S2AM3D: Scale-controllable Part Segmentation of 3D Point Clouds

Part-level point cloud segmentation has recently attracted significant attention in 3D computer vision. Nevertheless, existing research is constrained by two major challenges: native 3D models lack generalization due to data scarcity, while introducing 2D pre-trained knowledge often leads to inconsistent segmentation results across different views. To address these challenges, we propose S2AM3D, which incorporates 2D segmentation priors with 3D consistent supervision. We design a point-consistent part encoder that aggregates multi-view 2D features through native 3D contrastive learning, producing globally consistent point features. A scale-aware prompt decoder is then proposed to enable real-time adjustment of segmentation granularity via continuous scale signals. Simultaneously, we introduce a large-scale, high-quality part-level point cloud dataset with more than 100k samples, providing ample supervision signals for model training. Extensive experiments demonstrate that S2AM3D achieves leading performance across multiple evaluation settings, exhibiting exceptional robustness and controllability when handling complex structures and parts with significant size variations.

HP-Edit: A Human-Preference Post-Training Framework for Image Editing

Common image editing tasks typically adopt powerful generative diffusion models as the leading paradigm for real-world content editing. Meanwhile, although reinforcement learning (RL) methods such as Diffusion-DPO and Flow-GRPO have further improved generation quality, efficiently applying Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) to diffusion-based editing remains largely unexplored, due to a lack of scalable human-preference datasets and frameworks tailored to diverse editing needs. To fill this gap, we propose HP-Edit, a post-training framework for Human Preference-aligned Editing, and introduce RealPref-50K, a real-world dataset across eight common tasks and balancing common object editing. Specifically, HP-Edit leverages a small amount of human-preference scoring data and a pretrained visual large language model (VLM) to develop HP-Scorer--an automatic, human preference-aligned evaluator. We then use HP-Scorer both to efficiently build a scalable preference dataset and to serve as the reward function for post-training the editing model. We also introduce RealPref-Bench, a benchmark for evaluating real-world editing performance. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach significantly enhances models such as Qwen-Image-Edit-2509, aligning their outputs more closely with human preference.

Premier: Personalized Preference Modulation with Learnable User Embedding in Text-to-Image Generation

Text-to-image generation has advanced rapidly, yet it still struggles to capture the nuanced user preferences. Existing approaches typically rely on multimodal large language models to infer user preferences, but the derived prompts or latent codes rarely reflect them faithfully, leading to suboptimal personalization. We present Premier, a novel preference modulation framework for personalized image generation. Premier represents each user's preference as a learnable embedding and introduces a preference adapter that fuses the user embedding with the text prompt. To enable accurate and fine-grained preference control, the fused preference embedding is further used to modulate the generative process. To enhance the distinctness of individual preference and improve alignment between outputs and user-specific styles, we incorporate a dispersion loss that enforces separation among user embeddings. When user data are scarce, new users are represented as linear combinations of existing preference embeddings learned during training, enabling effective generalization. Experiments show that Premier outperforms prior methods under the same history length, achieving stronger preference alignment and superior performance on text consistency, ViPer proxy metrics, and expert evaluations.

SelfHVD: Self-Supervised Handheld Video Deblurring

Shooting video with handheld shooting devices often results in blurry frames due to shaking hands and other instability factors. Although previous video deblurring methods have achieved impressive progress, they still struggle to perform satisfactorily on real-world handheld video due to the blur domain gap between training and testing data. To address the issue, we propose a self-supervised method for handheld video deblurring, which is driven by sharp clues in the video. First, to train the deblurring model, we extract the sharp clues from the video and take them as misalignment labels of neighboring blurry frames. Second, to improve the deblurring ability of the model, we propose a novel Self-Enhanced Video Deblurring (SEVD) method to create higher-quality paired video data. Third, we propose a Self-Constrained Spatial Consistency Maintenance (SCSCM) method to regularize the model, preventing position shifts between the output and input frames. Moreover, we construct synthetic and real-world handheld video datasets for handheld video deblurring. Extensive experiments on these and other common real-world datasets demonstrate that our method significantly outperforms existing self-supervised ones. The code and datasets are publicly available at https://cshonglei.github.io/SelfHVD.

