Improved analysis of double $J/ψ$ production in $Z$-boson decay

In this paper, we present an improved calculation for the decay rate of the rare $Z$-boson decay into $J/ψ+ J/ψ$. This decay is dominated by the photon fragmentation mechanism, i.e., the transition $Z\to J/ψ+ γ^{*}$ followed by the fragmentation $γ^{*}\to J/ψ$. In our calculation, the amplitude of $γ^{*}\to J/ψ$ is extracted from the measured value of $Γ(J/ψ\to e^+ e^-)$, and the amplitude of $Z\to J/ψ+ γ^{*}$ is calculate through the light-cone approach. The higher-order QCD and relativistic corrections in the amplitude of $γ^{*}\to J/ψ$ and the large logarithms of $m_{_Z}^2/m_c^2$ that appear in the amplitude of $Z\to J/ψ+ γ^{*}$ are resummed in our calculation. Besides, the non-fragmentation amplitude is calculated based on the NRQCD factorization, and the next-to-leading order QCD and relativistic corrections are included. The obtained branching fraction for this $Z$ decay channel is $8.66 ^{+1.48} _{-0.69}\times 10^{-11}$.

An improved light-cone harmonic oscillator model for the $ϕ$-meson longitudinal leading-twist light-cone distribution amplitude

In the present paper, we study the properties of $ϕ$-meson longitudinal leading-twist light-cone distribution amplitude $ϕ_{2;ϕ}^{\|}(x,μ)$ by starting from a light-cone harmonic oscillator model for its wavefunction. To fix the input parameters, we derive the first ten $ξ$-moments of $ϕ_{2;ϕ}^{\|}(x,μ)$ by using the QCD sum rules approach under the background field theory. The shape of $ϕ_{2;ϕ}^{\|}(x,μ=2~{\rm GeV})$ tends to be a single-peak behavior, which is consistent with the latest Lattice QCD result. As an application, we derive the $D^+_s \to ϕ$ transition form factors (TFFs) by using the light-cone sum rules approach. At the large recoil point, we obtain $A_1(0) = 0.512_{-0.020}^{+0.030}$, $A_2(0) = 0.402_{-0.067}^{+0.078}$, $A_0(0) = 0.596_{-0.020}^{+0.025}$ and $V(0) = 0.882_{-0.036}^{+0.040}$. As for the two typical ratios $γ_V$ and $γ_2$, we obtain $γ_V = 1.723_{-0.021}^{+0.023}$ and $γ_2 = 0.785_{-0.104}^{+0.100}$. After extrapolating those TFFs to the physically allowable region, we then obtain the transverse, longitudinal and total decay widths for semi-leptonic decay $D^+_s\toϕ\ell^+ν_{\ell}$. Then the branching fractions are ${\cal B}(D^+_s\to ϕe^+ν_e) = (2.367_{-0.132}^{+0.256})\times 10^{-3}$ and ${\cal B}(D^+_s\to ϕμ^+ν_μ) = (2.349_{-0.132}^{+0.255})\times 10^{-3}$, which show good agreement with the data issued by the BESIII, the CLEO, and the BABAR Collaborations. We finally calculate $D^+_s\toϕ\ell^+ ν_\ell$ polarization and asymmetry parameters.

Precise determination of the top-quark on-shell mass $M_t$ via its scale-invariant perturbative relation to the top-quark $\overline{\rm MS}$ mass ${\overline m}_t({\overline m}_t)$

It has been shown that the principle of maximum conformality (PMC) provides a systematic way to solve conventional renormalization scheme and scale ambiguities. The scale-fixed predictions for physical observables using the PMC are independent of the choice of renormalization scheme -- a key requirement of renormalization group invariance. In the paper, we derive new degeneracy relations based on the renormalization group equations that involve both the usual $β$-function and the quark mass anomalous dimension $γ_m$-function, respectively. These new degeneracy relations lead to an improved PMC scale-setting procedures, such that the correct magnitudes of the strong coupling constant and the $\overline{\rm MS}$-running quark mass can be fixed simultaneously. By using the improved PMC scale-setting procedures, the renormalization scale dependence of the $\overline{\rm MS}$-on-shell quark mass relation can be eliminated systematically. Consequently, the top-quark on-shell (or $\overline{\rm MS}$) mass can be determined without conventional renormalization scale ambiguity. Taking the top-quark $\overline{\rm MS}$ mass ${\overline m}_t({\overline m}_t)=162.5^{+2.1}_{-1.5}$ GeV as the input, we obtain $M_t\simeq 172.41^{+2.21}_{-1.57}$ GeV. Here the uncertainties are combined errors with those also from $Δα_s(M_Z)$ and the approximate uncertainty stemming from the uncalculated five-loop terms predicted through the Padé approximation approach.

