LLM as Attention-Informed NTM and Topic Modeling as long-input Generation: Interpretability and long-Context Capability

Topic modeling aims to produce interpretable topic representations and topic--document correspondences from corpora, but classical neural topic models (NTMs) remain constrained by limited representation assumptions and semantic abstraction ability. We study LLM-based topic modeling from both white-box and black-box perspectives. For white-box LLMs, we propose an attention-informed framework that recovers interpretable structures analogous to those in NTMs, including document-topic and topic-word distributions. This validates the view that LLM can serve as an attention-informed NTM. For black-box LLMs, we reformulate topic modeling as a structured long-input task and introduce a post-generation signal compensation method based on diversified topic cues and hybrid retrieval. Experiments show that recovered attention structures support effective topic assignment and keyword extraction, while black-box long-context LLMs achieve competitive or stronger performance than other baselines. These findings suggest a connection between LLMs and NTMs and highlight the promise of long-context LLMs for topic modeling.

Dynamic Summary Generation for Interpretable Multimodal Depression Detection

Depression remains widely underdiagnosed and undertreated because stigma and subjective symptom ratings hinder reliable screening. To address this challenge, we propose a coarse-to-fine, multi-stage framework that leverages large language models (LLMs) for accurate and interpretable detection. The pipeline performs binary screening, five-class severity classification, and continuous regression. At each stage, an LLM produces progressively richer clinical summaries that guide a multimodal fusion module integrating text, audio, and video features, yielding predictions with transparent rationale. The system then consolidates all summaries into a concise, human-readable assessment report. Experiments on the E-DAIC and CMDC datasets show significant improvements over state-of-the-art baselines in both accuracy and interpretability.

Tracing the Roots: A Multi-Agent Framework for Uncovering Data Lineage in Post-Training LLMs

Post-training data plays a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs), yet datasets are often treated as isolated artifacts, overlooking the systemic connections that underlie their evolution. To disentangle these complex relationships, we introduce the concept of \textbf{data lineage} to the LLM ecosystem and propose an automated multi-agent framework to reconstruct the evolutionary graph of dataset development. Through large-scale lineage analysis, we characterize domain-specific structural patterns, such as vertical refinement in math-oriented datasets and horizontal aggregation in general-domain corpora. Moreover, we uncover pervasive systemic issues, including \textit{structural redundancy} induced by implicit dataset intersections and the \textit{propagation of benchmark contamination} along lineage paths. To demonstrate the practical value of lineage analysis for data construction, we leverage the reconstructed lineage graph to create a \textit{lineage-aware diversity-oriented dataset}. By anchoring instruction sampling at upstream root sources, this approach mitigates downstream homogenization and hidden redundancy, yielding a more diverse post-training corpus. We further highlight lineage-centric analysis as an efficient and robust topological alternative to sample-level dataset comparison for large-scale data ecosystems. By grounding data construction in explicit lineage structures, our work advances post-training data curation toward a more systematic and controllable paradigm.

Strong uniqueness of tangent flows at cylindrical singularities in Ricci flow

In this paper, we establish a Lojasiewicz inequality for the pointed $\mathcal{W}$-entropy in the Ricci flow, under the assumption that the geometry near the base point is close to a standard cylinder $\mathbb{R}^k \times S^{n-k}$ or the quotient thereof. As an application, we prove the strong uniqueness of the cylindrical tangent flow at the first singular time of the Ricci flow. Specifically, we show that the modified Ricci flow near the singularity converges to the cylindrical model under a fixed gauge.

