From Dense Prediction to Visual Editing: Structured Supervision for Unified Image and Video Creation

Unified image and video creation requires a model to follow diverse instructions while preserving identity, geometry, and temporal structure from visual context. However, semantic-only conditioning and creation-only training do not explicitly supervise the local structure needed for precise, temporally consistent editing. We therefore formulate depth and surface-normal prediction as image-form denoising targets, using these dense tasks as structured visual supervision within the same creation interface. Our framework decouples semantic interpretation from spatially aligned visual injection while sharing one multimodal diffusion transformer (MMDiT) backbone across all tasks. Mutual Context Attention (MCA), a paired-video data-construction procedure, and a progressive training curriculum then connect the learned structural cues to temporally localized editing and reference-conditioned creation. A single checkpoint obtains the highest overall score in the reported comparison of unified systems (4.15); adding dense supervision improves OpenVE Overall from 3.98 to 4.06 and Local Add from 3.92 to 4.18. These results support a deliberately bounded conclusion: perception-oriented dense supervision transfers useful structural knowledge to downstream creation, especially editing locality and preservation; we do not claim superiority as a standalone dense predictor.

JarvisHub: An Open Harness for Canvas-Native Multimodal Creative Agents

Creative AI is moving from single-step asset generation toward long-horizon multimodal production. Although recent generative models can synthesize high-quality images, videos, audio clips, UI elements, storyboards, slides, and other creative assets, real-world creative work requires more than isolated prompt-output interactions. It involves references, drafts, alternatives, edits, failed attempts, version relations, tool actions, evaluation signals, and human feedback, which together form an evolving project state. Existing prompt-based, chat-based, and node-based generation systems only partially support this state, as they often discard intermediate context, rely on linear conversations, or require manually specified workflows. Recent commercial systems indicate a shift toward agent-assisted creative production, but their closed architectures make it difficult to study how agents represent context, choose tools, revise artifacts, recover from failures, and maintain consistency over time. To address this gap, we introduce JarvisHub, a canvas-native creative agent harness for long-horizon multimodal creation. JarvisHub treats an editable canvas as the user workspace, the agent's external memory, action space, and shared project state, representing multimodal artifacts, dependencies, versions, and feedback as typed canvas nodes and links. Through a three-layer architecture of canvas state, protocol bridge, and agent runtime, JarvisHub enables agents to act within an inspectable and editable creative state. This design moves creative agents beyond isolated tool use toward sustained, human-steerable creative automation, where agents can progressively plan, generate, revise, and organize multimodal projects while users remain able to inspect, guide, and intervene throughout the process.

OPSD-V: On-Policy Self-Distillation for Post-Training Few-Step Autoregressive Video Generators

We propose OPSD-V, an on-policy self-distillation paradigm for post-training few-step autoregressive (AR) video diffusion models. Existing few-step AR video generators can produce long videos with low latency, but still suffer from error accumulation and weakened motion dynamics during long autoregressive rollout. OPSD-V reduces long-horizon degradation while preserving the original few-step inference path. The key idea is to introduce real long-video data as temporal context during training and use it to provide dense trajectory-level supervision. Specifically, the student follows the exact inference-time rollout, generating each chunk conditioned on its own previously generated KV cache. In parallel, the teacher is evaluated at the same student-visited denoising states, but uses a cleaner AR-consistent temporal cache in which older history can be replaced by real-video context. This provides dense denoising-level corrective targets under on-policy AR cache dynamics, without changing the sampler, number of denoising steps, or inference-time cache mechanism. We apply OPSD-V to representative few-step AR video models, including Self-Forcing and LongLive. Experiments show consistent improvements in visual quality, motion dynamics, and VBenchLong scores. A user study with 10 participants comparing 20 video pairs shows that OPSD-V is preferred over the base models in 66.0% of overall-preference judgments (82.5% excluding ties).