CoEnv: Driving Embodied Multi-Agent Collaboration via Compositional Environment

Multi-agent embodied systems hold promise for complex collaborative manipulation, yet face critical challenges in spatial coordination, temporal reasoning, and shared workspace awareness. Inspired by human collaboration where cognitive planning occurs separately from physical execution, we introduce the concept of compositional environment -- a synergistic integration of real-world and simulation components that enables multiple robotic agents to perceive intentions and operate within a unified decision-making space. Building on this concept, we present CoEnv, a framework that leverages simulation for safe strategy exploration while ensuring reliable real-world deployment. CoEnv operates through three stages: real-to-sim scene reconstruction that digitizes physical workspaces, VLM-driven action synthesis supporting both real-time planning with high-level interfaces and iterative planning with code-based trajectory generation, and validated sim-to-real transfer with collision detection for safe deployment. Extensive experiments on challenging multi-arm manipulation benchmarks demonstrate CoEnv's effectiveness in achieving high task success rates and execution efficiency, establishing a new paradigm for multi-agent embodied AI.

ScrollScape: Unlocking 32K Image Generation With Video Diffusion Priors

While diffusion models excel at generating images with conventional dimensions, pushing them to synthesize ultra-high-resolution imagery at extreme aspect ratios (EAR) often triggers catastrophic structural failures, such as object repetition and spatial fragmentation. This limitation fundamentally stems from a lack of robust spatial priors, as static text-to-image models are primarily trained on image distributions with conventional dimensions. To overcome this bottleneck, we present ScrollScape, a novel framework that reformulates EAR image synthesis into a continuous video generation process through two core innovations. By mapping the spatial expansion of a massive canvas to the temporal evolution of video frames, ScrollScape leverages the inherent temporal consistency of video models as a powerful global constraint to ensure long-range structural integrity. Specifically, Scanning Positional Encoding (ScanPE) distributes global coordinates across frames to act as a flexible moving camera, while Scrolling Super-Resolution (ScrollSR) leverages video super-resolution priors to circumvent memory bottlenecks, efficiently scaling outputs to an unprecedented 32K resolution. Fine-tuned on a curated 3K multi-ratio image dataset, ScrollScape effectively aligns pre-trained video priors with the EAR generation task. Extensive evaluations demonstrate that it significantly outperforms existing image-diffusion baselines by eliminating severe localized artifacts. Consequently, our method overcomes inherent structural bottlenecks to ensure exceptional global coherence and visual fidelity across diverse domains at extreme scales.

CREval: An Automated Interpretable Evaluation for Creative Image Manipulation under Complex Instructions

Instruction-based multimodal image manipulation has recently made rapid progress. However, existing evaluation methods lack a systematic and human-aligned framework for assessing model performance on complex and creative editing tasks. To address this gap, we propose CREval, a fully automated question-answer (QA)-based evaluation pipeline that overcomes the incompleteness and poor interpretability of opaque Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) scoring. Simultaneously, we introduce CREval-Bench, a comprehensive benchmark specifically designed for creative image manipulation under complex instructions. CREval-Bench covers three categories and nine creative dimensions, comprising over 800 editing samples and 13K evaluation queries. Leveraging this pipeline and benchmark, we systematically evaluate a diverse set of state-of-the-art open and closed-source models. The results reveal that while closed-source models generally outperform open-source ones on complex and creative tasks, all models still struggle to complete such edits effectively. In addition, user studies demonstrate strong consistency between CREval's automated metrics and human judgments. Therefore, CREval provides a reliable foundation for evaluating image editing models on complex and creative image manipulation tasks, and highlights key challenges and opportunities for future research.

DC-Reg: Globally Optimal Point Cloud Registration via Tight Bounding with Difference of Convex Programming

Achieving globally optimal point cloud registration under partial overlaps and large misalignments remains a fundamental challenge. While simultaneous transformation ($\boldsymbolθ$) and correspondence ($\mathbf{P}$) estimation has the advantage of being robust to nonrigid deformation, its non-convex coupled objective often leads to local minima for heuristic methods and prohibitive convergence times for existing global solvers due to loose lower bounds. To address this, we propose DC-Reg, a robust globally optimal framework that significantly tightens the Branch-and-Bound (BnB) search. Our core innovation is the derivation of a holistic concave underestimator for the coupled transformation-assignment objective, grounded in the Difference of Convex (DC) programming paradigm. Unlike prior works that rely on term-wise relaxations (e.g., McCormick envelopes) which neglect variable interplay, our holistic DC decomposition captures the joint structural interaction between $\boldsymbolθ$ and $\mathbf{P}$. This formulation enables the computation of remarkably tight lower bounds via efficient Linear Assignment Problems (LAP) evaluated at the vertices of the search boxes. We validate our framework on 2D similarity and 3D rigid registration, utilizing rotation-invariant features for the latter to achieve high efficiency without sacrificing optimality. Experimental results on synthetic data and the 3DMatch benchmark demonstrate that DC-Reg achieves significantly faster convergence and superior robustness to extreme noise and outliers compared to state-of-the-art global techniques.