XiYan-SQL: A Novel Multi-Generator Framework For Text-to-SQL

To leverage the advantages of LLM in addressing challenges in the Text-to-SQL task, we present XiYan-SQL, an innovative framework effectively generating and utilizing multiple SQL candidates. It consists of three components: 1) a Schema Filter module filtering and obtaining multiple relevant schemas; 2) a multi-generator ensemble approach generating multiple highquality and diverse SQL queries; 3) a selection model with a candidate reorganization strategy implemented to obtain the optimal SQL query. Specifically, for the multi-generator ensemble, we employ a multi-task fine-tuning strategy to enhance the capabilities of SQL generation models for the intrinsic alignment between SQL and text, and construct multiple generation models with distinct generation styles by fine-tuning across different SQL formats. The experimental results and comprehensive analysis demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of our framework. Overall, XiYan-SQL achieves a new SOTA performance of 75.63% on the notable BIRD benchmark, surpassing all previous methods. It also attains SOTA performance on the Spider test set with an accuracy of 89.65%.

AgentExpt: Automating AI Experiment Design with LLM-based Resource Retrieval Agent

Large language model agents are becoming increasingly capable at web-centric tasks such as information retrieval, complex reasoning. These emerging capabilities have given rise to surge research interests in developing LLM agent for facilitating scientific quest. One key application in AI research is to automate experiment design through agentic dataset and baseline retrieval. However, prior efforts suffer from limited data coverage, as recommendation datasets primarily harvest candidates from public portals and omit many datasets actually used in published papers, and from an overreliance on content similarity that biases model toward superficial similarity and overlooks experimental suitability. Harnessing collective perception embedded in the baseline and dataset citation network, we present a comprehensive framework for baseline and dataset recommendation. First, we design an automated data-collection pipeline that links roughly one hundred thousand accepted papers to the baselines and datasets they actually used. Second, we propose a collective perception enhanced retriever. To represent the position of each dataset or baseline within the scholarly network, it concatenates self-descriptions with aggregated citation contexts. To achieve efficient candidate recall, we finetune an embedding model on these representations. Finally, we develop a reasoning-augmented reranker that exact interaction chains to construct explicit reasoning chains and finetunes a large language model to produce interpretable justifications and refined rankings. The dataset we curated covers 85\% of the datasets and baselines used at top AI conferences over the past five years. On our dataset, the proposed method outperforms the strongest prior baseline with average gains of +5.85\% in Recall@20, +8.30\% in HitRate@5. Taken together, our results advance reliable, interpretable automation of experimental design.

Toward Physically Consistent Driving Video World Models under Challenging Trajectories

Video generation models have shown strong potential as world models for autonomous driving simulation. However, existing approaches are primarily trained on real-world driving datasets, which mostly contain natural and safe driving scenarios. As a result, current models often fail when conditioned on challenging or counterfactual trajectories-such as imperfect trajectories generated by simulators or planning systems-producing videos with severe physical inconsistencies and artifacts. To address this limitation, we propose PhyGenesis, a world model designed to generate driving videos with high visual fidelity and strong physical consistency. Our framework consists of two key components: (1) a physical condition generator that transforms potentially invalid trajectory inputs into physically plausible conditions, and (2) a physics-enhanced video generator that produces high-fidelity multi-view driving videos under these conditions. To effectively train these components, we construct a large-scale, physics-rich heterogeneous dataset. Specifically, in addition to real-world driving videos, we generate diverse challenging driving scenarios using the CARLA simulator, from which we derive supervision signals that guide the model to learn physically grounded dynamics under extreme conditions. This challenging-trajectory learning strategy enables trajectory correction and promotes physically consistent video generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that PhyGenesis consistently outperforms state-of-the-art methods, especially on challenging trajectories. Polynomial integrable systems from cluster structures