DeepSearch-World: Self-Distillation for Deep Search Agents in a Verifiable Environment

Training tool-use agents to improve from their own experience remains challenging, as supervised fine-tuning relies on fixed teacher-distilled trajectories, while sparse-reward reinforcement learning provides weak supervision for long-horizon interactions. We present DeepSearch-Evolve, a self-distillation framework for web agents built on DeepSearch-World, a deterministic and verifiable environment with reproducible search and page-reading tools. DeepSearch-World contains 420K multi-hop QA tasks constructed from entity-level random walks and supports key agentic cognitive behaviors useful for self-evolving, including progress verification, grounded reflection, and failure recovery. DeepSearch-Evolve iteratively performs trajectory generation, filtering, data mixing, and fine-tuning to train stronger agents. Without distillation from more capable models, DeepSearch-World-9B achieves competitive performance compared with open-source agents, reaching 31.2% on BrowseComp, 61.5% on GAIA, and 93.4% on HotpotQA, showing that verifiable environments enable scalable self-evolution for long-horizon web agents. We will release the environment, 420K training pool, validation set, model, and code to facilitate future research on self-improving deep search agents.

VideoSearcher: Empowering Video Deep Research with Multi-Tool Agentic Reasoning via Reinforcement Learning

Video understanding is moving beyond closed-context perception toward open-world evidence exploration, a paradigm formalized as Video Deep Research (VDR). However, existing multimodal search agents primarily target static images, and the current VDR benchmark relies on text-centric retrieval that discards crucial visual information. To address these limitations, we propose VideoSearcher, a closed-loop agentic framework that empowers Vision-Language Models with multi-tool reasoning for VDR. VideoSearcher unifies temporal localization, spatial focusing, and multimodal search within a single reasoning trajectory, enabling agents to progressively ground visual clues, retrieve relevant evidence, and synthesize answers. To optimize knowledge-intensive reasoning trajectories, we propose Bi-branch Sequence Policy Optimization (BiSPO), a reinforcement learning algorithm that decouples tool-invocation optimization from answer-accuracy optimization. This design provides stable learning signals for both evidence-grounded reasoning and purposeful tool use. Furthermore, we construct VideoSearch-QA, the first benchmark designed to evaluate open-world video information grounding and multimodal search-based reasoning. Extensive experiments demonstrate that VideoSearcher significantly outperforms prior open-source agentic baselines across various search-oriented and multimodal understanding benchmarks.

ICDepth: Taming Video Diffusion Models for Video Depth Estimation via In-Context Conditioning

Monocular video depth estimation requires temporal consistency, geometric accuracy, and generalization across diverse scenarios, yet existing methods struggle to achieve all three simultaneously. Discriminative models excel at per-frame accuracy but suffer from temporal drift due to limited context windows, while generative methods improve consistency and generalization at the cost of extensive training data (10M+ samples) and lack of geometric precision. In response to these issues, we introduce \textbf{ICDepth}, a framework that adapts pre-trained text-to-video diffusion transformers for video depth estimation via In-Context Conditioning (ICC), leveraging their rich spatial-temporal priors. To address key challenges in transferring ICC from generation to dense prediction, we propose: (1)~\textbf{SAND-Attention}, which ensures precise spatial-temporal alignment via shared RoPE and enforces unidirectional attention to prevent noise contamination; (2)~\textbf{SRFM}, which injects DINOv2 semantic and resolution priors to enhance geometric precision. ICDepth achieves state-of-the-art results on multiple benchmarks with remarkable data efficiency, trained on only 0.8M frames ($6$--$13\times$ less than competing generative methods), while demonstrating strong zero-shot generalization to diverse domains.

GenEvolve: Self-Evolving Image Generation Agents via Tool-Orchestrated Visual Experience Distillation

Open-ended image generation is no longer a simple prompt-to-image problem. High-quality generation often requires an agent to combine a model's internal generative ability with external resources. As requests become more diverse and demanding, we aim to develop a general image-generation agent that can self-evolve through trajectories and use tools more effectively across varied generation challenges. To this end, we propose GenEvolve, a self-evolving framework based on Tool-Orchestrated Visual Experience Distillation. In GenEvolve, each generation attempt is modeled as a tool-orchestrated trajectory, where the agent gathers evidence, selects references, invokes generation skills, and composes them into a prompt-reference program. Unlike existing agentic generation methods that mainly rely on image-level scalar rewards, GenEvolve compares multiple trajectories for the same request and abstracts best-worst differences into structured visual experience, provided only to a privileged teacher branch. Inspired by on-policy self-distillation, Visual Experience Distillation provides dense token-level supervision, helping the student internalize better search, knowledge activation, reference selection, and prompt construction. We further construct GenEvolve-Data and GenEvolve-Bench. Experiments on public benchmarks and GenEvolve-Bench show substantial gains over strong baselines, achieving state-of-the-art performance among current image-generation frameworks. Multigrain-aware Semantic Prototype Scanning and Tri-Token Prompt Learning Embraced High-Order RWKV for Pan-Sharpening