Revisiting the top-quark pair production at future $e^+e^-$ colliders

In this paper, we reanalyze the top-quark pair production at the next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) in QCD at future $e^+e^-$ colliders by using the Principle of Maximum Conformality (PMC) method. The PMC renormalization scales in $α_s$ are determined by absorbing the non-conformal $β$ terms by recursively using the Renormalization Group Equation (RGE). Unlike the conventional scale-setting method of fixing the scale at the center-of-mass energy $μ_r=\sqrt{s}$, the determined PMC scale $Q_\star$ is far smaller than the $\sqrt{s}$ and increases with the $\sqrt{s}$, yielding the correct physical behavior for the top-quark pair production process. Moreover, the convergence of the pQCD series for the top-quark pair production is greatly improved due to the elimination of the renormalon divergence. For a typical collision energy of $\sqrt{s}=500$ GeV, the PMC scale is $Q_\star=107$ GeV; the QCD correction factor $K$ for conventional results is $K\sim1+0.1244^{+0.0102+0.0012}_{-0.0087-0.0011}+0.0184^{-0.0086+0.0002}_{+0.0061-0.0003}$, where the first error is caused by varying the scale $μ_r\in[\sqrt{s}/2, 2\sqrt{s}]$ and the second error is from the top-quark mass $Δ{m_t}=\pm0.7$ GeV. After applying the PMC, the renormalization scale uncertainty is eliminated and the QCD correction factor $K$ is improved to $K\sim 1+0.1507^{+0.0015}_{-0.0015}-0.0057^{+0.0001}_{-0.0000}$, where the error is from the top-quark mass $Δ{m_t}=\pm0.7$ GeV. The PMC improved predictions for the top-quark pair production are helpful for detailed studies of properties of the top-quark at future $e^+e^-$ colliders.

$Z$-boson decays into $S$-wave quarkonium plus a photon up to ${\cal O}(α_{s} v^2)$ corrections

In this paper, we calculate the decay widths and branching fractions for the decays $Z \to H+ γ$ up to ${\cal O}(α_{s} v^2)$ accuracy within the framework of nonrelativistic QCD, where $H$ stands for the $S$-wave quarkonium $η_c$, $J/ψ$, $η_b$ or $Υ$, respectively. To compare with the leading-order terms, those corrections show good perturbative behavior as expected. It is found that contributions from the next-to-leading order QCD correction ${\cal O}(α_{s}v^0)$, the relativistic correction ${\cal O}(α^{0}_{s}v^2)$ and their joint correction ${\cal O}(α_{s} v^2)$ are sizable and comparable to each other, especially for the charmonium case. Thus we need to take all of them into consideration for a sound estimation. For a high luminosity electron-positron collider running around the $Z$-pole, due to $Z$-boson resonance effect, sizable events could be produced from those rare decay channels.

Properties of the $η_q$ leading-twist distribution amplitude and its effects to the $B/D^+ \toη^{(\prime)}\ell^+ ν_\ell$ decays

The $η^{(\prime)}$-mesons in the quark-flavor basis are mixtures of two mesonic states $|η_{q}\rangle=|\bar u u+\bar d d\rangle/\sqrt 2$ and $|η_{s}\rangle=|\bar s s\rangle$. In the previous work, we have made a detailed study on the $η_{s}$ leading-twist distribution amplitude. As a sequential work, in the present paper, we fix the $η_q$ leading-twist distribution amplitude by using the light-cone harmonic oscillator model for its wave function and by using the QCD sum rules within the QCD background field to calculate its moments. The input parameters of $η_q$ leading-twist distribution amplitude $ϕ_{2;η_q}$ at an initial scale $μ_0\sim 1$ GeV are then fixed by using those moments. The sum rules for the $0_{\rm th}$-order moment can also be used to fix the magnitude of $η_q$ decay constant, which gives $f_{η_q}=0.141\pm0.005$ GeV. As an application of the present derived $ϕ_{2;η_q}$, we calculate the transition form factors $B(D)^+ \toη^{(\prime)}$ by using the QCD light-cone sum rules up to twist-4 accuracy and by including the next-to-leading order QCD corrections to the twist-2 part, and then fix the related CKM matrix element and the decay width for the semi-leptonic decays $B(D)^+ \toη^{(\prime)}\ell^+ ν_\ell$.