We present a general framework for constructing polynomial integrable systems on linearizations of Poisson varieties that admit log-canonical systems. Our construction is in particular applicable to Poisson varieties with compatible cluster or generalized cluster structures. As examples, we consider a standard complex semi-simple Poisson Lie group $G$ and a Borel subgroup $B$ of $G$, equipped with the Berenstein-Fomin-Zelevinsky cluster structures; the unipotent Lie subgroup $N_w$ of $G$ associated to any $w$ in the Weyl group of $G$, equipped with the cluster structure on the corresponding Schubert cell as first defined by Geiss-Leclerc-Schröer when $G$ is simply-laced; and the dual Poisson Lie group ${\rm GL}(n, \mathbb C)^*$ of the standard Poisson Lie group ${\rm GL}(n, \mathbb C)$, equipped with the Gekhtman-Shapiro-Vainshtein generalized cluster structure. In each of these four cases, we show that every extended cluster in the respective cluster or generalized cluster structure gives rise to at least one polynomial integrable system with respect to the linearization of the Poisson structure at the identity element. For some of the polynomial integrable systems, we show that all their Hamiltonian flows are complete. Just as generalized minors on a complex semi-simple Lie group $G$ are used to describe certain initial extended clusters in the Berenstein-Fomin-Zelevinsky cluster structure on $G$, we introduce a special class of homogeneous polynomials, called signed generalized minors, on the Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}$ of $G$, which are then used to describe some of the polynomial integrable systems obtained via our construction. As a further application, we use the homogeneous degrees of certain signed generalized minors to give an explicit formula for the index of the Lie algebra of $N_w$ for every $w$ in the Weyl group.

FluxEDA: A Unified Execution Infrastructure for Stateful Agentic EDA

Large language models and autonomous agents are increasingly explored for EDA automation, but many existing integrations still rely on script-level or request-level interactions, which makes it difficult to preserve tool state and support iterative optimization in real production-oriented environments. In this work, we present FluxEDA, a unified and stateful infrastructure substrate for agentic EDA. FluxEDA introduces a managed gateway-based execution interface with structured request and response handling. It also maintains persistent backend instances. Together, these features allow upper-layer agents and programmable clients to interact with heterogeneous EDA tools through preserved runtime state, rather than through isolated shell invocations. We evaluate the framework using two representative commercial backend case studies: automated post-route timing ECO and standard-cell sub-library optimization. The results show that FluxEDA can support multi-step analysis and optimization over real tool contexts, including state reuse, rollback, and coordinated iterative execution. These findings suggest that a stateful and governed infrastructure layer is a practical foundation for agent-assisted EDA automation.

System Design for Maintaining Internal State Consistency in Long-Horizon Robotic Tabletop Games

Long-horizon tabletop games pose a distinct systems challenge for robotics: small perceptual or execution errors can invalidate accumulated task state, propagate across decision-making modules, and ultimately derail interaction. This paper studies how to maintain internal state consistency in turn-based, multi-human robotic tabletop games through deliberate system design rather than isolated component improvement. Using Mahjong as a representative long-horizon setting, we present an integrated architecture that explicitly maintains perceptual, execution, and interaction state, partitions high-level semantic reasoning from time-critical perception and control, and incorporates verified action primitives with tactile-triggered recovery to prevent premature state corruption. We further introduce interaction-level monitoring mechanisms to detect turn violations and hidden-information breaches that threaten execution assumptions. Beyond demonstrating complete-game operation, we provide an empirical characterization of failure modes, recovery effectiveness, cross-module error propagation, and hardware-algorithm trade-offs observed during deployment. Our results show that explicit partitioning, monitored state transitions, and recovery mechanisms are critical for sustaining executable consistency over extended play, whereas monolithic or unverified pipelines lead to measurable degradation in end-to-end reliability. The proposed system serves as an empirical platform for studying system-level design principles in long-horizon, turn-based interaction.