In this work, we propose a Multigrain-aware Semantic Prototype Scanning paradigm for pan-sharpening, built upon a high-order RWKV architecture and a tri-token prompting mechanism derived from semantic clustering. Specifically, our method contains three key components: 1) Multigrain-aware Semantic Prototype Scanning. Although RWKV offers a efficient linear-complexity alternative to Transformers, its conventional bidirectional raster scanning is still semantic-agnostic and prone to positional bias. To address this issue, we introduce a semantic-driven scanning strategy that leverages locality-sensitive hashing to group semantically related regions and construct multi-grain semantic prototypes, enabling context-aware token reordering and more coherent global interaction. 2) Tri-token Prompt Learning. We design a tri-token prompting mechanism consisting of a global token, cluster-derived prototype tokens, and a learnable register token. The global and prototype tokens provide complementary semantic priors for RWKV modeling, while the register token helps suppress noisy and artifact-prone intermediate representations. 3) Invertible Q-Shift. To counteract spatial details, we apply center difference convolution on the value pathway to inject high-frequency information, and introduce an invertible multi-scale Q-shift operation for efficient and lossless feature transformation without parameter-heavy receptive field expansion. Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of our method.

InsEdit: Towards Instruction-based Visual Editing via Data-Efficient Video Diffusion Models Adaptation

Instruction-based video editing is a natural way to control video content with text, but adapting a video generation model into an editor usually appears data-hungry. At the same time, high-quality video editing data remains scarce. In this paper, we show that a video generation backbone can become a strong video editor without large scale video editing data. We present InsEdit, an instruction-based editing model built on HunyuanVideo-1.5. InsEdit combines a visual editing architecture with a video data pipeline based on Mutual Context Attention (MCA), which creates aligned video pairs where edits can begin in the middle of a clip rather than only from the first frame. With only O(100)K video editing data, InsEdit achieves state-of-the-art results among open-source methods on our video instruction editing benchmarks. In addition, because our training recipe also includes image editing data, the final model supports image editing without any modification.

Manifold-Aware Exploration for Reinforcement Learning in Video Generation

Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) methods for video generation like FlowGRPO remain far less reliable than their counterparts for language models and images. This gap arises because video generation has a complex solution space, and the ODE-to-SDE conversion used for exploration can inject excess noise, lowering rollout quality and making reward estimates less reliable, which destabilizes post-training alignment. To address this problem, we view the pre-trained model as defining a valid video data manifold and formulate the core problem as constraining exploration within the vicinity of this manifold, ensuring that rollout quality is preserved and reward estimates remain reliable. We propose SAGE-GRPO (Stable Alignment via Exploration), which applies constraints at both micro and macro levels. At the micro level, we derive a precise manifold-aware SDE with a logarithmic curvature correction and introduce a gradient norm equalizer to stabilize sampling and updates across timesteps. At the macro level, we use a dual trust region with a periodic moving anchor and stepwise constraints so that the trust region tracks checkpoints that are closer to the manifold and limits long-horizon drift. We evaluate SAGE-GRPO on HunyuanVideo1.5 using the original VideoAlign as the reward model and observe consistent gains over previous methods in VQ, MQ, TA, and visual metrics (CLIPScore, PickScore), demonstrating superior performance in both reward maximization and overall video quality. The code and visual gallery are available at https://dungeonmassster.github.io/SAGE-GRPO-Page/.

InnoAds-Composer: Efficient Condition Composition for E-Commerce Poster Generation

E-commerce product poster generation aims to automatically synthesize a single image that effectively conveys product information by presenting a subject, text, and a designed style. Recent diffusion models with fine-grained and efficient controllability have advanced product poster synthesis, yet they typically rely on multi-stage pipelines, and simultaneous control over subject, text, and style remains underexplored. Such naive multi-stage pipelines also show three issues: poor subject fidelity, inaccurate text, and inconsistent style. To address these issues, we propose InnoAds-Composer, a single-stage framework that enables efficient tri-conditional control tokens over subject, glyph, and style. To alleviate the quadratic overhead introduced by naive tri-conditional token concatenation, we perform importance analysis over layers and timesteps and route each condition only to the most responsive positions, thereby shortening the active token sequence. Besides, to improve the accuracy of Chinese text rendering, we design a Text Feature Enhancement Module (TFEM) that integrates features from both glyph images and glyph crops. To support training and evaluation, we also construct a high-quality e-commerce product poster dataset and benchmark, which is the first dataset that jointly contains subject, text, and style conditions. Extensive experiments demonstrate that InnoAds-Composer significantly outperforms existing product poster methods without obviously increasing inference latency.