Approximate N$^5$LO Higgs boson decay width $Γ(H\toγγ)$

The precision and predictive power of perturbative QCD (pQCD) prediction depends on both a precise, convergent fixed-order series and a reliable way of estimating the contributions of unknown higher-order (UHO) terms. It has been shown that by applying the Principal of Maximum Conformality (PMC), which applies the renormalization group equation recursively to set the effective magnitude of $α_s$ of the process, the remaining conformal coefficients will be well matched with the corresponding $α_s$ at each orders, leading to a scheme-and-scale invariant and convergent perturbative series. Thus different from conventional scheme-and-scale dependent fixed-order series, the PMC series will provide a more reliable platform for estimating UHO contributions. In this paper, by using the total decay width $Γ(H\toγγ)$ which has been calculated up to N$^4$LO QCD corrections, we derive its PMC series by using the PMC single-scale setting approach and estimate its unknown N$^5$LO contributions by using the Bayesian analysis. The Bayesian-based approach estimates the magnitude of the UHO contributions based on an optimized analysis of probability density distribution, and the predicted UHO contribution becomes more accurate when more loop terms have been known to tame the probability density function. Using the top-quark pole mass $M_t$=172.69 GeV and the Higgs mass $M_H$=125.25 GeV as inputs, we obtain $Γ(H\toγγ) =9.56504~{\rm keV}$ and the estimated N$^5$LO contribution to the total decay width is $ΔΓ_H=\pm1.65\times10^{-4}~{\rm keV}$ for the smallest credible interval of $95.5\%$ degree-of-belief.

High precision tests of QCD without scale or scheme ambiguities

A key issue in making precise predictions in QCD is the uncertainty in setting the renormalization scale $μ_R$ and thus determining the correct values of the QCD running coupling $α_s(μ_R^2)$ at each order in the perturbative expansion of a QCD observable. It has often been conventional to simply set the renormalization scale to the typical scale of the process $Q$ and vary it in the range $μ_R \in [Q/2,2Q]$ in order to estimate the theoretical error. This is the practice of Conventional Scale Setting (CSS). The resulting CSS prediction will however depend on the theorist's choice of renormalization scheme and the resulting pQCD series will diverge factorially. It will also disagree with renormalization scale setting used in QED and electroweak theory thus precluding grand unification. A solution to the renormalization scale-setting problem is offered by the Principle of Maximum Conformality (PMC), which provides a systematic way to eliminate the renormalization scale-and-scheme dependence in perturbative calculations. The PMC method has rigorous theoretical foundations, it satisfies Renormalization Group Invariance (RGI) and preserves all self-consistency conditions derived from the renormalization group. The PMC cancels the renormalon growth, reduces to the Gell-Mann--Low scheme in the $N_C\to 0$ Abelian limit and leads to scale- and scheme-invariant results. The PMC has now been successfully applied to many high-energy processes. In this article we summarize recent developments and results in solving the renormalization scale and scheme ambiguities in perturbative QCD. [full abstract is in the paper].

An updated determination of the pion-photon transition form factor

In this paper, we study the properties of the pion-photon transition form factor (TFF), $γγ^{\ast} \rightarrow π^{0}$, by using the principle of maximum commonality (PMC) to deal with its perturbative QCD contribution up to next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) QCD corrections. Applying the PMC, we achieve precise pQCD approximant for the TFF in large $Q^2$-region without conventional renormalization scale ambiguity. We also discuss the power suppressed non-valence quark contribution to the TFF, which is important for a sound prediction in low and intermediate $Q^2$-region, e.g. the non-valence quark components affect the TFF by about $1\%$ to $23\%$ when $Q^{2}$ changes down from $40~{\rm GeV^{2}}$ to $4~{\rm GeV^{2}}$. The resultant pion-photon TFF shows a better agreement with previous Belle data. It is hoped that previous discrepancies between the experimental measurements and theoretical predictions could be clarified by the forth-coming precise data on the Belle II measurements.

