producing globally consistent point features. A scale-aware prompt decoder is then proposed to enable real-time adjustment of segmentation granularity via continuous scale signals. Simultaneously, we introduce a large-scale, high-quality part-level point cloud dataset with more than 100k samples, providing ample supervision signals for model training. Extensive experiments demonstrate that S2AM3D achieves leading performance across multiple evaluation settings, exhibiting exceptional robustness and controllability when handling complex structures and parts with significant size variations.

CoMoVi: Co-Generation of 3D Human Motions and Realistic Videos

In this paper, we find that the generation of 3D human motions and 2D human videos is intrinsically coupled. 3D motions provide the structural prior for plausibility and consistency in videos, while pre-trained video models offer strong generalization capabilities for motions. Based on this, we present CoMoVi, a co-generative framework that generates 3D human motions and videos synchronously within a single diffusion denoising loop. However, since the 3D human motions and the 2D human-centric videos have a modality gap between each other, we propose to project the 3D human motion into an effective 2D human motion representation that effectively aligns with the 2D videos. Then, we design a dual-branch diffusion model to couple human motion and the video generation process with mutual feature interaction and 3D-2D cross attentions. To train and evaluate our model, we curate CoMoVi-Dataset, a large-scale real-world human video dataset with text and motion annotations, covering diverse and challenging human motions. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method generates high-quality 3D human motion with a better generalization ability and that our method can generate high-quality human-centric videos without external motion references.

AutoUE: Automated Generation of 3D Games in Unreal Engine via Multi-Agent Systems

Automatically generating 3D games in commercial game engines remains a non-trivial challenge, as it involves complex engine-related workflows for generating assets such as scenes, blueprints, and code. To address this challenge, we propose a novel multi-agent system, AutoUE, which coordinates multiple agents to end-to-end generate 3D games, covering model retrieval, scene generation, gameplay and interaction code synthesis, and automated game testing for evaluation. In order to mitigate tool-use hallucinations in LLMs, we introduce a retrieval-augmented generation mechanism that grounds agents with relevant UE tool documentation. Additionally, we incorporate game design patterns and engine constraints into the code generation process to ensure the generation of correct and robust code. Furthermore, we design an automated play-testing pipeline that generates and executes runtime test commands, enabling systematic evaluation of dynamic behaviors. Finally, we construct a game generation dataset and conduct a series of experiments that demonstrate AutoUE's ability to generate 3D games end-to-end, and validate the effectiveness of these designs.

LightHarmony3D: Harmonizing Illumination and Shadows for Object Insertion in 3D Gaussian Splatting

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) enables high-fidelity reconstruction of scene geometry and appearance. Building on this capability, inserting external mesh objects into reconstructed 3DGS scenes enables interactive editing and content augmentation for immersive applications such as AR/VR, virtual staging, and digital content creation. However, achieving physically consistent lighting and shadows for mesh insertion remains challenging, as it requires accurate scene illumination estimation and multi-view consistent rendering. To address this challenge, we present LightHarmony3D, a novel framework for illumination-consistent mesh insertion in 3DGS scenes. Central to our approach is our proposed generative module that predicts a full 360° HDR environment map at the insertion location via a single forward pass. By leveraging generative priors instead of iterative optimization, our method efficiently captures dominant scene illumination and enables physically grounded shading and shadows for inserted meshes while maintaining multi-view coherence. Furthermore, we introduce the first dedicated benchmark for mesh insertion in 3DGS, providing a standardized evaluation framework for assessing lighting consistency and photorealism. Extensive experiments across multiple real-world reconstruction datasets demonstrate that LightHarmony3D achieves state-of-the-art realism and multi-view consistency.

Global Truncated Loss Minimization for Robust and Threshold-Resilient Geometric Estimation