Cross-Scale Pansharpening via ScaleFormer and the PanScale Benchmark

Pansharpening aims to generate high-resolution multi-spectral images by fusing the spatial detail of panchromatic images with the spectral richness of low-resolution MS data. However, most existing methods are evaluated under limited, low-resolution settings, limiting their generalization to real-world, high-resolution scenarios. To bridge this gap, we systematically investigate the data, algorithmic, and computational challenges of cross-scale pansharpening. We first introduce PanScale, the first large-scale, cross-scale pansharpening dataset, accompanied by PanScale-Bench, a comprehensive benchmark for evaluating generalization across varying resolutions and scales. To realize scale generalization, we propose ScaleFormer, a novel architecture designed for multi-scale pansharpening. ScaleFormer reframes generalization across image resolutions as generalization across sequence lengths: it tokenizes images into patch sequences of the same resolution but variable length proportional to image scale. A Scale-Aware Patchify module enables training for such variations from fixed-size crops. ScaleFormer then decouples intra-patch spatial feature learning from inter-patch sequential dependency modeling, incorporating Rotary Positional Encoding to enhance extrapolation to unseen scales. Extensive experiments show that our approach outperforms SOTA methods in fusion quality and cross-scale generalization. The datasets and source code are available at https://github.com/caoke-963/ScaleFormer.

WildActor: Unconstrained Identity-Preserving Video Generation

Production-ready human video generation requires digital actors to maintain strictly consistent full-body identities across dynamic shots, viewpoints and motions, a setting that remains challenging for existing methods. Prior methods often suffer from face-centric behavior that neglects body-level consistency, or produce copy-paste artifacts where subjects appear rigid due to pose locking. We present Actor-18M, a large-scale human video dataset designed to capture identity consistency under unconstrained viewpoints and environments. Actor-18M comprises 1.6M videos with 18M corresponding human images, covering both arbitrary views and canonical three-view representations. Leveraging Actor-18M, we propose WildActor, a framework for any-view conditioned human video generation. We introduce an Asymmetric Identity-Preserving Attention mechanism coupled with a Viewpoint-Adaptive Monte Carlo Sampling strategy that iteratively re-weights reference conditions by marginal utility for balanced manifold coverage. Evaluated on the proposed Actor-Bench, WildActor consistently preserves body identity under diverse shot compositions, large viewpoint transitions, and substantial motions, surpassing existing methods in these challenging settings.

LookWise: Knowing When and Where to Look for Fine-Grained Visual Reasoning in Multimodal Large Language Models

Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) are shifting towards "Thinking with Images" by actively exploring image details. While effective, large-scale training is computationally expensive, which has spurred growing interest in lightweight, training-free solutions. However, existing training-free methods suffer from two flaws: perceptual redundancy from indiscriminate cropping, which increases computational cost and introduces noise; and a drift between semantic intent and spatial attention, which prevents accurate localization of user-focused regions. To address these challenges, we propose LookWise, a framework for adaptive visual reasoning. LookWise follows a two-stage pipeline: a confidence-based module decides when to look more carefully, and a semantic-guided localization module determines where to look. This design enables MLLMs to adaptively acquire fine-grained visual evidence without additional training. Experiments on fine-grained and high-resolution visual reasoning benchmarks show that LookWise consistently improves accuracy over strong baselines while achieving an approximately $4.0\times$ inference speedup over the search-based method ZoomEye, demonstrating robust cross-model generalization.