ArtHOI: Taming Foundation Models for Monocular 4D Reconstruction of Hand-Articulated-Object Interactions

Existing hand-object interactions (HOI) methods are largely limited to rigid objects, while 4D reconstruction methods of articulated objects generally require pre-scanning the object or even multi-view videos. It remains an unexplored but significant challenge to reconstruct 4D human-articulated-object interactions from a single monocular RGB video. Fortunately, recent advancements in foundation models present a new opportunity to address this highly ill-posed problem. To this end, we introduce ArtHOI, an optimization-based framework that integrates and refines priors from multiple foundation models. Our key contribution is a suite of novel methodologies designed to resolve the inherent inaccuracies and physical unreality of these priors. In particular, we introduce an Adaptive Sampling Refinement (ASR) method to optimize object's metric scale and pose for grounding its normalized mesh in world space. Furthermore, we propose a Multimodal Large Language Model (MLLM) guided hand-object alignment method, utilizing contact reasoning information as constraints of hand-object mesh composition optimization. To facilitate a comprehensive evaluation, we also contribute two new datasets, ArtHOI-RGBD and ArtHOI-Wild. Extensive experiments validate the robustness and effectiveness of our ArtHOI across diverse objects and interactions. Project: https://arthoi-reconstruction.github.io.

Cluster-Wise Spatio-Temporal Masking for Efficient Video-Language Pretraining

Large-scale video-language pretraining enables strong generalization across multimodal tasks but often incurs prohibitive computational costs. Although recent advances in masked visual modeling help mitigate this issue, they still suffer from two fundamental limitations: severe visual information loss under high masking ratios and temporal information leakage caused by inter-frame correlations. To address these challenges, we propose ClusterSTM, a Cluster-Wise Spatio-Temporal Masking strategy for efficient video-language pretraining. ClusterSTM first performs intra-frame clustering to partition visual tokens into multiple semantically independent clusters, then conducts cluster-wise masking by retaining the token with the highest temporal density within each cluster. Our masking strategy ensure that the retained tokens capture holistic video content while exhibit strong temporal correlation. Additionally, we introduce a video-text relevance reconstruction objective that aligns high-level multimodal semantics beyond conventional visual reconstruction. Extensive experiments across multiple benchmarks demonstrate that ClusterSTM achieves superior performance on video-text retrieval, video question answering, and video captioning tasks, establishing a new state-of-the-art among efficient video-language models.

TechImage-Bench: Rubric-Based Evaluation for Technical Image Generation

We study technical image generation, where a model must synthesize information-dense, scientifically precise illustrations from detailed descriptions rather than merely produce visually plausible pictures. To quantify the progress, we introduce TechImage-Bench, a rubric-based benchmark that targets biology schematics, engineering/patent drawings, and general technical illustrations. For 654 figures collected from real textbooks and technical reports, we construct detailed image instructions and a hierarchy of rubrics that decompose correctness into 6,076 criteria and 44,131 binary checks. Rubrics are derived from surrounding text and reference figures using large multimodal models, and are evaluated by an automated LMM-based judge with a principled penalty scheme that aggregates sub-question outcomes into interpretable criterion scores. We benchmark several representative text-to-image models on TechImage-Bench and find that, despite strong open-domain performance, the best base model reaches only 0.801 rubric accuracy and 0.576 criterion score overall, revealing substantial gaps in fine-grained scientific fidelity. Finally, we show that the same rubrics provide actionable supervision: feeding failed checks back into an editing model for iterative refinement boosts a strong generator from 0.660 to 0.865 in rubric accuracy and from 0.382 to 0.697 in criterion score. TechImage-Bench thus offers both a rigorous diagnostic for technical image generation and a scalable signal for improving specification-faithful scientific illustrations.