Photoproduction of doubly heavy baryons at future $e^+e^-$ colliders

The photoprodution of doubly heavy baryon ($Ξ_{cc},Ξ_{bb},Ξ_{bc}$) is investigated in the context of future high-energy and high-luminosity $e^+e^-$ colliders. The study incorporates two sources of initial photons, namely the LBS photon and the WWA photon. Alongside the direct photoproduction via the sub-process $γ+γ\rightarrow Ξ_{QQ^{'}} +\bar{Q}+\bar{Q^{'}}$ ($Q^{(')}=c,b$), the resolved photoproduction channels are specifically considered, encompassing the sub-processes $γ+ g \rightarrow Ξ_{QQ^{'}} +\bar{Q}+\bar{Q^{'}}$, $g + g \rightarrow Ξ_{QQ^{'}} +\bar{Q}+\bar{Q^{'}}$, and $q + \bar{q} \rightarrow Ξ_{QQ^{'}} +\bar{Q}+\bar{Q^{'}}$ with $q=u,d,s$. Within the framework of non-relativistic QCD, two $(cc(bb))$-diquark configurations, ${}_{\bar{\textbf{3}}}[{}^3S_1]$ and ${}_{\textbf{6}}[{}^1S_0]$, and four $(bc)$-diquark configurations, $(bc)_{\bar{\textbf{3}}}[{}^3S_1]$, $(bc)_{\textbf{6}}[{}^1S_0]$, $(bc)_{\textbf{6}}[{}^3S_1]$ and $(bc)_{\bar{\textbf{3}}}[{}^1S_0]$, are considered in the calculations. Numerical results show that the single resolved photoproduction processes provide dominant contributions under certain collision configuration. At the future $e^+e^-$ colliders, the doubly heavy baryon generated via the photoproduction mechanism is promisingly observable and can be well studied.

Elimination of QCD Renormalization Scale and Scheme Ambiguities

We present results for the thrust distribution in the electron positron annihilation to the three jet process at NNLO in the perturbative conformal window of QCD, as a function of the number of flavors $N_f$. Given the existence of an infrared interacting fixed point in this region, we can compare the Conventional Scale Setting (CSS) and the Principle of Maximum Conformality (PMC$_\infty$) methods along the entire renormalization group flow from the highest energies to zero energy. We then consider also the QED thrust, obtained as the limit $N_c \rightarrow 0$ of the number of colors and we show analogous comparison. QED in the low energy regime develops an infrared non-interacting fixed point. Using these quantum field theory limits as theoretical laboratories, we arrive at interesting results showing new features of the PMC$_\infty$.

Photoproduction of $P$-wave doubly charmed baryon at future $e^+e^-$ collider

The photoproduction of $P$-wave doubly charmed baryon ($Ξ_{cc}$) is investigated in the context of future high-energy and high-luminosity $e^+e^-$ colliders. The direct photoproduction via the sub-process $γ+γ\rightarrow Ξ_{cc} +\bar{c}+\bar{c}$ and the resolved channel $γ+g \rightarrow Ξ_{cc} +\bar{c}+\bar{c}$ are considered. Within the framework of non-relativistic QCD, the calculation encompasses four $P$-wave $(cc)$-diquark configurations: $(cc)_{\bar{\textbf{3}}}[{}^1P_1]$, $(cc)_{\textbf{6}}[{}^3P_0]$, $(cc)_{\textbf{6}}[{}^3P_1]$ and $(cc)_{\textbf{6}}[{}^3P_2]$. The two $S$-wave states, $(cc)_{\bar{\textbf{3}}}[{}^3S_1]$ and $(cc)_{\textbf{6}}[{}^1S_0]$, are also included for comparison. The cross sections, as well as the differential distributions involving transverse momentum, rapidity, and angular variables, have been computed. Numerical results reveal that the resolved photoproduction process plays a significant role and can provide dominant contributions. The photoproduction rate of the $P$-wave $Ξ_{cc}$ is approximately one order of magnitude lower than that of the $S$-wave.