Powerful Teachers Matter: Text-Guided Multi-view Knowledge Distillation with Visual Prior Enhancement

Knowledge distillation transfers knowledge from large teacher models to smaller students for efficient inference. While existing methods primarily focus on distillation strategies, they often overlook the importance of enhancing teacher knowledge quality. In this paper, we propose Text-guided Multi-view Knowledge Distillation (TMKD), which leverages dual-modality teachers, a visual teacher and a text teacher (CLIP), to provide richer supervisory signals. Specifically, we enhance the visual teacher with multi-view inputs incorporating visual priors (edge and high-frequency features), while the text teacher generates semantic weights through prior-aware prompts to guide adaptive feature fusion. Additionally, we introduce vision-language contrastive regularization to strengthen semantic knowledge in the student model. Extensive experiments on five benchmarks demonstrate that TMKD consistently improves knowledge distillation performance by up to 4.49\%, validating the effectiveness of our dual-teacher multi-view enhancement strategy. FREE-Edit: Using Editing-aware Injection in Rectified Flow Models for Zero-shot Image-Driven Video Editing

Image-driven video editing aims to propagate edit contents from the modified first frame to the remaining frames. Existing methods usually invert the source video to noise using a pre-trained image-to-video (I2V) model and then guide the sampling process using the edited first frame. Generally, a popular choice for maintaining motion and layout from the source video is intervening in the denoising process by injecting attention during reconstruction. However, such injection often leads to unsatisfactory results, where excessive injection leads to conflicting semantics with the source video while insufficient injection brings limited source representation. Recognizing this, we propose an Editing-awaRE (REE) injection method to modulate the injection intensity of each token. Specifically, we first compute the pixel difference between the source and edited first frame to form a corresponding editing mask. Next, we track the editing area throughout the entire video by using optical flow to warp the first-frame mask. Then, editing-aware feature injection intensity for each token is generated accordingly, where injection is not conducted in editing areas. Building upon REE injection, we further propose a zero-shot image-driven video editing framework with recent-emerging rectified-Flow models, dubbed FREE-Edit. Without fine-tuning or training, our FREE-Edit demonstrates effectiveness in various image-driven video editing scenarios, showing its capability to produce higher-quality outputs compared with existing techniques. PFM-VEPAR: Prompting Foundation Models for RGB-Event Camera based Pedestrian Attribute Recognition

Event-based pedestrian attribute recognition (PAR) leverages motion cues to enhance RGB cameras in low-light and motion-blur scenarios, enabling more accurate inference of attributes like age and emotion. However, existing two-stream multimodal fusion methods introduce significant computational overhead and neglect the valuable guidance from contextual samples. To address these limitations, this paper proposes an Event Prompter. Discarding the computationally expensive auxiliary backbone, this module directly applies extremely lightweight and efficient Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and Inverse DCT (IDCT) operations to the event data. This design extracts frequency-domain event features at a minimal computational cost, thereby effectively augmenting the RGB branch. Furthermore, an external memory bank designed to provide rich prior knowledge, combined with modern Hopfield networks, enables associative memory-augmented representation learning. This mechanism effectively mines and leverages global relational knowledge across different samples. Finally, a cross-attention mechanism fuses the RGB and event modalities, followed by feed-forward networks for attribute prediction. Extensive experiments on multiple benchmark datasets fully validate the effectiveness of the proposed RGB-Event PAR framework. The source code of this paper will be released on https://github.com/Event-AHU/OpenPAR

ARISE: Agent Reasoning with Intrinsic Skill Evolution in Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning

The dominant paradigm for improving mathematical reasoning in language models relies on Reinforcement Learning with verifiable rewards. Yet existing methods treat each problem instance in isolation without leveraging the reusable strategies that emerge and accumulate during training. To this end, we introduce ARISE (Agent Reasoning via Intrinsic Skill Evolution), a hierarchical reinforcement learning framework, in which a shared policy operates both to manage skills at high-level and to generate responses at low-level (denoted as a Skills Manager and a Worker, respectively). The Manager maintains a tiered skill library through a dedicated skill generation rollout that performs structured summarization of successful solution traces (after execution), while employing a policy-driven selection mechanism to retrieve relevant skills to condition future rollouts (before execution). A hierarchical reward design guides the co-evolution of reasoning ability and library quality. Experiments on two base models and seven benchmarks spanning both competition mathematics and Omni-MATH show that ARISE consistently outperforms GRPO-family algorithms and memory-augmented baselines, with particularly notable gains on out-of-distribution tasks. Ablation studies confirm that each component contributes to the observed improvements and that library quality and reasoning performance improve in tandem throughout training. Mixture-of-Depths Attention