CGL: Advancing Continual GUI Learning via Reinforcement Fine-Tuning

Graphical User Interface (GUI) Agents, benefiting from recent advances in multimodal large language models (MLLM), have achieved significant development. However, due to the frequent updates of GUI applications, adapting to new tasks without forgetting old tasks in GUI continual learning remains an open problem. In this work, we reveal that while Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) facilitates fast adaptation, it often triggers knowledge overwriting, whereas Reinforcement Learning (RL) demonstrates an inherent resilience that shields prior interaction logic from erasure. Based on this insight, we propose a \textbf{C}ontinual \textbf{G}UI \textbf{L}earning (CGL) framework that dynamically balances adaptation efficiency and skill retention by enhancing the synergy between SFT and RL. Specifically, we introduce an SFT proportion adjustment mechanism guided by policy entropy to dynamically control the weight allocation between the SFT and RL training phases. To resolve explicit gradient interference, we further develop a specialized gradient surgery strategy. By projecting exploratory SFT gradients onto GRPO-based anchor gradients, our method explicitly clips the components of SFT gradients that conflict with GRPO. On top of that, we establish an AndroidControl-CL benchmark, which divides GUI applications into distinct task groups to effectively simulate and evaluate the performance of continual GUI learning. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed CGL framework across continual learning scenarios. The benchmark, code, and model will be made publicly available.

Lie Flow: Video Dynamic Fields Modeling and Predicting with Lie Algebra as Geometric Physics Principle

Modeling 4D scenes requires capturing both spatial structure and temporal motion, which is challenging due to the need for physically consistent representations of complex rigid and non-rigid motions. Existing approaches mainly rely on translational displacements, which struggle to represent rotations, articulated transformations, often leading to spatial inconsistency and physically implausible motion. LieFlow, a dynamic radiance representation framework that explicitly models motion within the SE(3) Lie group, enabling coherent learning of translation and rotation in a unified geometric space. The SE(3) transformation field enforces physically inspired constraints to maintain motion continuity and geometric consistency. The evaluation includes a synthetic dataset with rigid-body trajectories and two real-world datasets capturing complex motion under natural lighting and occlusions. Across all datasets, LieFlow consistently improves view-synthesis fidelity, temporal coherence, and physical realism over NeRF-based baselines. These results confirm that SE(3)-based motion modeling offers a robust and physically grounded framework for representing dynamic 4D scenes.

MoSA: Motion-Coherent Human Video Generation via Structure-Appearance Decoupling

Existing video generation models predominantly emphasize appearance fidelity while exhibiting limited ability to synthesize complex human motions, such as whole-body movements, long-range dynamics, and fine-grained human-environment interactions. This often leads to unrealistic or physically implausible movements with inadequate structural coherence. To conquer these challenges, we propose MoSA, which decouples the process of human video generation into two components, i.e., structure generation and appearance generation. MoSA first employs a 3D structure transformer to generate a human motion sequence from the text prompt. The remaining video appearance is then synthesized under the guidance of this structural sequence. We achieve fine-grained control over the sparse human structures by introducing Human-Aware Dynamic Control modules with a dense tracking constraint during training. The modeling of human-environment interactions is improved through the proposed contact constraint. Those two components work comprehensively to ensure the structural and appearance fidelity across the generated videos. This paper also contributes a large-scale human video dataset, which features more complex and diverse motions than existing human video datasets. We conduct comprehensive comparisons between MoSA and a variety of approaches, including general video generation models, human video generation models, and human animation models. Experiments demonstrate that MoSA substantially outperforms existing approaches across the majority of evaluation metrics.

Color3D: Controllable and Consistent 3D Colorization with Personalized Colorizer

In this work, we present Color3D, a highly adaptable framework for colorizing both static and dynamic 3D scenes from monochromatic inputs, delivering visually diverse and chromatically vibrant reconstructions with flexible user-guided control. In contrast to existing methods that focus solely on static scenarios and enforce multi-view consistency by averaging color variations which inevitably sacrifice both chromatic richness and controllability, our approach is able to preserve color diversity and steerability while ensuring cross-view and cross-time consistency. In particular, the core insight of our method is to colorize only a single key view and then fine-tune a personalized colorizer to propagate its color to novel views and time steps. Through personalization, the colorizer learns a scene-specific deterministic color mapping underlying the reference view, enabling it to consistently project corresponding colors to the content in novel views and video frames via its inherent inductive bias. Once trained, the personalized colorizer can be applied to infer consistent chrominance for all other images, enabling direct reconstruction of colorful 3D scenes with a dedicated Lab color space Gaussian splatting representation. The proposed framework ingeniously recasts complicated 3D colorization as a more tractable single image paradigm, allowing seamless integration of arbitrary image colorization models with enhanced flexibility and controllability. Extensive experiments across diverse static and dynamic 3D colorization benchmarks substantiate that our method can deliver more consistent and chromatically rich renderings with precise user control. CoEditor++: Instruction-based Visual Editing via Cognitive Reasoning