Hybrid Fusion: One-Minute Efficient Training for Zero-Shot Cross-Domain Image Fusion

Image fusion seeks to integrate complementary information from multiple sources into a single, superior image. While traditional methods are fast, they lack adaptability and performance. Conversely, deep learning approaches achieve state-of-the-art (SOTA) results but suffer from critical inefficiencies: their reliance on slow, resource-intensive, patch-based training introduces a significant gap with full-resolution inference. We propose a novel hybrid framework that resolves this trade-off. Our method utilizes a learnable U-Net to generate a dynamic guidance map that directs a classic, fixed Laplacian pyramid fusion kernel. This decoupling of policy learning from pixel synthesis enables remarkably efficient full-resolution training, eliminating the train-inference gap. Consequently, our model achieves SOTA-comparable performance in about one minute on a RTX 4090 or two minutes on a consumer laptop GPU from scratch without any external model and demonstrates powerful zero-shot generalization across diverse tasks, from infrared-visible to medical imaging. By design, the fused output is linearly constructed solely from source information, ensuring high faithfulness for critical applications. Infinite-World: Scaling Interactive World Models to 1000-Frame Horizons via Pose-Free Hierarchical Memory

We propose Infinite-World, a robust interactive world model capable of maintaining coherent visual memory over 1000+ frames in complex real-world environments. While existing world models can be efficiently optimized on synthetic data with perfect ground-truth, they lack an effective training paradigm for real-world videos due to noisy pose estimations and the scarcity of viewpoint revisits. To bridge this gap, we first introduce a Hierarchical Pose-free Memory Compressor (HPMC) that recursively distills historical latents into a fixed-budget representation. By jointly optimizing the compressor with the generative backbone, HPMC enables the model to autonomously anchor generations in the distant past with bounded computational cost, eliminating the need for explicit geometric priors. Second, we propose an Uncertainty-aware Action Labeling module that discretizes continuous motion into a tri-state logic. This strategy maximizes the utilization of raw video data while shielding the deterministic action space from being corrupted by noisy trajectories, ensuring robust action-response learning. Furthermore, guided by insights from a pilot toy study, we employ a Revisit-Dense Finetuning Strategy using a compact, 30-minute dataset to efficiently activate the model's long-range loop-closure capabilities. Extensive experiments, including objective metrics and user studies, demonstrate that Infinite-World achieves superior performance in visual quality, action controllability, and spatial consistency.

Q-Probe: Scaling Image Quality Assessment to High Resolution via Context-Aware Agentic Probing

Reinforcement Learning (RL) has empowered Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) to achieve superior human preference alignment in Image Quality Assessment (IQA). However, existing RL-based IQA models typically rely on coarse-grained global views, failing to capture subtle local degradations in high-resolution scenarios. While emerging "Thinking with Images" paradigms enable multi-scale visual perception via zoom-in mechanisms, their direct adaptation to IQA induces spurious "cropping-implies-degradation" biases and misinterprets natural depth-of-field as artifacts. To address these challenges, we propose Q-Probe, the first agentic IQA framework designed to scale IQA to high resolution via context-aware probing. First, we construct Vista-Bench, a pioneering benchmark tailored for fine-grained local degradation analysis in high-resolution IQA settings. Furthermore, we propose a three-stage training paradigm that progressively aligns the model with human preferences, while simultaneously eliminating causal bias through a novel context-aware cropping strategy. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Q-Probe achieves state-of-the-art performance in high-resolution settings while maintaining superior efficacy across resolution scales.

Self-supervised Multiplex Consensus Mamba for General Image Fusion

Image fusion integrates complementary information from different modalities to generate high-quality fused images, thereby enhancing downstream tasks such as object detection and semantic segmentation. Unlike task-specific techniques that primarily focus on consolidating inter-modal information, general image fusion needs to address a wide range of tasks while improving performance without increasing complexity. To achieve this, we propose SMC-Mamba, a Self-supervised Multiplex Consensus Mamba framework for general image fusion. Specifically, the Modality-Agnostic Feature Enhancement (MAFE) module preserves fine details through adaptive gating and enhances global representations via spatial-channel and frequency-rotational scanning. The Multiplex Consensus Cross-modal Mamba (MCCM) module enables dynamic collaboration among experts, reaching a consensus to efficiently integrate complementary information from multiple modalities. The cross-modal scanning within MCCM further strengthens feature interactions across modalities, facilitating seamless integration of critical information from both sources. Additionally, we introduce a Bi-level Self-supervised Contrastive Learning Loss (BSCL), which preserves high-frequency information without increasing computational overhead while simultaneously boosting performance in downstream tasks. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art (SOTA) image fusion algorithms in tasks such as infrared-visible, medical, multi-focus, and multi-exposure fusion, as well as downstream visual tasks.
