PairCoder++: Pair Programming as a Universal Paradigm for Verified Code-Driven Multimodal and Structured-Artifact Generation

Code is the medium through which large language models generate structured artifacts: charts, scientific figures, vector graphics, CAD models, 3D scenes, and hardware designs are all produced by writing programs. In this regime single pass inference is brittle, because the compiler, renderer, or simulator that decides whether the artifact exists is invisible to the model. We present PairCoder, which grounds review in the toolchain and realizes it as two agent pair programming: a Driver agent writes the program, a Navigator agent reviews it against verification evidence (diagnostics, execution results, and renderings of the current artifact beside the target), and the two switch roles when errors persist. Across 17 public benchmarks and seven models from three vendors, PairCoder improves essentially every benchmark whose artifact is verifiable, on full official metric suites rather than execution alone (for example, Blender scene executability 0.20 to 0.78; TikZ compile rate up 10 to 30 points on every model), at 2.9 to 9.2 times single model cost (about 7 times overall). The improvements concentrate where the toolchain provides an informative oracle and the baseline leaves headroom, and the method ties or mildly regresses where the oracle is weak; we frame pair programming as a reliable recipe for verified code driven generation.

ExpertIVS: Sociological Expert Driven Individual Value Simulation in Large Language Models

Large Language Model (LLM) agents have demonstrated considerable potential for social simulation, yet struggle to accurately model individual value systems. Most existing methods mechanically stitch survey responses into prompts, which suffer from semantic fragmentation, failing to capture the internal coherence of human value systems. The value systems of LLMs are typically assessed using static multiple-choice questions, which fail to evaluate the value orientation in real-world dialogue interactions. To address these issues, we propose ExpertIVS, a framework employing 14 Sociological Expert Agents to interpret World Values Survey (WVS) responses through structured professional perspectives, rather than direct responses concatenation. These expert agents perform deep semantic reconstruction to generate robust and internally consistent individual profiles. To evaluate the consistency between LLMs and individual value systems during dynamic interactions, we further introduce a multi-agent debate mechanism. Extensive experiments across 480 individuals from 12 countries demonstrate that ExpertIVS achieves 90.78% value restoration fidelity and significantly outperforms baselines in value generalization (+5.3%). Moreover, ExpertIVS exhibits strong personality discriminability and behavioral consistency, enabling a shift from mere response concatenation to genuine sociological role-playing.

LottieGPT: Tokenizing Vector Animation for Autoregressive Generation

Despite rapid progress in video generation, existing models are incapable of producing vector animation, a dominant and highly expressive form of multimedia on the Internet. Vector animations offer resolution-independence, compactness, semantic structure, and editable parametric motion representations, yet current generative models operate exclusively in raster space and thus cannot synthesize them. Meanwhile, recent advances in large multimodal models demonstrate strong capabilities in generating structured data such as slides, 3D meshes, LEGO sequences, and indoor layouts, suggesting that native vector animation generation may be achievable. In this work, we present the first framework for tokenizing and autoregressively generating vector animations. We adopt Lottie, a widely deployed JSON-based animation standard, and design a tailored Lottie Tokenizer that encodes layered geometric primitives, transforms, and keyframe-based motion into a compact and semantically aligned token sequence. To support large-scale training, we also construct LottieAnimation-660K, the largest and most diverse vector animation dataset to date, consisting of 660k real-world Lottie animation and 15M static Lottie image files curated from broad Internet sources. Building upon these components, we finetune Qwen-VL to create LottieGPT, a native multimodal model capable of generating coherent, editable vector animations directly from natural language or visual prompts. Experiments show that our tokenizer dramatically reduces sequence length while preserving structural fidelity, enabling effective autoregressive learning of dynamic vector content. LottieGPT exhibits strong generalization across diverse animation styles and outperforms previous state-of-the-art models on SVG generation (a special case of single-frame vector animation).