$K_0^\ast(1430)$ Twist-2 Distribution Amplitude and $B_s,D_s \to K_0^\ast(1430)$ Transition Form Factors

Based on the scenario that the $K_0^\ast(1430)$ is viewed as the ground state of $s\bar{q}$ or $q\bar{s}$, we study the $K_0^\ast(1430)$ leading-twist distribution amplitude (DA) $ϕ_{2;K_0^\ast}(x,μ)$ with the QCD sum rules in the framework of background field theory. A more reasonable sum rule formula for $ξ$-moments $\langleξ^n\rangle_{2;K_0^\ast}$ is suggested, which eliminates the influence brought by the fact that the sum rule of $\langleξ^0_p\rangle_{3;K_0^\ast}$ cannot be normalized in whole Borel region. More accurate values of the first ten $ξ$-moments, $\langleξ^n\rangle_{2;K_0^\ast} (n = 1,2,\cdots,10)$, are evaluated. A new light-cone harmonic oscillator (LCHO) model for $K_0^\ast(1430)$ leading-twist DA is established for the first times. By fitting the resulted values of $\langleξ^n\rangle_{2;K_0^\ast} (n = 1,2,\cdots,10)$ via the least squares method, the behavior of $K_0^\ast(1430)$ leading-twist DA described with LCHO model is determined. Further, by adopting the light-cone QCD sum rules, we calculate the $B_s,D_s \to K_0^\ast(1430)$ transition form factors and branching fractions of the semileptonic decays $B_s,D_s \to K_0^\ast(1430) \ell ν_\ell$. The corresponding numerical results can be used to extract the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix elements by combining the relative experimental data in the future.

Novel Method to Reliably Determine the QCD Coupling from $R_{\rm uds}$ Measurements and its effects to Muon $g-2$ and $α(M_Z^2)$ within the Tau-Charm Energy Region

We present a novel method for precisely determining the QCD running coupling from $R_{\rm uds}$ measurements in electron-positron annihilation. When calculating the fixed-order perturbative QCD (pQCD) approximant of $R_{\rm uds}$, its effective coupling constant $α_s(Q_*^2)$ is determined by using the principle of maximum conformality, a systematic scale-setting method for gauge theories, whose resultant pQCD series satisfies all the requirements of renormalization group. Contribution due to the uncalculated higher-order (UHO) terms is estimated by using the Bayesian analysis. Using $R_{\rm uds}$ data measured by the KEDR detector at $22$ centre-of-mass energies between $1.84$ GeV and $3.72$ GeV, we obtain $α_s(M_Z^2)=0.1227^{+0.0117}_{-0.0132}({\rm exp.})\pm0.0016({\rm the.})$, where the theoretical uncertainty (the.) is negligible compared to the experimental one (exp.). Numerical analyses confirm that the new method for calculating $R_{\rm uds}$ removes conventional renormalization scale ambiguity, and the residual scale dependence due to the UHO-terms will also be highly suppressed due to a more convergent pQCD series. This leads to a significant stabilization of the perturbative series, and a significant reduction of theoretical uncertainty. It thus provides a reliable theoretical basis for precise determination of the QCD running coupling from $R_{\rm uds}$ measurements at future Tau-Charm Facility. It can also be applied for the precise determination of the hadronic contributions to muon $g-2$ and QED coupling $α(M_Z^2)$ within the tau-charm energy range.

$a_0(980)$-meson twist-2 distribution amplitude within the QCD sum rules and investigation of $D \to a_0(980) (\toηπ) e^+ν_e$

In this paper, moments of $a_0(980)$-meson twist-2 light-cone distribution amplitudes were deeply researched by using QCD sum rules approach within background field theory. Up to 9th-order accuracy, we present $\langleξ_{2;a_0}^n\rangle|_{μ_0}$ at the initial scale $μ_0 = 1~{\rm GeV}$, i.e. $\langleξ^1_{2;a_0}\rangle|_{μ_0} = -0.307(43)$, $\langleξ^3_{2;a_0}\rangle|_{μ_0} = -0.181(34)$, $\langleξ^5_{2;a_0}\rangle|_{μ_0} = -0.078(28)$, $\langleξ^7_{2;a_0}\rangle|_{μ_0} = -0.049(26)$, $\langleξ^9_{2;a_0}\rangle|_{μ_0} = -0.036(24)$, respectively. An improved light-cone harmonic oscillator model for $a_0(980)$-meson twist-2 light-cone distribution amplitudes is adopted, where its parameters are fixed by using the least squares method based on the $\langleξ_{2;a_0}^n\rangle|_{μ_0}$, and their goodness of fit reach to $95.4\%$. Then, we calculate the $D\to a_0(980)$ transition form factors within the light-cone sum rules approach, and at largest recoil point, we obtain $f_+^{D\to a_0}(0) = 1.058^{+0.068}_{-0.035}$ and $f_-^{D\to a_0}(0) = 0.764^{+0.044}_{-0.036}$. As a further application, the branching fractions of the $D\to a_0(980)\ell\barν_\ell$ semileptonic decays are given. Taking the decay $a_0(980)\to ηπ$ into consideration, we obtain ${\cal B}(D^0 \to a_0(980)^- (\to ηπ^-) e^+ν_e) =(1.330^{+0.216}_{-0.134})\times10^{-4}$, ${\cal B}(D^+\to a_0(980)^0(\to ηπ^0)e^+ν_e)=(1.675^{+0.272}_{-0.169})\times10^{-4}$, which are consistent with the BESIII collaboration and PDG data within errors. Finally, we present the angle observables of forward-backward asymmetries, $q^2$-differential flat terms and lepton polarization asymmetry of the semileptonic decay $D\to a_0(980)\ell\barν_\ell$.