Recent advances in large multimodal models (LMMs) have enabled instruction-based image editing, allowing users to modify visual content via natural language descriptions. However, existing approaches often struggle with high-level semantic reasoning and visual consistency, particularly under ambiguous or complex instructions. To address these challenges, we propose CoEditor++, a cognitively structured, training-free framework that decomposes editing into "what to edit" and "how to edit" through two cognitive stages with a reflective self-selection mechanism, enabling robust, fine-grained, and interpretable editing. Built entirely from open-sourced components, CoEditor++ requires no additional training or fine-tuning, ensuring transparency and cross-domain applicability. We evaluate CoEditor++ on SmartEdit, a widely used benchmark for general editing, and AltBear, a privacy and compliance-oriented benchmark. Experimental results show that CoEditor++ achieves state-of-the-art performance in both general editing and responsible editing tasks compared with open-sourced models that require training on specialized editing datasets maintaining significantly higher visual consistency. When compared with closed-source models such as Nano Banana Pro or GPT-4o, CoEditor++ preserves comparable instruction following while still substantially outperforming them in visual consistency. Extensive ablation studies confirm that the effectiveness of CoEditor++ benefits from its structured cognitive design rather than any specific model component. Our findings suggest the potential toward cognitive-centric instruction-based image editing.

All-in-One Video Restoration under Smoothly Evolving Unknown Weather Degradations

All-in-one image restoration aims to recover clean images from diverse unknown degradations using a single model. But extending this task to videos faces unique challenges. Existing approaches primarily focus on frame-wise degradation variation, overlooking the temporal continuity that naturally exists in real-world degradation processes. In practice, degradation types and intensities evolve smoothly over time, and multiple degradations may coexist or transition gradually. In this paper, we introduce the Smoothly Evolving Unknown Degradations (SEUD) scenario, where both the active degradation set and degradation intensity change continuously over time. To support this scenario, we design a flexible synthesis pipeline that generates temporally coherent videos with single, compound, and evolving degradations. To address the challenges in the SEUD scenario, we propose an all-in-One Recurrent Conditional and Adaptive prompting Network (ORCANet). First, a Coarse Intensity Estimation Dehazing (CIED) module estimates haze intensity using physical priors and provides coarse dehazed features as initialization. Second, a Flow Prompt Generation (FPG) module extracts degradation features. FPG generates both static prompts that capture segment-level degradation types and dynamic prompts that adapt to frame-level intensity variations. Furthermore, a label-aware supervision mechanism improves the discriminability of static prompt representations under different degradations. Extensive experiments show that ORCANet achieves superior restoration quality, temporal consistency, and robustness over image and video-based baselines. Code is available at https://github.com/Friskknight/ORCANet-SEUD.

RoamScene3D: Immersive Text-to-3D Scene Generation via Adaptive Object-aware Roaming

Generating immersive 3D scenes from texts is a core task in computer vision, crucial for applications in virtual reality and game development. Despite the promise of leveraging 2D diffusion priors, existing methods suffer from spatial blindness and rely on predefined trajectories that fail to exploit the inner relationships among salient objects. Consequently, these approaches are unable to comprehend the semantic layout, preventing them from exploring the scene adaptively to infer occluded content. Moreover, current inpainting models operate in 2D image space, struggling to plausibly fill holes caused by camera motion. To address these limitations, we propose RoamScene3D, a novel framework that bridges the gap between semantic guidance and spatial generation. Our method reasons about the semantic relations among objects and produces consistent and photorealistic scenes. Specifically, we employ a vision-language model (VLM) to construct a scene graph that encodes object relations, guiding the camera to perceive salient object boundaries and plan an adaptive roaming trajectory. Furthermore, to mitigate the limitations of static 2D priors, we introduce a Motion-Injected Inpainting model that is fine-tuned on a synthetic panoramic dataset integrating authentic camera trajectories, making it adaptive to camera motion. Extensive experiments demonstrate that with semantic reasoning and geometric constraints, our method significantly outperforms state-of-the-art approaches in producing consistent and photorealistic scenes. Our code is available at https://github.com/JS-CHU/RoamScene3D.