Scaling depth is a key driver for large language models (LLMs). Yet, as LLMs become deeper, they often suffer from signal degradation: informative features formed in shallow layers are gradually diluted by repeated residual updates, making them harder to recover in deeper layers. We introduce mixture-of-depths attention (MoDA), a mechanism that allows each attention head to attend to sequence KV pairs at the current layer and depth KV pairs from preceding layers. We further describe a hardware-efficient algorithm for MoDA that resolves non-contiguous memory-access patterns, achieving 97.3% of FlashAttention-2's efficiency at a sequence length of 64K. Experiments on 1.5B-parameter models demonstrate that MoDA consistently outperforms strong baselines. Notably, it improves average perplexity by 0.2 across 10 validation benchmarks and increases average performance by 2.11% on 10 downstream tasks, with a negligible 3.7% FLOPs computational overhead. We also find that combining MoDA with post-norm yields better performance than using it with pre-norm. These results suggest that MoDA is a promising primitive for depth scaling. Code is released at https://github.com/hustvl/MoDA .

When Right Meets Wrong: Bilateral Context Conditioning with Reward-Confidence Correction for GRPO

Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) has emerged as an effective method for training reasoning models. While it computes advantages based on group mean, GRPO treats each output as an independent sample during the optimization and overlooks a vital structural signal: the natural contrast between correct and incorrect solutions within the same group, thus ignoring the rich, comparative data that could be leveraged by explicitly pitting successful reasoning traces against failed ones. To capitalize on this, we present a contrastive reformulation of GRPO, showing that the GRPO objective implicitly maximizes the margin between the policy ratios of correct and incorrect samples. Building on this insight, we propose Bilateral Context Conditioning (BICC), a mechanism that allows the model to cross-reference successful and failed reasoning traces during the optimization, enabling a direct information flow across samples. We further introduce Reward-Confidence Correction (RCC) to stabilize training by dynamically adjusts the advantage baseline in GRPO using reward-confidence covariance derived from the first-order approximation of the variance-minimizing estimator. Both mechanisms require no additional sampling or auxiliary models and can be adapted to all GRPO variants. Experiments on mathematical reasoning benchmarks demonstrate consistent improvements across comprehensive models and algorithms. Code is available at \href{https://github.com/Skylanding/BiCC}{https://github.com/Skylanding/BiCC}.

Trajectory Optimization for Self-Wrap-Aware Cable-Towed Planar Object Manipulation under Implicit Tension Constraints

Cable/rope elements are pervasive in deformable-object manipulation, often serving as a deformable force-transmission medium whose routing and contact determine how wrenches are delivered. In cable-towed manipulation, transmission is unilateral and hybrid: the tether can pull only when taut and becomes force-free when slack; in practice, the tether may also contact the object boundary and self-wrap around edges, which is not merely collision avoidance but a change of the wrench transmission channel by shifting the effective application point and moment arm, thereby coupling routing geometry with rigid-body motion and tensioning. We formulate self-wrap towing as a routing-aware, tensioning-implicit trajectory optimization (TITO) problem that couples (i) a tensioning-implicit taut/slack constraint and (ii) routing-conditioned transmission maps for effective length and wrench, and we build a relaxation hierarchy from a strict mode-conditioned reference to three tractable relaxations: Full-Mode Relaxation (FMR), Binary-Mode Relaxation (BMR), and Implicit-Mode Relaxation (IMR). Across planar towing tasks, we find that making routing an explicit decision often yields conservative solutions that stay near switching boundaries, whereas IMR induces self-wrap through state evolution and exploits the redirected torque channel whenever turning requires it.