Elimination of QCD Renormalization Scale and Scheme Ambiguities

The setting of the renormalization scale ($μ_r$) in the perturbative QCD (pQCD) is one of the crucial problems for achieving precise fixed-order pQCD predictions. The conventional prescription is to take its value as the typical momentum transfer $Q$ in a given process, and theoretical uncertainties are then evaluated by varying it over an arbitrary range. The conventional scale-setting procedure introduces arbitrary scheme-and-scale ambiguities in fixed-order pQCD predictions. The principle of maximum conformality (PMC) provides a systematic way to eliminate the renormalization scheme-and-scale ambiguities. The PMC method has rigorous theoretical foundations; it satisfies the renormalization group invariance (RGI) and all of the self-consistency conditions derived from the renormalization group. The PMC has now been successfully applied to many physical processes. In this paper, we summarize recent PMC applications, including event shape observables and heavy quark pair production near the threshold region in $e^+e^-$ annihilation and top-quark decay at hadronic colliders. In addition, estimating the contributions related to the uncalculated higher-order terms is also summarized. These results show that the major theoretical uncertainties caused by different choices of $μ_r$ are eliminated, and the improved pQCD predictions are thus obtained, demonstrating the generality and applicability of the PMC.

Extending the Predictive Power of Perturbative QCD Using the Principle of Maximum Conformality and Bayesian Analysis

In addition to the evaluation of high-order loop contributions, the precision and predictive power of perturbative QCD (pQCD) predictions depends on two important issues: (1) how to achieve a reliable, convergent fixed-order series, and (2) how to reliably estimate the contributions of unknown higher-order terms. The recursive use of renormalization group equation, together with the Principle of Maximum Conformality (PMC), eliminates the renormalization scheme-and-scale ambiguities of the conventional pQCD series. The result is a conformal, scale-invariant series of finite order which also satisfies all of the principles of the renormalization group. In this paper we propose a novel Bayesian-based approach to estimate the size of the unknown higher order contributions based on an optimized analysis of probability distributions. We show that by using the PMC conformal series, in combination with the Bayesian analysis, one can consistently achieve high degree of reliability estimates for the unknown high order terms. Thus the predictive power of pQCD can be greatly improved. We illustrate this procedure for two pQCD observables: $R_{e^+e^-}$ and $R_τ$, which are each known up to four loops in pQCD. Numerical analyses confirm that by using the scale-independent and more convergent PMC conformal series, one can achieve reliable Bayesian probability estimates for the unknown higher-order contributions.

Higgs boson decays to $B_c$ meson in the fragmentation-function approach

In the paper, we present a calculation of the decay widths for the Higgs boson decays to the $B_c$, $B_c^*$, $B_c(2^1S_0)$ and $B_c^*(2^3S_1)$ mesons using the fragmentation-function approach. In the calculation, the fragmentation functions up to order $α_s^3$ based on the nonrelativistic QCD factorization theory are used, and the decay widths for $H\to Q+X$ and $H \to g+X$ at the partonic level are calculated up to order $α_s$. The large logarithms of $m_H^2/m_{Bc}^2$ are resummed up to next-to-leading logarithmic accuracy by solving the evolution equations for the running quark masses and the fragmentation functions. Compared to the leading-order decay widths based on the nonrelativistic QCD approach, the decay widths based on the fragmentation-function approach that include the higher-order QCD corrections are reduced significantly. Our numerical results show that there are about $1.2\times 10^5$ $B_c$ events via the Higgs decays to be produced at the HL-LHC with $3ab^{-1}$, and about $1.6\times 10^6$ $B_c$ events via the Higgs decays to be produced at the HE-LHC with $15ab^{-1}$.