To achieve outlier-robust geometric estimation, robust objective functions are generally employed to mitigate the influence of outliers. The widely used consensus maximization(CM) is highly robust when paired with global branch-and-bound(BnB) search. However, CM relies solely on inlier counts and is sensitive to the inlier threshold. Besides, the discrete nature of CM leads to loose bounds, necessitating extensive BnB iterations and computation cost. Truncated losses(TL), another continuous alternative, leverage residual information more effectively and could potentially overcome these issues. But to our knowledge, no prior work has systematically explored globally minimizing TL with BnB and its potential for enhanced threshold resilience or search efficiency. In this work, we propose GTM, the first unified BnB-based framework for globally-optimal TL loss minimization across diverse geometric problems. GTM involves a hybrid solving design: given an n-dimensional problem, it performs BnB search over an (n-1)-dimensional subspace while the remaining 1D variable is solved by bounding the objective function. Our hybrid design not only reduces the search space, but also enables us to derive Lipschitz-continuous bounding functions that are general, tight, and can be efficiently solved by a classic global Lipschitz solver named DIRECT, which brings further acceleration. We conduct a systematic evaluation on various BnB-based methods for CM and TL on the robust linear regression problem, showing that GTM enjoys remarkable threshold resilience and the highest efficiency compared to baseline methods. Furthermore, we apply GTM on different geometric estimation problems with diverse residual forms. Extensive experiments demonstrate that GTM achieves state-of-the-art outlier-robustness and threshold-resilience while maintaining high efficiency across these estimation tasks.

A Unified Calibration Framework for Coordinate and Kinematic Parameters in Dual-Arm Robots

Precise collaboration in vision-based dual-arm robot systems requires accurate system calibration. Recent dual-robot calibration methods have achieved strong performance by simultaneously solving multiple coordinate transformations. However, these methods either treat kinematic errors as implicit noise or handle them through separated error modeling, resulting in non-negligible accumulated errors. In this paper, we present a novel framework for unified calibration of the coordinate transformations and kinematic parameters in both robot arms. Our key idea is to unify all the tightly coupled parameters within a single Lie-algebraic formulation. To this end, we construct a consolidated error model grounded in the product-of-exponentials formula, which naturally integrates the coordinate and kinematic parameters in twist forms. Our model introduces no artificial error separation and thus greatly mitigates the error propagation. In addition, we derive a closed-form analytical Jacobian from this model using Lie derivatives. By exploring the Jacobian rank property, we analyze the identifiability of all calibration parameters and show that our joint optimization is well-posed under mild conditions. This enables off-the-shelf iterative solvers to stably optimize these parameters on the manifold space. Besides, to ensure robust convergence of our joint optimization, we develop a certifiably correct algorithm for initializing the unknown coordinates. Relying on semidefinite relaxation, our algorithm can yield a reliable estimate whose near-global optimality can be verified a posteriori. Extensive experiments validate the superior accuracy of our approach over previous baselines under identical visual measurements. Meanwhile, our certifiable initialization consistently outperforms several coordinate-only baselines, proving its reliability as a starting point for joint optimization.

Mirage2Matter: A Physically Grounded Gaussian World Model from Video

The scalability of embodied intelligence is fundamentally constrained by the scarcity of real-world interaction data. While simulation platforms provide a promising alternative, existing approaches often suffer from a substantial visual and physical gap to real environments and rely on expensive sensors, precise robot calibration, or depth measurements, limiting their practicality at scale. We present Simulate Anything, a graphics-driven world modeling and simulation framework that enables efficient generation of high-fidelity embodied training data using only multi-view environment videos and off-the-shelf assets. Our approach reconstructs real-world environments into a photorealistic scene representation using 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS), seamlessly capturing fine-grained geometry and appearance from video. We then leverage generative models to recover a physically realistic representation and integrate it into a simulation environment via a precision calibration target, enabling accurate scale alignment between the reconstructed scene and the real world. Together, these components provide a unified, editable, and physically grounded world model. Vision Language Action (VLA) models trained on our simulated data achieve strong zero-shot performance on downstream tasks, matching or even surpassing results obtained with real-world data, highlighting the potential of reconstruction-driven world modeling for scalable and practical embodied intelligence training.

Entropy-Tree: Tree-Based Decoding with Entropy-Guided Exploration

Large language models achieve strong reasoning performance, yet existing decoding strategies either explore blindly (random sampling) or redundantly (independent multi-sampling). We propose Entropy-Tree, a tree-based decoding method that exploits entropy as a signal for branching decisions--expanding the search tree only at positions where the model exhibits genuine uncertainty. Entropy-Tree shows superior accuracy and calibration in reasoning tasks: it achieves better pass@k than Multi-chain across multiple models and datasets, and its predictive entropy demonstrates better AUROC compared to several traditional metrics. Entropy-Tree unifies efficient structured exploration and reliable uncertainty estimation within a single decoding procedure.
